He went beyond his duty as an employee of Beltone to rectify a situation that occurred by another employee in California who had sold me inferior hearing aids that were not suitable for me. Todd has been a very good audiologist for me for the last two years. Getting an appointment is very easy and he is always willing to see me in person whenever I want to see him. The equipment he prescribed is excellent. They do have the latest technology available for people with hearing problem. I do not have any hesitation recommending the Murfreesboro Beltone. Excellent care!

I unfortunately cannot recommend Beltone in Murfreesboro. My grandmother purchased hearing aids from this location and was told she was guaranteed to love them or she could get a refund. They were worse than her old ones so she decided to return them. What they did not tell her is that there was a hefty restocking fee of $500.00. To there credit, it was in the fine print but she is in her nineties and this should have been spelled out to her as she cant read fine print! It was a complete surprise.To make matters worse, she returned these in July, still no refund. When you call the local office, they were no help to her. She even hand wrote them a letter. My mother called on her behalf, no help to her. I have called and to this point still no resolution other than oh my, let me check on that. They have been holding on to 5k for nearly 3 months with no explanation.Update: I received a call from both corporate and the local office explaining they had a software issue that kept the refund from being processed. They expedited the refund and followed up to make sure we got it. I do believe this was unintentional and not just the way they do business. Thanks guys for making this right so quickly and professionally!
