Great selection. Was only store in the area with Disney characters wrapping. Customer service lacking; stood in line waiting while two clerks finished up their small talk with a customer.

On our most recent trip my mother and I found the selection was lacking and the customer service was not friendly. We will not be returning.

I use to enjoy coming to this location because of their one of a kind items. Well, this visit they didnt have many rare items to choose from. They didnt have a large selection of cards either. I was a little disappointed.

Wanted to give 0 stars but it wouldnt let me. The store carries very little Hallmark product and carries high end items and name brand purses and jewelry.

Love the variety of gifts in this store, my cashier was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back!!!!

Sales staff was friendly. I have continuously noticed that there are not envelopes for all the cards. I dont recall this issue in past experience. Could be the change in personnel might be contributing to the matter.

I had no idea which way to go but the app took me right to the front door and the trip took little time. The app also choose the best route.

They have some unusual things here. I gave it three stars because they did not have Yankee candles in stock!
