I LOVE FAMILY DOLLAR THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT U NEED FOR LESS!!

None of the clearance clothing is marked. None of the stuff thats on clearance in the aisles are marked clearance price or the wrong price. Why are the winter hats&glove sets still regular price. Why is their just so messy the whole place where the clothing is. I would have bought all of it had it been marked. I go down each week stuff still the same. Plus is SO HOT THERE. THEY NEED TO TO ON THE AIR CONDITIONING...EXTREMELY HOTI was sweating just entering the second aisle. I wish someone would fix this issue.

Stopped in to store #05940 at 13:51:23 on 10/24/2020. (02 6836563 2083). While approaching the register I heard 2 veteran employees clearly speaking negative about a customer who was no longer in the store. While the cashier (Not involved in speaking negative) bagged my items I asked if he could wrap a 1$ stemless wine glass since its glass as opposed to placing it loosely with my other items. The cashier placed the glass separately and because it was not packed in a way to prevent breakage, I requested another bag. At this time, one of the negative talkers whom I believe is a manager began moving around in an agitated state and rudely (but not by his standards) began saying we have to go above and beyond for these customers, you have to put it in a paper bag. He continued to state we have to go above and beyond for these customers. I stated Its not above and beyond, its the bare minimum to wrap glass. The manager continued to repeat himself so I, as a customer wanted to address this. However, the manager ignored me. I stated Oh, youre going to ignore me?. He did not reply but kept talking to his co-worker about my request. I heard the co-worker rudely ask So youre going to keep... He used a word similar to antagonize but I forgot his word choice. I thought he was asking if I was antagonizing the cashier so I stated Im not talking to the cashier. Because I previously heard them speaking negative about a customer I stated that just because youre having a bad day youre not going to take it out on me. As I was leaving the store I told them theyre rude and in unison, they replied Its you. At my car I attempted to locate contact information for corporate. Theyre closed on weekends and the message directed me to email them using the email under the contact us tab. The email address was not there. I returned to the store and could hear the manager talking about me. As I approached, he began to tell me I even told him not to put cleaning products in bags with food. He spoke to me as if we were already involved in a conversation. I asked Why are you telling me this, I just have a question. I explained my search for corporate email and the manager said Wow, so youre going to report us to corporate after everything we did to turn this store around. I did not respond. His tone was much nicer now and he began to explain that the website is getting redone so a lot might be missing. I thanked him and left. I will allow the reader to draw their own opinion if spending money at this store is worth it. I personally will not be returning. Because I was not able to contact corporate today, I provided all the necessary information for you (corporate) to take action. P. S. That same manager was stocking shelves in the past during a previous visit and after my asking how hes doing he began ranting about corporate wasting his time with daily conference calls. I kept shopping and moved away from him. They get 1 star just for the new cashier who is trying to learn his job. Unfortunately, today he was taught that its okay and normal to disrespect customers. Do something corporate.

Nice as far as dollar stores go

Went in there just to look around. Got a few things I needed and a lot I didnt. 😊 Gary the cashier was very nice.

Everyone was so nice there. Saw them disinfecting the door and handle on the way in. Very lockdown friendly. This location has possibly anything you could want.(at least from my perspective) If youre just looking for some odd and ends at a better than fair price, this is the store for you. Also, forgot to mention. Huge variety of name brand foods in the freezer section. What are you waiting for? Get to the damn Family Dollar right now. I can see you through the phone camera. You look like you could use a Starbucks Frappuccino in the glass bottles. Go. Now.

Good store. Sometimes slow at checking out. But workers are always working hard so its not a complaint. Love this store. Person laundry soap is only 5 $

My son used to work at this location. Ryan the assistant manager is really nice knowledgeable friendly and makes you smile. They have good prices also

The store is in a convenient location that was out of a lot of stuff!

The aisles are too small, and everytime i checked out the register person never says hello, good bye, did you find everything you needed..not pleasant, train your employees to be courteous.

Just came from this location today.Not one single employee was wearing a mask.Whats wrong with you!They are MANDATORY!
