Just a standard Target. Employees are all nice, and they help out. They keep the store clean and stocked.They are currently remodeling the place, but I am excited for how it will turn out.

Recently Target updated the store in Munster Indiana. It was surprising to visit the womens bathroom. The doors on some stalls do not latch, the soap dispensers do not work and the toilets dont flush . Does anyone try this stuff out before installing it or is it whatever is cheapest? It worked better before the new construction. I hope the upgrade isnt done.

Havent even been here and they have a horrible review from me. Called on 10/18 at 8:05am about the xbox series x in store and the electronics guy keeps giving me the run around, saying they have them in stock but theyre not selling in store, although everywhere else is. He says hes asking a manager and keeps hanging up on me. I was very patient and polite as being rude is not the way to get things. I call again around 9:30 / 10am and speak to the same person and he says oh yeah we had them but theyre all sold out now. I call again today between 8:05 and 8:40am, a few times, and nobody is answering the phone. Horrible customer service at best.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I experienced exceptional customer service yesterday on the behalf of Debbi. She was super friendly and very understanding of my situation. She went above and beyond her duties and showed me a lot of compassion. I hope to see Debbi again when I shop at this Target!

Right on Target! Target is in my humble opinion the totally shopping outlet. Locations throughout the country, best in quality merchandize, friendly sales associates, and the lowest prices compared to Kolhs, Walmart, Big Lots etc. Online shopping on their website is easy to navigate, huge selection of products that include 360 degree viewing, and complete product descriptions. Free delivery and same day in store pickup are just a few reasons Target is Right on Target for my shopping needs.

I had such a beautiful experience today at this munster location at guest services. Alyssa(hope i spelled ir correctly-she has beautiful colorful indigo hair). She was so friendly and super helpful. God bless herThank you for your kindness Alyssa

I absolutely love Target’s curbside pickup. I never have to wait for someone to come out with my order. They are there when I pull up or coming to my car as soon as I pull up. Awesome service please make sure to tip they deserve it 😁🤗

Its a great store to shop at (cleanliness and product availability), unless you need to call the customer service desk for any reason. Ive been repeatedly trying for the last four hours and it just rings and rings until it disconnects the call. Sadly, actual customer service seems to be something that doesnt seem to exist anymore.

Do Not Work Here. Work load is excessive for one individual to handle. Workers are held accountable for anything that isnt done in their respective area. The incomptent leaders are the WORST at managing people and harass workers into doing their bidding. They say they care about the workers safety yet none of them knew how to handle a fellow coworkers accident. Made them wait several days before they could give him the documents needed to go to doctor. Always understaffed bc MANAGEMENT IS SO AWEFUL. Because of this workers quit, no shows, call off, or are in terrible mood throughout the day. These leaders need to get fired or retrained.

Horrible customer service. Walked around store for 30 minutes, looking for stuff and not one useless employee in this facility greeted or offered help. Worst target Ive ever been in!!!

This Target is always the same story, lines everywhere with not enough lanes open. It’s ridiculous you end up waiting and waiting in line. Self check out is no better. I’m saying this because it’s been the same story throughout the years. You can never run in and out when you have somewhere to go they will totally slow you down. I don’t know how they don’t have more people come to the front to eliminate lines. I literally have two cards and two gift cards and been waiting over 15 minutes for one person in front of me to check out. I hate this location.

Product availability and service. The Munster Target had items that were not available at any other Targets, Best Buys or other stores in the area that sell technology products. My online order was rapidly processed and ready for pick up a few minutes after I ordered them. India, the Customer Service representative very efficiently accommodated all my service requests so that I was in, and out in a few minutes!

Similar to other target, this one is slightly older. The carts were being constantly sanitized, which was good. Seemed fairly busy. The checkout counters are slightly crammed, so its hard to follow social distancing guidelines here. There are restrooms inside. Plenty of parking outside. Theres starbucks and a pizza hut inside! Enjoy your shopping!

The people here are all very helpful and polite. Im disabled so I use the online pickup & its always great, all the employees are very nice!

Had the 1 product I went there for and it was reasonably priced. Picked out a few other things...2 of which were on sale. Always a speedy checkout as well.

Rachel who usually is in the baby department and Sasha who was working Starbucks are great workers. They are truly the definition of what guest service should be.

Bad customer service. Whoever worked near the electronic counter on 5/27/21 around 3:15pm (besides a boy who was stocking) should be fired. My husband came in for a sound bar and 3 young Male employees just looked at him and walked away. Meanwhile security is back in electronics all of a sudden, but no worker is there to help my husband check out. Is this how Target train their employees?

I always find what I need. The employees are helpful and the store is extremely clean!

Im not a big in store shopper and I had a little trouble finding things with holiday movement, but I asked for help and Gary was amazing. He found all the items I was looking for and more. I walked out with extra gifts that I did not plan for because he found so many related items for me. He was so kind and informative. I wish I could shop everywhere with Gary!

The woman who checked me out was a newish employee, and she was lovely and helpful. She helped me with my first time use of my Circle membership and was very patient and kind. I also love the precautions you take to keep us all safe shopping.

The Target in Munster, IN. is terrible! I have never had such a horrible check out experience at any store ever! I am not ever going back to that store! I gave it one star because the computer would not allow no stars.

The target store in Munster Indiana is very dirty all the time and getting worst. I am going to try and not go to Target as much or i will drive out of my way to go to another one.

Sadly, I did have a very unfortunate incident happen at this location in regarding limiting me to one item.. their staff gave me misguided information.. One staffer tells me no limit and then at the cashier register there’s a limit.. and then the cashier register tries to embarrass me in front of the other shoppers behind me The cashier is rude and aggressive Worker.. shame on you you guys and you need to train your workers on how to be courteous.. I won’t be shopping at target and I may not be shopping at target at all.

Target is a very important store in my community. My pharmacy is there, our store has fresh groceries and is a one stop shop. The Target team members are always friendly and helpful.

Much nicer associates, better quality brands. I was a huge walmart shopper up until 3 years ago and I love my target now

The store was clean. A lot of items out of stock. I understand the pandemic has this like this so that wasn’t an issue. My issue is the 35 minute wait I had to wait in line while it was two people working self check out a manager standing guiding one line that stretched to the back of the store. Only one regular line open. When I asked the manager can the employee get help. She stated that they were short on staff and I just had to wait. The staff personal that was at the register had been with this one customer for my 35 minute wait in line and dnt know how long before then. 10 minutes after my complaint here comes 3 other staff personal to help. Where was the managers team work? Why couldn’t she grab a register just to get the line down? I rarely shop at target but now I see why. I want be returning to this store.

Because Target is a nice store where you can find any desire item and the staff is friendly, helpful and respectful.

Have been going for years even when I lived in munster

This is a pretty good location! I’ve went two days in a row now.Here’s what I like- It’s clean, easy to find items, decent customer service, items displayed in an attractive manner, and plenty of room for parking.Here’s what needs improvement- I wish this location was bigger so that they could offer a larger variety of groceries.All in all, I’m happy with this location. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The store is very organized and I can almost find what I am looking for. When lines start forming at check out, more registes start opening and there is always someone at the self check out to assist. My only request would be to make sure products are stocked, mainly cosmetics and nail care, but this is no way an inconvenience for me.

Very poorly run store.

Sadly, I did have a very unfortunate incident happen at this location regarding a theft (of which the store was in no way responsible for, it was definitely MY fault). HOWEVER, Janessa at this location handled my situation so calmly and professionally. While I was in tears, she helped me ease my mind and helped me figure out the steps that I needed to take thereafter. My debit card was then used at a nearby Walmart, and sadly NOBODY at that location could help me. Nobody seemed to care or even know what steps to take for the particular matter. I was simply sent away. But Janessa at Target went out of her way to help me and showed so much concern. She even contacted me within less than an hour of the incident. This is the type of employee ALL stores should have. Her professionalism should NOT go unnoticed. I refuse to ever go back to Walmart after this. Thank you Janessa for showing me why I need to be Team Target all the way!!

Target is one of my favorite stores. All the employees are always so nice and super helpful. I love going to Target because I never know what new products I will discover.

I am a long time Target shopper. Shopping at Target is always a pleasant experience. I easily find the items that are on my shopping list. The prices are competitive and checkout is easy...usually, no long waits. The employees are friendly and eager to assist when needed.

Associate was on the phone with another customer and wasnt paying full attention - where if she would have been helping one person at a time we all may have waited less time. Not to mention it should be easier to scan your own documents instead of waiting for an employee to do it. Save time for everyhone if I could have put my order bar code in.

Normally I really like Target, but this last visit really ticked me off. I went to the self-check because I didnt want to deal with any employee interaction but they shanghai-ed me with an employee standing in the self-check area with a little hand-held card reader and made me check out that way instead. It was awkward and took a long time because the employee didnt even know how to use it properly and tried to tell me Id have to leave without a receipt. I was seriously annoyed. Not only did it take LONGER, it completely defeated the purpose to going to a SELF-check line.
