I have shopped here since the day they opened. I have always and will continue to drive past their competitors to shop here. The store is very clean, the staff is friendly and aways willing to stop what they are doing and help you find anything you might need. They have weekly buy 1 get 1 free specials that are hard to beat. They also have a full deli, bakery, seafood department, and pharmacy. All of whom are willing to special order just about whatever they can get their hands on for you. Its a great place and a true pleasure to shop here.

Love how friendly and helpful the staff are in this location. I still need to learn what is in each isle. I am stumped sometimes in the logic they use to organize their location. A good example is where they keep their orange juice. It is kept by their produce aisle. Aside from that, I enjoy shopping at this and any Publix locations.

They have so much and everyone is so helpful. We went two days in a row for lunch. The sushi is freshly prepared right in front of you! So good... try the Spicy California Roll. Its my absolute favorite!

Friendly staff! Always someone at the customer service desk to greet you, and employees are more than delighted to help ensure you find everything you were looking for. Didn’t catch his name, but a nice young man at the register checked my eggs for me which I just thought was sweet.

The girl who works in the bakery was super helpful finding an owl cake design for my wifes birthday. She even call a girl who was a designer to ask if she could do the cake by the next day. I wish I remembered your name but you need a raise for how nice and helpful you were.

The friendliest people in town work here. Also, if youre hungry after shopping they have the best sandwiches at their deli.

I enjoy the peace and quiet of publix but their prices are twice as high as competitors.

This Publix location is very clean and fully stocked. The people that work there are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond in getting you in and out the store with a great experience! I enjoy going there on a weekly basis. Publix also has some great Bogo free deals on the regular. Keep up the great work!

It’s Publix! I always have an enjoyable experience shopping there. I do wish they had more organic items (they have quite a bit) but there’s still some stuff I have to go to Kroger for unfortunately. I also wish they sold bacon by like half pound of bacon or by the slice (like if I’m using it for cooking a meal). Other than that, one of favorite supermarkets.

Wish I had a Publix at home. Store was so clean and well stocked. Employees spoke to me multiple times. Great fresh veggies. No special card to check out for sale items.

Never had a bad experience here at this store. Staff is always courteous and they rarely move things around. Hate having to waste tie at others store trying to figure out the new locations.

Decent place but alittle costly compared to some others

Im very disappointed in this birthday cake for my 49 year old husband. It was supposed to be a celebration cake. Please avoid the bakery.

Cant beat Publix for fruits and vegetables, the best anywhere! No gimmicks with special discount cards, etc., just fair prices for everyone all the time plus weekly specials!!!

A great place to find food stuffs you cant find anywhere else. I especially love the spinach and artichoke dip and Publix Genoa Salami.

I like the availability of items not found other places. At least forty cents higher than Kroger on a lot of standard items, 1.50 more on Mayfield ice cream. Not interested in shopping my full list, but will go by for one or two items when close.

We ordered our wedding cake and omg it was soooo incredibly delicious!!! Dawn (the manager) delivered it on time, actually slightly earlier and provided great service. The baker that made the cake had so much attention to detail, beyond our expectations. I had the opportunity to revisit her and tell her how much my husband and I along with our family enjoyed the cake. I will be ordering the same cake for our reception celebration next year and all of our children’s bday cakes from now on.

Very nice Publix! Huge selection of ice cream. Publix is our goto for Keto friendly ice cream, but this one offers like 10 times more options. Ice cream is the only thing we bought, but it seems like they offer multiple choices of everything. Very impressive.

Ive never had a bad experience at this Publix & they score super high in friendliness, as far as Im concerned ! Every employee acknowledges & greets customers from the second they walk in the door, including in every department and even when theyre passing you in an aisle, obviously on their way to break or lunch !

Absolutely amazing! They make the best chicken noodle soup or this guy that works there does! And they even helped me decide to have chicken instead of Burger King! They are the friendliest people ever and I totally recommend ❤️

Great birthday cake for my daughter

Went by this evening specifically for a deli sandwich. They didnt have any tomatoes or onions and pickles appeared to be about the only thing they had. When i asked why they couldnt get the items from the store he said you would think we could. Usually they are on. Tonight was a disappointment.

I love shopping at Publix! I find deals on the BOGO items. Great place to do my weekly grocery shopping because items are always fully stocked. Excellent quality cuts of meat and seafood.

This is the cleanest and most organized grocery store by far. Some prices are a little high. But usually is made up for with their buy one get free deals. They run all the time.

With the overhead speaker informing all shoppers that masks are required, a full 33% of the shoppers were not. I asked the store if they enforced the mask policy and the person just shrugged their shoulders. I will not shop there again.It is unfortunate as this store has good service and good produce.

I love this Publix, it has some of the most polite people working there and of course its Publix. They carry stuff that other grocery stores dont and they have the recipe center where they cook the recipes with ingredients that are sold there and they are really good. Most should know about Publix already but for the ones who dont, stop in and check them out PUBLIX is great.

Publix always friendly and will help you special order special meat cuts. Great people.

Grew up with Publix in South Florida and my family always shopped at Publix. I was very excited to get Publix here and near my house! I love their produce dept. And their store brand low fat chocolate milk is so good! They have a good selection of products and you cant beat the customer service!

Ppublix is clean and everyone seems to be doing their best to keep us safe. I did prefer publix because they treated their customers well...i feel like in the world we are living it at present..they have only stepped things up.

This is just another Publix. You expect great service at any of them and they do not disappoint. I actually drink a milk called A2 (if youve never heard of it look it up) and when we moved here they had not heard of it so they obviously didnt carry it. I simply asked if they would consider it. The very next week I am walking passed the dairy, going to the BEST PHARMACY you can ever asked for but thats another review for later, and sure enough they had 4 cartons of my A2 milk. Within a month they expanded the selection to whole and 2%. The next month, two rows of whole, 2 rows of 2% and a row of chocolate. BEST MILK EVER!!! Its real milk and even people that cant drink regular milk can drink this one without giving up the real milk flavor. I feel like I am going on about this milk and I am because Regular milk is A1 and terrible for you. I am so thankful that the staff at Publix stepped up and took a chance on a product from one little customer request. I think, from seeing all the rows added now, that they are glad they added it as well.

It was GREAT!! All the personel there are so friendly, always say Hi, and with a warm smile, well with Covid-19 and everyone wearing mask, cant see their mouth, but you can see it in their eyes, and are ready to help you with any questions you have, and will stop whatever they are doing to help you. Im a newcomer to Murfreesboro, and after living in California for 15 years, Alabama, where I was born, Tennessee where I went to College, Florida, Germany, Massachusetts, while serving in the USAF, and now back in Tennessee, after driving School Buses for 20 years in 4 different states. I have shopped in a plethora of Grocery Stores, and believe I can honestly say, without a doubt that Publix is now at the Top of my list of The Best Grocery Stores Ever!!! Ive never seen a store that keeps its shelves of products so well stocked, and all the them lined up, cans with all the labels facing the same way, as if the entire store was called to ATTENTION!! I worked for a summer in a grocery store in Alabama. Trust me, the shelves were never stocked as neatly, EVER!!! The floors are ALWAYS spotless, never ever seen any spills on the floors. I dont know how they do that. In the Air Force, I was a Fire Fighter, and we were ALWAYS cleaning up spills. Ive probably gone into way too much detail to just say, PUBLIX YOU ROCK!! You have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! In the words of Randy Travis, Im GONNA LOVE YOU FOREVER, FOREVER AND EVER AMEN!!!

Got a sub sandwich from the deli. Bread is fresh. Very good, would get again.

Bakery, many options for celebration cake. Highly agreeable staff design your request to order, this time all chocolates cupcakes with fudge frosting. Yum!

Social distancing at this store is a joke/nonexistent. They have all these signs, one way arrows and stand here for social distancing that are ignored by 90% of the shoppers and outside suppliers(ie Frito-Lay) who dont wear masks. Today my wife was unloading her shopping cart to the belt and a guy came up from behind her and reached over her back to get some gum. He then made a smart alleck remark about her wearing a mask and it not doing any good. The Publix Corporation in their infinite wisdom did away with their reserved hours for seniors and said to come at opening(7 am at this store) if you dont want to be around people while you shop. Needless to say, not one of the other shoppers in the store was wearing a mask at 7:15 am this morning and they all came up the wrong way on the aisles coming within a couple feet of us. THE SOCIAL DISTANCING SIGNS/ARROWS, ETC. ARE FOR SHOW ONLY NOT FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE BECAUSE THE STORE DOES NOT ADDRESS ANYBODY WHO IS NOT FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES AND THEN ALLOWING THE NON FOLLOWERS TO HARASS THE ONES THAT DO.PUBLIX IS NO COSTCO WHEN IT COMES TO PROTECTING SHOPPERS.
