It’s crazy how some one can be so rude. I went in to by some stuff and the lady is basically yelling at me that I have to be a professional to look around the store. Which she has no clue if I am or not then proceeded to tell me the order that was called in that I needed to call in was never called a few moments later of her actually looking for it she found it I do not recommend this place and I will be trying to contact someone because of how rude I was treated thanks

I need this place. All my Beauty needs all in one place. My hair color, lash serum, nail care . All I need to stay pretty for work and tools to do my best work.

I like coming to this particular CosmoProf. They are helpful and keep their inventory stocked.

Great store and good staffs

I like this store, always a nice experience, and saves me money. I tried going to the new Smyrna store since its closer to my house, but never again, just a poor, rude, uninterested staff. Hopefully this one will never go the same route as the Smyrna store.

Just left this location. We walked in right before close. At 5:56 to be exact. I hate being that last minute customer but i had no choice today. I planned on going in grabbing what i needed *just 2 boxes of color* and getting out. As soon as we walked through the door, a young woman with blonde braids (i didnt catch her name) shouted from the back of the store at us. Just so you guys know, i HAVE to shut my register down in 2 minutes at 6:00. And then reminded us again that we had 2 minutes to get what we need. We grabbed our stuff, and checked out at exactly 6:02 so obviously her register wasnt going to self destruct with us being 2 minutes late. She then rushed us checking out and then was literally on our heels as we walked to leave. I understand we were last minute, but to have such rude service and to be rushed like that, i personally will not be back. I will be doing my hair care shopping at salon centric on old fort parkway from now on and i suggest you all do the same. At least they know what great customer service looks like.

It seems every time my husband and I go into this particular Cosmoprof it is disorganized in the professional color section. Making it almost impossible to find the color you need. On top of that they are almost always out of color and it’s not just one professional line it’s almost all of them.

I have been shopping at mboro cosmo prof for 8 years and enjoyed all the wrkers there until now if Maddison continues to work there, I will be taking my business to State Beauty, talking about another employer to me is very improfessional saying this woman got fired. She also is outside smoking and when i am ready to pay i have to come and get her i will NEVER step foot im there when she is working

Management needs to be revised!!!! Unprofessional attitudes!!! 3 weeks straights same shelf is empty of color. When asked about it, I was told we havent went through boxes from FRIDAY!!! Today is Sunday!!!
