I went to Dr.Lenkner with minor hearing loss. I am a active 50 year old woman who was having difficulty hearing and understand people. She gave me my hearing back I cried when she place the hearing aids on my ears. I got my hearing back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could birds and lawnmowers. I didnt have to ask my co-workers to please speak up. I could hear friendly voices through muffled masks again. Thank you for giving me my normal sense of balance and life. I have been very satisfied with my mother-in-law‘s experience. I referred my sister to make an appointment and get an assessment. Everybody I know who should get a hearing aid or test I am going to recommend to this facility if there were more than five stars I definitely would have given more

Lucretia is extremely knowledgeable about hearing aid options and takes her time explaining how they work and the various features each set of aids available . She made a potentially overwhelming experience very enjoyable.

L. A. Lenkner is 200% for her patients. Very passionate about her work. I have seen L.A.Lenkner since 2002, it is now 2020! Next day appointments are offered to me because of my severe hearing loss.She offered me state of the art hearing aids. NOW I CAN HEAR. She is simply the best!

Overcharged for my services on my hearing aids resetting and refitting. My insurance told me she tried to charge me double the amount. She tried charging me double the amount I owe my insurance. Lucretia is extremely rude. She kept bossing me around and told me to be quiet when i was praising my child for doing a good job. During my hearing evaluation she made my husband leave the waiting are to go for a walk with my handicapped child. So beware she will price gouge you. Not only that the place is filthy. Stains all over the carpeting. Dust everywhere. Paint and wall paper peeling from the wall. I dont recommend going here. Especially if you have small children.

After 19 years dealing with other audiologists I couldn’t be happier to have found this wonderful hearing specialist. She is so knowledgeable and accommodating to ALL my hearing issues, which are many. I can never imagine going to anyone other than L A Lenkner Audiology!!! 👍👍👍

Took care of my aunts hearing aid and literally came to her apartment. Grade A service. She had A lot of equipment to bring to fix the hearing aid.
