This is the first time Ive sold anything at a pawn shop, and Jay made the experience a great one! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door, and he explained everything I needed to know honestly and thoroughly. He paid more than a fair price for my jewelry, and it was a great experience. I highly recommend this business!

Awesome service! I got a guitar for a great price. The owner was super upfront and honest with me and didnt try to upsell me or pressure me into a more expensive option. After my purchase I did a quick google search to compare the price that I got to others, mine was about $10 cheaper, they gave me a great deal. I will definitely go back!

If you’re looking for a spectacular customer experience, this is the place to go. I have done business with this store for some time now, and it’s always on point. I walked in today and the gentleman running the store had a lobby full of customers, and the phone was ringing off the hook. My good friend handled the other customers promptly and greeted me, making sure I felt welcome. The prices are always fair, and negotiable. Go check em’ out. You’ll be a customer for life.

This is an excellent pawnshop to do business with I have purchased many items over the past several years. And I have always been treated with respect and good prices the owner has always been very kind and courteous. This is one of my favorite places to shop.

Murfreesboro pawn and gold is by way the best pawn shop in Rutherford county. The owner Jay is the absolute best. He greets everyone with a smile and great attitude. The shop is always clean neat and organized. If you cant find it Jay will go out of his way to you locate it. The staff is excellent too especially Willow. Dont deal with those other shops go visit the gold standard of pawn Murfreesboro pawn and gold. I highly recommend it.

EXTREMELY RUDE. The bald man (I assume the owner) is beyond rude. I can not believe how I was treated. Basically told me that my grandmothers ring was trash. Did not say it politely either. DO NOT GO HERE. They don’t buy and they sell cheap for expensive!

The owner and his girlfriend or wife (I dont recall if they are married) are super nice, very honest about what theyre selling, and just all around friendly and enjoyable to chat with. You wont find this kind of service at another pawn shop. I always check here when looking for something before any other pawn shop and recommend you do too.

I am a student and needed some help with a few dollars before class started and before my financial aid came back. I pawned my only laptop for 30 dollars. My boyfriend and I went to pick it up a few days ago and it was destroyed beyond use and now I am left with no laptop to use for my classes. The laptop had visible damage from being dropped and now the laptop says “no battery detected” and can only be used while plugged in which Is not doable for class. The battery was either taken out of my laptop or dropped while at the pawn shop. When we politely brought this to the owners attention he cussed my boyfriend out and claimed to have video evidence that he did not drop it. He accused us of being rude to his daughter which was absolutely not the case. We have pawned and bought with them before and his daughter is a very kind young woman and very good at her work. Do not pawn here even if you’re in a tight spot. Protect your valuables and see if you can find a better alternative to get some extra cash.

Best place around! These guys have the best customer service you could ever ask for. They give fair pricing, always have a clean presentable store. If I could give more than 5stars I would.

Bought a few things from these guys...I always end up talking to the same gentlemen and hes extremely helpful and treats me like part of the family. They are not pushy and trying to force-feed you a sale. Recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking to buy a handgun or whatever they sale really.

Went in there in dire need for gas money. Was able to sell something that seems useless to them, but they understood the situation and provided a positive service. Now I have enough to make it to work tonight Thanks to them. I hope to sell an item with them again.

They always do you right here. They will work with you if they can. They no longer sell guns so the pictures shown on Google that says pawn and gun is Antiquated and obsolete it is now Pawn and gold.

Straight up honest and willing to help anyway they can....this is a must stop if your looking for anything...

Went in a little nervous about pawning my items, but Jay really helped me understand the pawn process and helped me with what I needed. I would recommend this pawn shop to any of my friends.

Ripped us off... said the ring that was bought from them was real diamond so we payed big bucks for it and I took it to Kay Jewlers to get it resized and I found out it is real fake. The guy at the pawnshop even showed us a certification paper saying it was real but it was probably for a different ring or something. Either way, I wouldnt reccomend this pawn shop because they arent trust worthy based on my experience.

Good Christian family running this place, honest and up front. Some people cant take blunt but if you want the truth and dont want to be ripped off, this is the place to go!

Just stopped in to look around cause I was in town from out of state the people there are super nice and actually told me where the best BBQ and Mexican food was in town as well as some other locations.

The store always has great prices but where they truly shine is in the customer service. The staff will do everything within their power to help you out.
