I had a great experience beginning to end with Cabinet Mania. I had a general idea of the layout for my kitchen but my designer, Lorine, did a great job of making it all come together. She was quick to respond to answer any question I had, and point out things I hadnt thought of. The cabinets shipped and arrived incredibly fast, well packaged and undamaged. They seem to be of high quality and every bit as good, if not better, than any other cabinet I have seen to compare them to. Assembly was simple, straight-forward and not nearly as time consuming as I had originally thought. Overall, I couldnt be happier, especially since these cabinets were over $1,500 less than any other place I priced locally.

I absolutely loved working with Angela. She was there to answer all my questions and made me comfortable with the whole process. She assisted me with the design and pointed out what three other companies failed to tell me. I was blown away with her experience and knowledge of a functioning kitchen. Not only does it function but looks amazing. I attached a picture of my finished project!

Keep sending emails to this company and they have a disconnect phone line. It ein is the same ein used to sign up with walmart

Great customer service! We talked to Tiffany several times and she was very helpful! I also spoke to Ashley who helped clarify several things. I can see why there are such good reviews online. We just placed our order and hope there isnt any damages

Ordered cabinets from them through Wal-Mart, called Wal-Mart for company contact information since they were not returning any of my inquires, called them, the phone is disconnected, googled the phone number, brought me to this company, whose phone line is also disconnected. Im just trying to get my money back at this point. What a joke. Also, dont waste your time replying that you dont accept orders from Walmart.com - they literally gave me your phone number.

Ordered kitchen cabinet. On 8/5/20They promised delivery on 8/13/20Did not get it till today 8/18/20.No customer service. No respond.Took the money never delivery.Trucking number show delays with no information. Never deal with them.Absolutely scam!!!!!! Stay away from them. True story. And very disappointed.All people who share the same story is true. Owner respond complete untrue.

Maybe the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life. Im at over a month now and Ive been told 5 times that my order will go out today or tomorrow. Horrible communication. Horrible customer service. Now reading the other reviews I have zero confidence that I will get my money back.Update 1: Cancellation requested 1/13. Received confirmation that they got my email and would cancel the order (# 100000854). Said that they issue refunds by check in the mail. Lets see how long this takes.Update 2: It seems theyve deactivated my login with them. After demanding that they recognize my order as cancelled within my account on their site, I am no longer able to log in and view my account. Ive asked everyday if my check is in the mail yet an Ive had no answer.Update 3: Reply below says the order was refunded. Ill consider it refunded when I see a check.Update 4: Were at a month since my order was cancelled. Still no refund. Dont believe this company on a single word they say.Update 5: We are at two months since the order was cancelled. Still no refund? Im not aware of any holidays in February or March that would be holding them up from them getting me my money back.Update 6: April 27th, still no refund. They ended communication with me because I used foul language in an email. In their final email to me they said they sent me a check. If youre looking for an honest company, youre better off doing business with a drug cartel.

They took $1000 from a dog rescue in Colorado for cabinets. They never delivered and refuse to respond. These people are a scam out to steal money and never deliver. Even worse they did this to a non profit. Order was May 23rd. 4 promised shipping dates with no shipments. No refund issued. Order # ends in 0773.

Absolute SCAM. Do not order from this company. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I placed 2 orders with them for our kitchen and bathrooms, and only received 2 cabinets. Was told over and over the orders had shipped. Was then told I would receive a refund. Nothing. Ive been back and forth with the BBB to resolve, only to get nowhere. Lots of money stolen from our family from this scam of a business. They do not answer their phone and each time you email, someone different answers. Stay far away.

I ordered my cabinet 9/27/2018 and at first I was lied to saying they were just behind when I asked about my order 1-2 months after I ordered. A couple more months I was told they are behind because of tariffs. After about 9 months of being lied to I canceled my order and now it’s been months trying to get my money back. So almost 1 year later I have no cabinet or my money back. I also have e-mails of all this because you can’t ever call it’s a fake number to try to talk to anyone. And the address is fake they show on their website also. Frank Lamark is a fraud. You can never talk to anyone. They have fake addresses and anything they say in an e-mail is all lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ive been to the door of theach showroom on six different occasions, six different days, six different times of the day during their advertised open hours. Not once have I found anyone there and the door is locked. How do they stay in business when theyre never open?!I have also, sent an Email through their website, twice, without the first response!I dont think this business is any longer in business. Dont waste your time and search for your cabinet needs elsewhere!Jeff

I near got my cabinet, they have not refunded my $1800.00, They lie to you,they are only out to steal your money. Dont buy cabinets from these cheating bastards. Check out other reviews see how many others they have done this to. They all should be in jail.

They advertise 2-4 week shipping. Its been 8 weeks and I still dont have my order, or any idea when (if?) it will arrive.Update: The company response below is obviously complete BS. First off, they never emailed me that it shipped Nov 12, they did email saying they plan on shipping out the week of 11-26-18, but never notified me that it actually shipped. If it had shipped, I would have received it by now, so they clearly never shipped it. After trying to get updates, I finally gave up and requested they cancel my order and issue a refund on Dec 10th. They said theyd send me a check. Ill update this review when that arrives.Update 2: Still no refund check 3 months later. I contacted the better business bureau and they were unable to get a response from this company. Its clearly a scam.Update 3: Still no refund check 6 months later. I contacted the attorney general, who is now investigating them.

They ripped me off. Took 2k for cabinets that they could not deliver. Then told me they would refund me. It has been over three months now and still no refund. I would never buy anything from them or recommend them to anyone. Update. It is now 10/2/2016 they still have not sent my refund. They promised to send it out FedEx and sent me a tracking number and shows no information on the FedEx website. They keep telling me give it a few days to show up. Like it is FedEx issue. This has now been going on for 4 months with no resolution. 10/12/2016 still no FedEx tracking still no refund.

We are a vender for Caniet Mania. They do not pay their bills. We invested money to help get the product line started for them yet we have been stuck with a returned check from 2 months ago that still has not been made good.

Had a fun experience dealing with Angela and George face to face at their Munster showroom.

I paid $700 for 3 cabinets and trim pieces for them and never received them. They wouldnt answer emails or phone calls. RIPOFF!!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! I never received a refund either.

I honestly didnt believe how in-expensive Cabinet Mania cabinets are until I saw them with my own eyes. I visited Monica the showroom manager in Munster Indiana showroom and a few months ago and finally pulled the trigger and ordered them online. A few weeks later and $4,313.59 my cabinets where delivered. I bought the Vanilla RTA Cabinets unassembled and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out. Ill post pictures once Im done installing them!!
