When they first opened they were great. Close to where I live, personable and helpful. In the last year they must have changed owners. Each time I go in they have attitude that it I am bothering them. They are not pleasant to deal with. They cost they charge is high. I did not have tape for the box which I was shipping and took it in and asked if they could tape the box. They charged me $1.50 to put two pieces of tape on a box. Ive never had to pay for having a box taped when I went into a shipper before. I wont be back - I will dive the additional 5 minutes to go to the UPS Store where they treat you like a customer. This place should just close.

Very inefficient processes. Worked with 1 customer for 20 mins wrapping a box before processing their shipment. He could have taken a moment to offer postage for my 1 envelope that took all of 1 minute. Even the customer he was helping hinted to doing this while he make a correction but the worker insisted on waiting.

Inquired about shipping a package to Ireland that contained 4 mic clips. It probably weighed about 1 ounce. Lady behind the counter quotes my husband $230, plus $5 for a box plus tax which would bring the total to around $275.She looked offended when he said that was ridiculous . I’ve been mailing items to Ireland for over 25 years; I have never been quoted a more unrealistic price for an item so small.Complete money making scam & would NOT recommend using this store to mail anything.

Convenient place to drop off prepaid items like Amazon returns etc... but you would have to be insane to pay to mail something from here. They wanted to change me $18 for an item that I could do a flat rate ship of $8 for.

This location has become my go-to for when I need anything mail related. The two employees I have interacted with have been very knowledgeable and courteous helping my husband with fax/printing needs and have been very accommodating when Ive brought multiple packages in at a time. Truly appreciate their efforts and will continue to frequent. Thanks!

False advertising - USPS FLAT RATE boxes are NOT flat rate - charged me for weight and distance - $13 for an $8 flat rate USPS priority mail box and basically told me they do NOT do flat rates for these. Not going back.

This place stole my package and refused to let me speak to the store owner, I was given a tracking number and told 1/3 days delivery, after 3 days I checked tracking info and it stated not found only label purchased at 9:06 pm, this was not the time I did this I mailed this at 4:13 pm, after contacting management he refused to let me speak to store owner our give me his name, told me they don’t have to follow there guaranteed rates due to COVID-19, told me take it up with post office. This place is a money scamming operations

Super nice owners. They truly know customer service and do whatever they can to help you get what you need. I brought in 8 packages that all needed to be assembled. They took my stuff, told me to come back in two hours, they assembled it all, and all I had to do was come back to pay. AND, it was an extremely good deal considering how many packages I shipped, how many materials I bought, and the two hours they saved me on packing everything. LOVE this store.

Had a problem and tried to call in to discuss why I was overcharged. Voice mailbox is full and no one is answering during business hours. There were three workers there when I dropped my box off; I cant believe no one is available to answer the phone nor to clear messages. Nice folks, but Im never going back. N.E.V.E.R. Oh yeah, and they dont let you message them via facebook, either.

This is such a great place and they do so much more than shipping! The location is so convenient and the owners are great! Definitely the one stop shop for all of my business needs!

I came in today and explained to the person I have a return to Harley Davidson and I have the UPS return label number that I can not print. I provide that to her and she was going to go into Harley return website. I explain, no I just need the label printed. Other lady then jumps in saying I have to go to UPS. She says not UPS here yet sign on window says UPS.I had used this place numerous times but will no longer as they made it clear to go direct to UPS, USPS and FedEx.

I am a huge believer in supporting small businesses over corporate. I have been to this postal annex several times and ususally customer service in person is usually on point. However when you call to ask questions the lady who answered acted bothered and definitely did not want to answer our questions. So we go in person and the same attitude was given as she walked up to the counter as if I had interrupted her from something important. I am trying to buy stamps and she didnt have enough for my need. Nor would she sell me what they had and suggested I go to Publix.

Great store that provides services for all shipping carriers. They also carry postage, packaging and shipping supplies. The gentleman I spoke to (Stony) was very friendly and helpful. Convention location next to Publix.

I went in to drop off a package and the man and women were very nice. Store was very nice! Defiantly be returning!

Terrible! I have mailed tons of packages out from two different post offices in town, and tons of prepaid packages from my home and they have always gotten to their destination, and gotten there quickly! but when I take packages to this place to this place, prepaid packages that they dont even have to do anything with, just scan them and send them out! I have had one get lost, it was missing for over 2 weeks and then it finally randomly got there, and that issue would have been one thing if I could have checked the tracking on it. but they didnt scan it, so the whole time there was no tracking even though I paid for tracking, it was never even scanned, it just all sudden arrived at its destination! and then I have had several other ones that I drop off right away because I sold something and I want the person to get their item quickly, I drop it off I checked the tracking and it doesnt go out! I get notified when the item is on its way to the buyer, and several of them sat there at the Postal Annex for 7 days before they went out that is just outright ridiculous theres no reason for that!!! So just be aware if you are sending out a prepaid package from this place it wont go out for a while if you take it here! Not to mention if you buy postage here it is way way more expensive then just going to the regular post office!

Was basically told that my business wasnt wanted... Im a reseller that owns an online resale store that sells primarily on eBay. I ship an average of about 20 packages every day, except Sunday. In the last 6 years, Ive dropped packages off at literally every place possible in middle TN, and everyone greets me with a smile, and theyre more than happy to take my pre-paid packages, because, as they know, theyre an arm of the USPS... This was not the case today, when I was told they would no longer accept pre-paid packages, unless you pay $1.50 per package (which Im not so sure the USPS would be okay with, but Im calling to find out). Ive never, in 6 years, and thousands of packages, been told this by any other packaging store in town. These guys are new in town (only been open a month or so) and Im thinking they wont be long for this world. Ill just continue going to the several other spots in town that want my business. I suggest you do the same.
