Never a disappointment when going to this store. Always new items to try at great prices and regular items as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful 🙂.

I am so disappointed with the quality of an item that I purchased and the customer service process for reporting an issue. I purchased these 8/8/2021 and they were molded by 8/10/2021. I made an attempt to contact the staff and report it, but received an auto generated message about the staff not being available for calls, so all concerns should be routed to the online site. I filed a complaint but received a generic message stating, “…We are sorry to learn you were not satisfied with your ALDI purchase. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with the Quality Assurance department for further review.”I live 30 mins away from the store and did not want to hold on to old oranges, as I took them to the dumpster after I took pictures and walk the bag to the dumpster!

Good deals for smaller families instead of going to Sams Club or Costco

My first experience at an Aldis. Prices are great. Service is great. They allow their cashiers to sit which is amazing for their workers. You bag your own groceries but that keeps prices down. Bring a quarter to rent a cart!

Really nice store. Well stocked and maintained. No clutter. Quick check out either 3 lanes open. Cashier was very courteous. Always something new in these chain store.

They where busy! However the place was well stocked, organized, and I didnt run into a tower of boxes when I went around the next Isle. The staff handled the long lines quickly. I was glad too my too .I had to be get milk and I had a online my class that was about to be start that I am had forgot in about. Thank you staff for showing up up and getting the job in done.

Store is dirty, items are always out of stock, the line is always long. So I try to get a pickup order here. But they can NEVER fulfill it! It always gets pushed back days at a time and then when they finally start shopping, the associate tells me half my order is out of stock. I do not know why this store has good reviews, the one on Memorial is 100x better.

Quality food, good selection,fair prices. You can save a lot of money. Only downside are the robot employees all are void of any people skills!!!

I feel very unwelcome at this store. I’m the kind of person that always smiles and says hi. Every time I come here I’m checked out by the older lady with short brown hair and glasses. The only words that come out of her mouth are the total of the transaction. She needs to learn proper customer service. I’ve seen her pick and choose who she talks to. If I say hi it’s customary to say hi back.

Always willing to go to the back and check to see if they have any more product. I just wish they kept more of the Strawberry Lemonade.....I love that stuff and I think everyone else does, since they have problems keeping enough for everyone.

Best produce, best dairy, and best meat by far. Everything we have tried had nern the best. The customer service is better than anywhere in town. I am in a wheelchair and ty he employees always ask if they can help me shop, put my groceries on the belt to checkout, bag my groceries and even take them out to my car. I hice Aldi a 20 out of 10 stars.

Ive been shopping since before I could shop at Aldis. My mother started shopping here when I was a little kid and I continue it on. Ive seen a dramatic change from back in the day to now. More choice and fresh fruits and vegetables. Organic, Gluten-free, GMO free, synthetic dye free, and so much more. With those kinds of products you would think the price would be astronomical IE a high-end grocery store but not Aldi quality service quality food for affordable prices. I will shop here till the day I die.

My go to place for eggs, bacon, and pork rinds. They dont have everything, but what they do have is great.

I havent been to AlDI in like 15 years. This is much better than I remember. At 22 years old Id buy a weeks worth of groceries for $35-40. A few packs of bologna, chips, hotdogs, cheese, and condiments.

Really good prices and good products as well..who needs the headache of the big store like Wal-Mart.

Aldi has become one of my favorite grocery stores! The quality is top notch!!! Prices cant be beat. Seasonal items are unique and special.Their chocolate is amazing.

Clean. Directional arrows and social distancing in place still. All employees are wearing masks. Wipes and hand sanitizer available at registers and at entrance for carts. This store is very well stocked. Aldi has improved its selection in all departments. Definitely check out Aldi if you havent been in a while. Youll be pleasantly surprised.

For price and quality no one compares. Great produce and meat. Bring a quarter to rent a shopping cart. I keep one in my car cup holder along with a few reusable Aldi bags available for purchase near the cashier station. If I had 200 dollars and went grocery shopping any where else, I would leave with twice as many items leaving Aldi, every time and with quality, fresh items! Grocery shop for everything there first, get what you need, then if you cant find it go else where. You will save time and money.

Average Aldis. Not enough gluten-free selection. I especially miss the gluten-free mac and cheese with the cheese packet.

Quaint store, clean too

They have what you want and need (like organic produce and pasture raised animal products!). Occasionally you might notice things that are out of stock, but for the price, I applaud ALDI.

Amazing amazing amazing prices. Staff is always so so friendly and upbeat. The female Manager on Robert Rose drive in Murfreesboro runs the store very smoothly and goes out of her way to makes sure EVERY customer is happy. Highly recommended not only the store to customers but for Aldis to give this manager more compensation for how well she runs the store.

Love this location! Pickings were slim today, but they try to keep it well stocked and staff is friendly.

Went there today after 3 and a half years. I even sort the cans, boxes, veggies to make sure they dont get damage. I got new a cashier name Tawana, she keeps throwing the heavy can good on top of my veggies. I told her you just smash my veggies and they are getting damaged, her reply to rush me out the line was that is how we pack it. Awe...NO!She did not apologize. This is the kind of sale asscoiate/cashier who will cause this business bad reputations.1. No one else doesnt that in there for all these years I have gone shopping there.2. Without customers you wont have a job and how would you like to pay for someone to smash and throw your food that you buy???3. This cashier needs to learn to sort the food products. No just throwing them in the cart.Aldi management needs to train your sale associates/Cashier this is not all acceptable for someone like this to represent the company. As can see some damage from the photos.

Love ALDI! Best place to buy produce. Be prepared to have a quarter if you want to borrow a buggy. I love all they do for the environment. You must bring your own bags or buy a reusable bag. This helps to reduce costs of the items and is great for Mother Earth.

Keeps getting better. Always find something interesting here. Good values. Impossible to get help finding things. Interesting and relatively cheap beer and wine. Obscure brands generally good.

I didnt know there are 2 stores in Murfreesboro, this location is pretty decent, I dont think they have everything the new store has. But its still a good store. Its tucked away off Thompson Ln near the Firestone. Went past it at first, staff was extremely nice and helpful

Always great prices on groceries. Many of their products are just as good quality as the major brands. They have all natural and organic products as well. Unfortunately they dont have all the products available at bigger stores, but overall, its a great place to shop and save money.

Who doesnt love Aldis? Their prices are great, the fruits also. Their brand cereal is as good as name brands. The people are always so friendly. And the merchandise changes regularly so if you see something you want, get it then, cause it probably wont be there next visit.

Usually aldis is under staffed and during the beginning of covid was low on produce and other goods. Today it was fully stocked with a great selection.

Great service. I had really good salmon with a delicious cheesecake with raspberry sauce. It was excellent.🤩

Great stop for groceries

They have some good items, though this store is more expensive on some items than the store in Smyrna where I usually shop. The cashier that checked out my purchases was not very friendly, I went over and above to be nice to her but she was unaffected. It seemed like we customers were putting her out. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The staff at my usual location in Smyrna are always very friendly.
