I when yesterday to buy some food and no one come out to help I even ring the bell and no one come out so I didnt get any food. Then I grabbed some personal stuff and when I was ready to check out the girl at the register was so busy talking to a coworker and they seem so entertained while I was just waiting to be attended. Very bad staff

Market has gone down. Went in today to get food from the back and ordered the carnitas meal. Comes with rice, beans, tortillas, onion and cilantro. It usually is $15.99. Today they charged me $18.99. I just bought this same meal two weeks ago and it was $15.99. The one I bought two weeks ago had meat, this one had this. Barely any real meat, just all fat! Pictures added.

They tried to steal my money my order was 117 I already paid 80 on my card but they cashier going to turn around and tell me I still had pay 109 but how is that when my order was 117 I paid 80 already that only leaves like 30 something not 109. I and friend and couple other customers took bout 30 to 40 telling my cashier.

The product is ok its good, but what really lacks here is their costumer service. I couldnt believe I actually wanted on them. Well it started at the meat department, waited for nearly 15mins with no one in front of me. I would try and let them know I was waiting but the music was loud and with the face masks! But still Im not a small guy, like you cannot miss me! Lol until one the employees at the little restaurant yelled at them n finally. 2nd at the cash register, I get it you know have fun talk among your coworkers, but dang litterly talk, talk, talk, talk n laugh like you have no customer waiting on you for your stuff, change n receipt!! Calm on...

It is a very nice and cozy place. It has an average space for dine-in customers. It has free WI-FI and very amiable (friendly) workers. This is a place easy to find and ideal for family and group reunions. 😊

Dirty, employees that do the cooking dont wash their hands, floors dirty, sticky, mop bucket openly sitting in the middle of the floor around customers (with no caution sign) food disgusting. Eating area....imagine eating at a table, in the aisles of a grocery store. People literally shopping around u while u eat... staring at u and ur family. Worst place I attended while in Tennessee by far!

I was unable to find corn tortillas at Walmart and I remembered Mercados, I have shopped there in the past. They have all of your Mexican needs and more!! This day forward I will do all my shopping for my Mexican dishes from here.AUTHENTIC!!!

Excelent service

Lack of customer service, they had a 6 year old to interpret what he was asking. I was there around 4:00 pm. M. Today, I got the camera out, I wanted a pound of pickled pigs ears from the jar on top of the meat selection. They told me I had to. I bought the whole 1 gallon item, then I go to buy some sumurks and I smile at the lady at the cash register when I leave.

I think its too much for 4 pounds of meat, Grandpa paid 50 dollars for a quarter pound of meat and a pack of tortillas, I hope I dont have the need to go back to this store.
