Kind and helpful staff but was reminded why I dont shop here- too expensive! However did purchase the Palladino brow liner that was recommended by the clerk. It was worth every penny and in fact one of the best brow definers I ever bought.So cheers to Sally Beauty supply.

My first visit on Saturday 8/7... I was Read it and helped tremendously by a knowledgeable and kind ladySecond trip the next day because I needed extra supplies for girls working were the complete opposite. Felt like it was an imposition to be there and ask questions. Im sorry youre there on a Sunday.

Wouldn’t sell me hair color remover because I’m not a “professional.” I’ve been dyeing my hair for the last 4 years and not once have I been denied a purchase for such a minuscule reason. Whose business is it whether or not I dye hair professionally? I’m doing my own hair, so what’s the issue? If I mess up, I’m gonna blame myself for it. I bought the color remover which would make it my responsibility to handle it with care. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way out to a store just so they can prevent me from doing my hair in a more practical manner.

The Munster store is super clean and they girls who work there are very sweet, kind, and helpful. Even if they arent a 100% on an answer they will do what they can to help you.

Customer service is always top notch at this location. This first review was from two months ago. Today I went in and customer service was awful. This was a new lady I have never seen, I usually visit a couple times a month. She had no knowledge of what I was looking for and no interest in trying to figure it out. I love this location because it’s closer to home plus the associates are always attentive and knowledgeable. But today was horrible
