Came into the store with my mother a few months ago to do some holiday shopping. The entire time we were in the store we were blatantly followed around by employees. Everytime one of us picked up a candle to smell it, and employee would condescendingly ask if we needed help from 2 feet away. We each had small crossbody purses, aka it would be impossible to fit a candle in there even if I wanted to. Left and went to World Market, where we were able to enjoy our shopping.Emailed corporate customer service about our store experience and got a sorry not sorry canned response. Will not be purchasing Yankee candles from any retailer in the foreseeable future.

This store is just so beautiful inside i love the environment, smells so good i love candles, i came here the staff is so nice and kind blew my mind how nice they are here and thats what the company is all about great people and customer service thank you so much ladies.
