This is my first time buying lingerie and I was in the store for probably an hour and a half trying to figure out what to buy. There are so many options and Devin was such an amazing help with choices and honest in what would accentuate my body! Jordan was also sweet as well in giving her opinion on outfit choices. Both ladies were very patient with me, as well. I will definitely be back to this location and hope to visit additional locations in the future.

I’ve been to a few Love Bound shops and I have fallen in love with this place. But I must say, the one located in Murfreesboro has the most wonderful energy and boutique feeling. You don’t even feel like your in a “sex” shop. It feels like your in an intimate boutique, you feel so welcomed, and your left with a positive outlook on places like this. It’s absolutely beautiful! And the ladies working were so knowledgeable on the product as I saw them taking care of another customer ❤️ I’m from Nashville and I’ll definitely be coming back to this boutique! THANK YOU!

A little on the expensive side. That comes with the territory and being the only game in town they can get away with it. Otherwise clean with a modest selection.

I was going into live bound just to find something to spice up my relationship and they had sooooo many different options from me to choose from . That’s always great in the store . I also had great help from Isabell . She was very bubbly and Eager to help. I will be doing more shopping from here .

Best customer service I have gotten in a very long time. They have knowledge about the products and know what they are talking about they made it a point to not embarrass myself or my friends. Theres parking in the back, so dont forget folks! But the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly every time we stop in. While yes, you can find many items online at a slightly cheaper price, you never know what you are being shipped. Buy local, and never have to worry about the quality of the products touching your body again.

Fun place to go with your significant other. My wife and I enjoy browsing, and sometimes get some toys for extra fun. Betty clean business, very friendly employees, but the only issue is price, it is a little on the high end, but so are their products. You get what you pay for! Have fun!

I only give it 3 because if you walk in near closing time they spend the time to tell you how long before they close which is fine. Then you drive by before closing time and they cut off the lights and are are already counting money. So if you feel the need to tell me in a previous visit when your closing.... dont close early even if its 5 minutes. You cant emphasize it on one end then practice something different on the other.

My boyfriend and I went to love bound in Murfreesboro Monday night, I didn’t catch the young girls name that was working but she did a FANTASTIC job. She thoroughly explained any questions we had and also was polite, friendly and all around wonderful. I highly recommend this store we will be back because of the amazing customer service we received! Because she made this such a comfortable and amazing experience for us I will be back to this particular store for all my lingerie along with anything else I look for.

Ive been here a couple times and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the prices seem a bit high and the quality, from just my experience, is not very impressive. All sales are final so keep that in mind. Probably wont be back.

Large diverse Inventory. Well managed and clean and organized. A near complete array of fun-in-the-bedroom toys and lingerie for her, and a nice selection, albeit not complete for him. Games and novelties and party favors for an all girl or all guy or a coupls evening of silliness.

I looked up the store hours on their website which shows they close at 10pm. Great news since me and my wife decided to do something different to spice things up. I rush to their store and entered after some other customers left and noticed the employees standing towards the back. I was then quickly greeted with we actually close at 7pm, sorry. I look at my phone to see its exactly 7:01. If youre carless enough to not keep the door locked exactly when u close then its been my experience that you serve the customer. I wasnt even given a chance to say I already knew what I wanted and would be in and out. This was my first experience and there wont be another. Excellent customer service and thanks for helping me make up my mind before I actually purchased anything. I guess I should have read all the other negative reviews about how awful customer service is at Douche Bound, sorry I meant love bound

This is not your usual adult store, this is more like a normal store with things properly packaged and nice and neat on shelves and the they dont have tacky things sitting around all over. My wife and me visited and we didnt feel weird while we were there.

I was in here last night about 730-8..As soon as I walked in, I was very comfortable walking around. EVERYTHING WAS SUPER CLEAN!!!!.
