These guys are great. I hung out most of the time while they were installing but not too much because i didnt want to be that guy. It took 2 days to complete but i can tell they were being thorough. I had some big doors. I had a small issue with one of the doors and they came out the same day to fix it. I have been an electrician for 16 yrs and have seen alot of garage doors go in and i can tell you these guys do a good job and they back it up.

We used Samson Garage Door company to perform an emergent torsion spring repair. I called around 8am and they scheduled me in at 2pm and actually arrived at 12pm due to us needing to get our car out of the garage to make an appointment. Thanks!I regret having to write this review because initially I liked the company and was satisfied however... Samson Garage Doors have proven a disappointment. Everything was great until we turned the lights off in the garage and realized the new opener only worked with the lights on (they added some switch because they couldn’t hard wire - how it was previously). However the switch doesn’t work. Upon requesting it be fixed we were told it would cost $150 because my husband okay’ed the man adding the switch (how would my husband know it wouldn’t work lol the tech is the professional and it was at his advice). I would assume part of their protocol would be test everything but I guess it’s on the customer to flip all the switches and make sure the outlets remain hot without all the lights on. anyway... hire at your pleasures but just FYI. We will be getting it fixed otherwise because that’s just ridiculous!

I had an old garage that I never used and decided to remodel it and make it functional once again. I called Samson Garage Doors to remove my old rusted out garage door and replace it with a state of the art new one. I highly recommend their services. Few established garage door installers will actually come out and give a free estimate. And their prices were reasonable for a quality Clopay door. I originally had them replace the one garage door on my home. Then recently, their service impressed me when I had them work on an old existing garage door opener. Once again, there was no charge for them to come out and look at the issue which was at the time I set up around lunch the day after I called! And they would have come out the same day, yet I already had plans. Talk about quick service!And even then, it was a fair price for them to repair my 20 year old opener (including re-mounting the one spring which rubbed on the track and made a horrible screech beforehand due to an original bad installation from another company/person).

When went to repair garage door, found the springs needed replaced which original inspection didnt include that. No sure why technician didnt see they were bad in the first place.

Samson installed the tortion spring for our garage door in an efficient manner about one year ago. And on Tuesday we met a problem not being able to close the door. We called them, and they came the next day! It turns out not to be the spring problem, but they still fixed the problem for us without any extra charge! They are very patient and nice guys, and they listened to your needs to offer excellent service. Moreover, they sticked to their warranty without any complaint.
