I needed my wheels and tires balanced. I didnt have an appointment. Saturdays are the the busiest day and they fit me in. I understood that it would take a little longer than normal and I was ok with it. Supper friendly staff and done quickly. I am a customer that will return!!!

By far the best place to get your car worked on in northwest indiana. If you want your car to be worked on by a family owned, professional business, then this is the place for you. Not only are they very kind and easy to talk to, but they make sure your car is taken care of each time you bring it in.

Their service is beyond excellent! I wrote a list of everything that needed to be done to my car. Communication was outstanding, and the work was carried out as needed! I highly recommend!

Best place to go for car work/maintenance. Been using them for oil changes for years. Recently had a nail in a tire and they had me in and out within 40 minutes. Friendly staff too, multiple employees made small talk whenever passing through the lobby. A++

They put my tires on lop sided. ---and over cranked my ignition what it sounded like. i went to people to fix it because they understand you cant mess with people you dont know because you never know. you cant do little things to people you dont know. people dont play like that!!! and never give all ur keys to them. just ur car key if anything. i had to change the locks anyway. get a life b4 u lose that. the other ppl i went to didnt even ask for my keys or address or anything. they just jacked my car up and changed it. didnt charge me and i still paid em cash only. dont play with me. im not the one.

Theyre always straight with me and I feel like they arent ripping me off or selling me things I dont need. Ive never had any issue with their work and have been using them for years.

First of all I appreciate the fact that I was treated with respect. The employees there are very polite and courteous. Secondly the price was very reasonable. A nice touch at the end is having them pull up my car by the door when they were finished. I will definitely be back. Great job guys.

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Weve had nothing but positive experiences since we started bringing our cars here many years ago. Very personable management, work done efficiently and in a timely manner, and weve always received the service weve been promised. Weve even been able to do some price negotiating when weve found things less expensive elsewhere. Have recommended this place to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I came here this morning because my TPMS light was on. I went in and explained the situation and they took care of me right away. I don’t know much about cars and they were very helpful! I would not hesitate to go here again!!

Nice friendly car care service they do good work on cars

Got a flat tire during this polar vortex. Didn’t want to be stranded so I called to see if this place was opened. I drove the few minutes it took only for someone to be rude and say they were booked up. It takes only a few minutes to change a tire. Goes to show what type of place this is. No compassion for people what so ever. At least I know where not to take my car ever again.

They told me to let them know ahead of time when I was going to bring in the car so they could order the part. I did, I dropped my car off at 7:30am the next day. They open at eight. The part would arrive around 8:30-9. Well they called and said the place didnt have the part so they would have to order from a different place, and that part should arrive around 3:30. Well that place sent the wrong part. And the correct part wont arrive until around 3:30 tomorrow. So I am without a car for practically two days. Not happy with my service here. They did throw in a free oil change but still I am car-less

Do not go here if you care about customer service. They do not understand what it is. After speaking with the gentleman at the desk, I walked out. There are plenty honest mechanics that understand customer service!

Mechanics Beware this shop will hire you tell you you will be paid a salary of $52,000 per year and within two days switch you to $36,000 per year I quit this shop in three days and moved on to a better paying job.This shop will put you in a 5 gallon bucket and bury you in a paupers grave.If you have a car that can do 191 miles per hour in four seconds pass this shop by.Thank you

If you buy tires from here make sure you get the warranty. I bought a whole set of new tires and 2 popped with normal driving area the region within 2 months.

Screwed up my oil pan so i need a new one and tried to charge me $1,000 for a new catalytic converter

I would of gave them 0 stars but thats not an option I brought my old 91 Chevy truck in to look at exhaust and this ass hat hooked my old truck to a diagnostic machine and charged me 100 bucks that didnt tell me nothing about the exhaust this shop is full of scam artists so stay away
