DO NOT REQUEST DELIVERYits kind of sad to write this review, because there are a few associates at this best buy who are top notch, but unfortunately just as many who dont want to be there and give you a bad experience.Despite that we bought a washer and dryer with delivery and installation. When delivering the appliances they scratched them all up and left without installing. When we tried to call and complain and get our money back, they gave us a really hard time about it.Go to Home Depot, or Lowes right across the street for a washer/dryer
Was looking for a modem and router today and the employees were extremely helpful. If one employee wasnt an expert on wifi and routers they clearly made the effort to bring someone who was more knowledgeable about that topic. Now I know exactly what to look for when I browse through the brands and where I can cut corners due to my usage and budget. Thanks guys.

Best Buy, its the last electronics retail standing in the area and this one went through a redesign of layout a while back making it better than most and getting an extra star. Its a useful stop sometimes to lay hands on, or see in person something you are interested in. However, in my experience you can almost always beat their price online. I also had a horrible experience where they were supposed to repair a cell phone under warranty many years ago but instead they lost it.
Used to work at this Best Buy. 😮😁 It seems like it hasnt changed much in terms of layout. Its a Best Buy...They got computers and the like. They price match Amazon too, so I can avoid the wait of having it delivered if its something general enough for them to carry.
Staff was nice, not very intrusive.. I appreciated that. Thank you very much....Its still really just a showcase for large brands, unfortunately with the access Americans now have to all types of innovations from China... Best buy is a nice place to get a tactile feel for something really youre just going to order online.
I’ve only been here twice, but I’ve had really good experiences. Both times I went with my boyfriend for a return and the line was short, and service was quick and painless! This review is more of a reflection of the store rather than Best Buy (obviously, we’ve had 2 recent returns). The team leader that we interacted with, Guy, was particularly pleasant!
One of the best location to have Electronics item, a hub of maximum stuff of various brands with the knowledgeable staff. Who help with the best product that one can have as per their knowledge.If you know about the product you want. I prefer to go online and check the website once, it save your time and effort.
I like going to best buy just to spend some time but honestly I dont buy much there. The staff is really kind though and helpful, especially at the smartphones section. They have a lot of good deals and sales.

I wish Best Buy could hire some employee who have the capability to handle the job. My friend bought a case for his phone which was suppose to be $19.99, instead this Best buy charged him $39.99. I thought the basic skills to work in a retail store is checking price . Clearly they failed. And it happened again this Black Friday. I was waiting in line at 5 pm on Thursday. And When I was in there I took the headphone I want to check out. The guy at checkout couldnt get the price, he came up with a weird theory that the price on the flyer was for Black Friday. So the price must be work only on Friday. Excuse me! The whole door buster idea was suppose to work on their early open time. This best buy is the worst I have ever been. Please hire some employee who is intelligent enough to handle the job. Thank you.
Very helpful, bought a smart TV and had to bring it back because it was smarter than me and they hooked me up. They showed me how to hook it up and use it. They are very helpful people who work there

There’s a large selection of electronics and accessories but the staff aren’t helpful. I prefer to buy online and pick up in the store if it’s necessary to shop here. You will wander for hours before you’re asked if you need assistance only to learn the item is out of stock.

One of the representatives Will was very helpful in explain different cell phone plans.However when I was making my choice I discovered the promotion expired.I tried to contact the store and I was told the representative would return my call. Which didnt happen.The following day I tried to contact the manager several times and never received a call back to review what the policy was. Very disappointing.
Monique S. was amazing! I went in to buy a TV and she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to find a way to get the TV I wanted delivered to me ASAP and delivered for free. They did not have it in the delivery warehouse, therefore usually the only option is for Geek Squad to deliver the showroom TV for a $100 fee incl. installation. She called colleagues on their day off and was beyond persistent to find a way to get me the TV I wanted, at my house within a few days with a free delivery. Thank you Monique! You are beyond awesome!

Overpriced. I also hate being bombarded with questions about a purchase when Im just walking around. But you will find whatever youre looking for. Just look elsewhere to see if you can get a better deal.
I dont know much about this store but I did try to return an expensive item to the store that I have bought online. They were very nice about it however they tried to just issue me store credit which was wrong. After speaking to the manager I then had to ask them to call their own 800 number coma the online number that I ordered from I guess, and then it was worked out in my favor. Probably a really good store but if you are returning something there that you bought online be advised caution is in order.
Gotta say the staff here is great. The people go out of their way to help you. I dont know a lot about the digital things, and theyll take time to explain things. Been here before, Ill be here again. Thanks guys.
Very large store! As an IT guy sometimes you just have to go into a brick and motar store to get what you need when you need it. The staff were very helpful in assisting me finding the headphones I wanted. I will definitely come back once I need more parts!
Its a big box store so its like any others though the exception to that issue pleasant nature of employees MIA and I didnt get the other girls name heavy set pretty black girl treated me kindly and had winning personalities

I dont dislike this store, but I do very little shopping there. However this particular store is closing in November, so stock is limited to what they have. They will order for you and ship directly to your door thru November.
On August 3rd I went to the store looking for an internet extender so my TV would stay connected to the signal -- after several questions Erin determined that what I really needed was a new router-- he called in Steve to help me find the right one, and Steve steered me to the right product and-- IT WORKS GREAT!! In a time where there is almost no customer service anywhere I wanted to be sure these two were recognized for truly being helpful, so I called Best Buy Corporate to let them know --...after being passed around to several people one woman told me to call the store manager -- ok. So I called the store-- there is no button to push to talk to a human.. so I pressed a random department and was on hold for 4 minutes before trying two other numbers in their list of 4 choices...no human ever answered the phone :(So Erin and Steve-- THANKS FOR HELPING ME OUT! I hope this message gets to you-- I wish I could have told someone higher up in Best Buy ((and Erin if I am spelling your name incorrectly, I apologize))Its nice to need help choosing a product and to actually receive the help-- THANKS AGAIN.Rachael S

Had not been to BB for a while. Less selection than there used to be. I found the wireless keyboard I wanted though. This is a standard BB location. Lots of parking, accessible, service was friendly.

At first, I thought this was so easy! On November 19, 2016, The manager, Keith, showed me an awesome front loader washer with pedestal and gave me an awesome deal because it was an open box item that just didnt fit in the first customers doorway so it was returned. And he said he needed to get it off the floor to make room for Black Friday new inventory. The transaction took less than 15 minutes and we set delivery up for Dec 3. Got the laundry room ready, took off work, even got a confirmation call the night before. Then I waited and waited and waited and no washer delivery and no phone call to explain why! So after multiple, I mean MULTIPLE efforts to contact them, I got the automated system (without the option I needed), then sent to overflow call center with reassurance someone would get back to me within the hour. Days later, still no call, so I called again, spoke with at least 5 people( Joe #1, Joe # 2, John, Tonya and Monica). Final explanation I got was the washer was never sent from Best Buy to the warehouse. Rescheduled for delivery today, Dec 17, (0ne week before Christmas). Got an email confirmation, great. But called last night to try to confirm with a human and after the awful automated system was given a number to call that was no longer in service! Now at 8 am, the warehouse guy calls to tell me that the pedestal part did not make it to the warehouse and they need to install it at the same time as the washer and no one knows where the pedestal is! The left hand down there doesnt know what the right hand is doing! Im calling my credit card to dispute the charge and if I can reach a HUMAN, at Best Buy down there without having to drive back, Im just canceling my order. Not worth the aggravation. Went in to buy a printer that the website said this location had in Stock. Well when it finally came down to it after some searching, they did not have the printer. So I looked for an alternative but their selection was rather poor. I can understand that though as most people probably dont use printers anymore. So thats why I still gave it 4 stars. Otherwise the store looked great and the employees were helpful.

Please note that this review is for the Pittsburg Bird Sanctuary, not Best Buy (some sort of google goof up)....Great place, a bit tight on parking so get there early. The staff showed a high level of enthusiasm and commitment. Many of the exhibits were walk-through so you were up close and personal. Enclosures were sized appropriately for the size of the feathered guests. The penguins were a laugh riot, watched as some other tourists fed them. There were some kid-sized tunnels so children could get close to the action.
Very helpful staff when looking for something difficult to find. I was looking for a connector that wasnt out on display and an associate went out of his way to find it in the warehouse. A lot of places will just say if it is not on display they dont have it.
I had to take my computer in for repair work after my efforts failed to do the repair. Bill and I believe the ladys name is Cindy were able to expediently fix a really corrupted registry problem that occurred from recent Windows 7 updates. Through the process of repair they kept me informed, were extremely respectful the entire time they dealt with me and got the job done in a very efficient manner.I realize many of us run into computer problems time to time. I am no techie, but I try to repair things myself, but some things are beyond my current abilities. I am grateful to those who work there and can fix what I personally was not able to fix.I want to send out a HUGE thank you to them. Id go back there anytime again and highly recommend them for your computer needs.
Overpriced selection in pretty much every category. Its cheaper on Amazon. The staff behave like everyone is out to shoplift. Heaven forbid I should browse the aisles in a store without knowing exactly what I want and needing assistance. 🙄
The only Best Buy I shop at is North Hills. Every Best Buy always make up fake rules when it comes to returning anything and whatever you buy comes with a BS attitude on the side. Every Best Buy in Pittsburgh should have been went Out Of Business like Circet City due to so many problems. You go in Best Buy with 20 problem and come out with 99 problems and the store is 1.

Black Friday deals ordered for in store pickup. After paying I got a message that only some of my order was ready. Despite the we. Order process saying they had it available at that store, it wasnt. So I picked it up and 2 weeks later I got a message my item was in. 3 days later I got a final reminder to pick it up or it would be canceled. That was my ONLY reminder after they screwed up the order. Better customer service would have been to offer to ship it home to save me a trip. We were talking about an xbox game.

Very sub-par customer service. I came into the store with the intention to buy a laptop, though naturally I had a few questions & was looking for some recommendations from someone more knowledgeable than I. The gentleman who helped me clearly knew less about the laptop models they carried than I did and was, overall, extremely unhelpful. A 30 minute Google search will serve you better than an in-person conversation with the sales reps who work here.
Disappointed that another scheduled visit to the Geek Squad that I made had to be done by another clerk and not a Geek Squad specialist. The young lady that took care of me did her best but I still had to go online to get more help. I wont know until tonight that if my problem was fixed or not. This is the third time I have been through this.

Staff are really nice, and the store is huge and clean. Very satisfying. A little bit too far though, and kind of short of in-store capacity.
Pretty well-stocked, but expect to wave your hands for quite a bit before getting help from a staff. On the bright side, you dont have a staff stalking you throughout the store regardless of how empty/overstaffed the store is.
Its easy to get in and get what you want, and the people who work there know their stuff.
Great phone accessories, but One of my cars is an older model and they told me the harness is gonna be well over $100 for the stereo. I was wondering what they were smoking when I found it online for $14. I wouldnt have given them 3 stars except that everybody was very polite and helpful. They were just trying to help me into overly excessive prices. But they are in business to make money so I guess I cant blame them. If youre looking for a playstation or phone accessories but probably a good place to go if you want the accessories all at once. You can definitely find a better deal shopping for them online sometimes convenience is key.
In the wake of online retailers, this store has gone downhill. The selection of products that arent smartphones, tablets or laptops is dismal to say the least. I went here to replace a broken center speaker from my surround sound system and walked out one and almost empty handed. The saving items were toys, actually. I bought LOL dolls for my daughters to make the trip worth it. Its a sad day for these guys....

The physical store has somewhat limited offerings of products with prices much higher than you would find elsewhere online. If you know exactly what you want or need something in a hurry (e.g. breaking your phone and needing an immediate replacement) it is a good option. The staff is also relatively knowledgeable if you have questions, though they are trained to sell you the higher priced options. Most people will be more satisfied with the selection and prices on Amazon.
If I would have known Best buy price matched even Amazon products, I would probably never ordered anything for shipping.
This is the closest Best Buy from our home. We came here to buy a new phone for my husband. We went to the phone section and sat with a rep for an hour trying to get a phone because the phone that we wanted wasnt at this location, and two other phones we picked also werent there. We then realized in order to purchase a new phone we had to upgrade to a more expensive phone plan. So unfortunately we left empty handed. But the rep was with very friendly and patient with us for an hour doing his best to help us. Kudos to him!
The manager Jason and his associates are the absolute best! They provide the best customer service and Jason even let me hug him for how happy he made my experience!
This store is small and doesnt have as good of a selection or prices. Their return policy is terrible. The managers are lazy and rude and treat you like you have done something wrong if a staff member calls them over to discuss a problem. I have even caught a manager telling an outright lie just to get me to go away. When called out on it, they just covered it up with another lie before turned and walking away before I could say anything else.Basically, I would recommend this store to look at an item before buying it on Amazon.

This place is terrible. Their tech told me to buy a laptop charger as part of the process for troubleshooting my sons laptop, said to just return it if that wasnt the issue. They apparently have a 14 day policy, because I missed it while at AT with the NG. So they wont return it in package, for store credit. Called their national, who said it is at the discretion of the local manager .if youre a veteran of support them, dont shop at this best bes, or at least tell them how you feel about the way they treat combat veterans and all their customers.
FREE Delivery... warning you get what you pay forI purchased a TV in store last week on Black Friday, they failed to delivering it during the 7AM -1PM window then finally called at 3PM. I waited and waited, but they still failed to deliver it. Then, they cancelled my order without contacting me. No opportunity to reschedule. No follow up. Horrible service. My time was wasted and Im now back to searching for a TV.Ill shop at Amazon next time instead for care free delivery and customer service I can trust.

Its was VERY difficult to find an employee who could help set up a new phone I previously had shipped to my house. I waited probably 20-25 minutes before they became available. Then the whole phone setup process probably took another hour. The employee helping me was great tho. Just seemed like someone else should be taking register if you only have one person to do mobile. Maybe it was just a fluke that night. Not bad overall, just be aware it could be slow if you go on a weeknight to get or set up a phone.

It all started when the store didnt receive the game I preordered in their shipment. They told me it would be in within the next few days and that I would receive an email when it was ready for pickup. Neither of those things happened, so I decided to purchase the game elsewhere. Well I called their customer care to cancel the preorder...lo and behold, it was already canceled, without notification and WITHOUT receiving my money back! So now Ive been on hold with both the customer care and the store for thirty minutes trying to get this resolved...and they hang up on me. Call back for another ten minutes and still no answer. Ill go the store tonight and see if they can get this fixed...maybe Ill give them two stars.
From the ease of picking up online orders to the cashier that I had that personally went above and beyond to assist me, I couldnt be happier with the service at this store.
Purchased 2 phones, 1phone 5 days ago, and the other 4 days a Go search soon was set up by a very competent person but the 2nd song head to people who were incompetent trying to set up the 2nd phone. Neither of the 2nd phone installers knew exactly what they needed to do and caused so much chaos was their behavior and performance that we had to wait for one hour to get it completed.
The PC support team fix my PC right away and direct me how to upgrade my hardware cheap and efficiency .
Ill be honest Im not a fan. Their cables are horribly overpriced. Their consumer electronics are only slightly overpriced. However Im giving 5 stars because when I need something quickly Im glad to have overpriced places that I can count on. Best Buy: please dont go out of business.But maybe find someone else to keep your inventory organized. The small products drift around the store and cant be found in their right places.

The stock and layout are pretty great - Ive found a good waffle maker when kitchen stores are closed. Some exmployees, mostly the longer lasting ones, are cool and efficient at their jobs. The competition is Costco (if member), Target, Lowes, and Im not sure what else within a 10 minutes drive.Warning for wanderers and perusers:You will be approached a lot, expect multiple (2-4) times within 10 minutes. Theres not perceivable standard technical/social training at bb so employees have varying levels of expertise. Sometimes the expertise is only in personal anecdotes. Ive found if I am intermediate to expert in what Im looking at - looking up reviews is more effective.Yesterday a dude tried debating me on anything I said from picking a headset because a popular streamer used it to ensuring to me the headset I found annoying to use currently but dealt with for a couple years was completely fine for him. Meanwhile, Im sick and just want to play sea of thieves without the wire on my head from my backup headphones.Eventually pirated with a couple of funny southern dudes so the night was saved by the game, which is pretty much an analogy for best buy. The convenience on just picking something up something new/fun/exciting is why Ive continued to shop here for the last few years. Be prepared to be approached. Wear visible headphones if you want to lock that down. If any competitors are carrying the thing I want, I generally go there. Have lived/shopped here since 2015.

Went in to get a burner phone because I was looking for a job and wanted a local number, they didnt have any! I ended up at Walmart.
Poor quality salesmanship. Calls are routed through a call center. Took me 40 minutes of being transferred around to finally end up talking to a store salesperson who was totally clueless about a purchase that a salesperson encouraged me to make. Ended up getting instructions from the kid up the street from me. The store put me on hold. Never came back to the phone...Totally frustrated....Never Again!
