Me and my fiancé are vegan and we had the best ice cream we have EVER had here today. So amazing and the employees are so sweet and great with communication. I’ve tried other bubble tea places and this is simply the best. So many dairy-free options and the most thoughtful staff. I will be back!!!

My wife and I topped off our date night with a stop at the Cold Grill ice cream shop, and it couldn’t have ended any sweeter! It’s just as fun to watch them roll the ice cream as it is to eat it!

My daughter got cheesecake icecream with fresh strawberries on top, I chose chocolate with no toppings. I did not like mine and only ate 2 bites, but my daughter loved hers. Its a new experience- rolled icecream- so glad we tried it!Tons of toppings, but cant mix icecream flavors so my request for chocolate and vanilla was vetoed. Ordering was hectic with a tiny wall menu to the side of the room and the check out girl asking what you want in a hurry. Move the menu to the register area or make it bigger perhaps?

Awesome, fun, very cool place. Very unique. The atmosphere is trendy and hip.It was busy when we got there right before closing on a Thursday night so its also a popular place. Despite the amount of customers we had virtually zero wait before ordering.The store is very clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and talented.My daughter got an Oreo ice cream cup. The ice cream maker person took condensed milk and poured it out on a frozen surface, chopped up a couple Oreos and spread it out into a thin frozen sheet of ice cream. He divided it up and rolled it into five small rolls of ice cream and put it in a cup. I got a shot of espresso mixed in with mine. It was wonderfully tasty. We will be back for more.

Wow! This ice cream was awesome! Definitely a must try experience. The menu is somewhat confusing at first, but with a good read and watching others order its simple. I say 5 stars for taste, presentation, customer service and value of product! However, I rated 4 stars due to seating, (very trendy couches, but not convenient for small groups & the use of space) no outside seating available, & small space. The business is fairly new and one of its kind in the area, so its very busy and the way the ice cream is made you will have to wait. (WORTH THE WAIT) Unfortunately the set up of the space doesnt allow you to wait comfortably, just very cramped. I think with time and small improvements these things will get better and the business will thrive!🍦🍧🍭🍬🍫

Great place for a sweet frozen treat! The store was clean and cute with flower murals on the wall. The rolled ice cream was delicious and it is a fun experience to watch them make it right in front of you.

Love Cold Grill and their rolled ice cream. I havent tasted a bad flavor. This is peanut butter (made with real peanuts) and chocolate chips and syrup. Delicious. Use to love the Affagato, but have given up coffee. Still good though. Could easily share one with two people, but so good get your own! Cozy little place to hang out as well and the helpers are super nice.

Stopped here for a new kind of dessert. It did not disappoint. It was a little pricey but delicious. Its prepared right in front of you also. I got the cherry chocolate chip. Very yummy.

Not good. Ice cream? Not even close. What happened to hand scooped flavors in a waffle cone? Very few flavors to choose from. I ordered chocolate and I’m not sure exactly what I got except it tasted very little like chocolate. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very RICH ice cream. But, its the real stuff. No additives. They have a great selection of drinks also. This is cheesecake with cherry and Graham cracker on top. Cream frozen with a piece of cheesecake chopped up into it, froze and rolled. Very, very good.

Work of art and so good. This was my first time but it wont be the last. If you have the time to study the menu you can make a really tasty ice cream treat. Update now that Ive been here a bunch of times its still AMAZING!!!!

Wow awesome! We had no idea what to expect. Ice-cream made right in front of you then they roll it up for you. Fun place and tasty too! Cant wait to try other flavors. Had the matcha with strawberry and graham crackers! Yum. Bubble tea was great too. Very authentic.

If I could give a - 5 star I would . They are very rude and I bought two flavors Ice cream and they wouldn’t mix the strawberry and manage . They still instead on putting them in two different cups . When it’s very easy to put some mango and some strawberries in each cup . Seriously won’t come back again because they are rude

I came because my brother invited me. Its a cute little place. I like that art they do on the ice cream. Prices are reasonable, not the type I would come by myself but maybe with a small group.

Definitely my favorite place to get boba in Murfreesboro! The brown sugar boba, green bubble milk tea, and black bubble milk tea are in my constant rotation. The woman who works at the front is the nicest too. Love this place!

Nice place, chill atmosphere. High quality ice cream (super smooth texture). I got the taro bubble tea, and the Honeydew ice cream with mangoes, strawberries, and blackberries. As someone from Philadelphia (tea places everywhere) this place is pretty bomb.

They are one of the best milk tea. I recommend you to try the browns sugar with brown sugar boba and 59% sugar.

I love the Thai tea bubble tea, I literally come almost every day, everyone is really nice. The rolled ice cream is also pretty good I’ve had the strawberry banana. They also have other creations, and have recently added new flavors.

The taro ice cream with red beans and mochi rice is the best!! They have really good milk tea flavors too.

Asked for whipped cream and cherry topping. Didnt get it. My daughters order was sans toppings as well. Didnt realize the extra toppings were missing until after we had left. Had to use the facilities while waiting. The back room area was very jumbled up and messy (looked like someone was living back there).

I love this place!Whether you’re looking for some amazing ice cream rolls or some swoon worthy boba tea, they’ve got the best. My favorite is the honeydew. Give it a try if you’re curious, you won’t regret it!

They have amazing bubble tea which is fun to watch them prepare. The ice cream is also a fun treat. It is a little on the pricey side for what you get, but is a nice treat.

AMAZING!!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Family of 6 and we all got what we wanted for about $40, and it is definitely a place that well be going back to. I got the Jarkata Java and it tasted like heaven and is a coffee lovers dream ice cream! They even have dairy free options that taste equally amazing! We have 2 children who are allergic to cows milk and its hard finding places they can also go to AND their option taste amazing as well. They have vegan options as well for anyone thats curious.

I tried the cookies and cream ice cream. It was very very delicious! We tried the bubble tea as well. We had the Thai bubble tea and the cappuccino bubble tea. I wasnt too big of a fan of the Thai tea. To me it tastes like the chocolate candies with the cherries syrup stuff in the middle. I LOVED the cappuccino bubble tea! Cool little sweet spot. Offering different twists to traditional ice cream!

Finally found us a place to get good ice cream! We came in and it was relatively busy for 7 pm but we were able to place our order right away. Staff was very nice, we got our ice cream about ten minutes later. A little pricey, but worth it as it fed both me and my husband.

Was a fun experience going to this Thai ice creamery, watching the liquid form into ice cream on a cold grill, be rolled up into 4 or 5 pieces and served with up to 3 toppings and whipped cream. They also have a good variety of bubble tea. The small ice cream is $5.75, which is too much in my opinion, but you are paying for the experience. A huge screen plays quirky Asian offerings, the ambiance is very unique. It was quite busy on the Sunday night we went, but hardly a wait because they were adequately staffed. Staff friendly. We might go back, but it will be a special occasion because of the cost.

This place is awesome. I had a green milk bubble tea and my husband had a vanilla rolled ice cream. I think its such a cool thing. Love the presentation. Really incredible what people come up with. Would definitely return to this place. Everything was good even the vibes. 😂😉

I will start off by saying this is an expensive treat. Prepare yourself for that. You get what you pay for, and this visit is truly an experience. You watch your ice cream made fresh! It is a joy to watch. I was most impressed with the drink orders. There is a machine that affixes a foil lid on a drink that you then puncture with your straw. It is super cool and convenient. The money is well worth it.

Fantastic ice cream experience. We met the owner a few days before our visit and his enthusiasm was reason enough to pay a visit. We ordered from a vast list of items and stepped over to watch the ice cream being grilled which is interesting in and of itself. When our order was assembled it was a few more steps to comfortable seating and total enjoyment. Great choice of flavor combinations and very fresh and high quality fruit.

The cashier was rude! It was our first time there and we are from out of town and she was rushing us. Charged me $25.00 for two ice creams. When I ask why was it so high she just looked at me. Then I realized that she charged me for 3 ice creams. I am never going back!

When me and 2 of my boys left the hair place to go home my oldest son Joey asked me if I would love to get some ice cream .I told him k thats fine lets go. He told me how to get there. He asked me if Ive ever been there and I said nope sure havent . I got some ice cream and and I saw how they made it . Interesting concept, and I have to say that this rolled ice cream parlor is better than the one back in Birmingham; if nothing else, you should stop by just for the entertainment of watching them prepare it. Still, I just feel like these places are all overpriced for what you get. Staff was friendly and the ice cream was good. Atmosphere is a little odd though, and they had some kind of raunchy “music” videos playing on a giant projector screen. It was okay for a one time experience, but I probably won’t be back.

This place was amazing! We tried the Pretty in Purple and it was so yummy! Also, the Thai Milk Bubble Tea is the best I’ve ever had and now I’m totally addicted! The inside of Cold Grill is cozy and they have comfy seating. We will definitely be back!

Fast and friendly. The place is nice and clean. Comfortable. The cashier was patient with us as we decide on our order. The ice cream makers were fast and quick on creating our ice creams. Will probably return when the temperature gets hotter. Very reasonable prices.

Really neat concept. They place ice cream on a cold grill and scrape it off, resulting in neat little rolls of ice cream. I really enjoyed my cheesecake flavored one- they literally mashed an entire piece of cheesecake into the cream before they put it on the grill! Their bubble teas also seem to be very popular, although Ive never had one.

The ice cream was great! The guys preparing our ice cream rolls were very friendly and great also! They could use another cashier, she seemed to be annoyed with giving customer service. I won’t let her terrible attitude ruin my review of this place however. The price fit the amount we got. We will definitely be back!

It definitely is an experience having your ice cream here.They pour the cream on the cold top, and add in any of the extras you requested. Then they roll it up and but it in a bowl. (Im sure Im oversimplifying it, but thats the basics.)If you like this kind of ice cream, and a variety of toppings, then Im sure youll enjoy this place.

The owner if this establishment was extremely nice while preparing my drink and ice cream. Everything thing taste outstanding. The prices are very reasonable and fit the amount and size if the order. There are so many wonderful flavors its hard to choose from!

The ice-cream and Tea was great. They were really busy, which is a good thing. However, I am not from this part of Tennessee, but the people and service was very rude. Not all the employees were rude. The guys making the ice-cream were very nice. The women that took our order were not. Also, space was kinda crowded. If you are looking to come here, the product is great. Maybe the women were having a bad day? You might get better service. Expect seating to be limited and prices are alittle high.

I think this is an acquired taste. The flavor was great but the price seemed high to me. I think many will give this 5 stars and would be well deserved. The customer service was great. Everyone should check it out.
