This is a giant furniture and appliance store does seem to have everything you could even imagine for your house electronics are nice carpet mattresses bags couches. I seem to think they might be working on commission though because once you walk in the door you’ll have a sales person on you like white on rice and following you though pretty chill you leave. Seem to have a lot of big sales and put out a lot of advertisements and that one Paige lady from trading houses or whenever seems to work there!
Kyla Oaks is absolutely our favorite sales lady! She allowed us to snoop around, on our own, while keeping an eye on us from quite a distance. She allowed the products to sell themselves. When we had questions, she was immediately there to help. When we were ready to buy, she made the process quick and painless! We have always enjoyed our purchases from RX Wiley. Kyla is a major example of why we keep coming back!
I was trying to find the best price for a 4 piece kitchen set and a washer and dryer set. They are for a cabin we are building in Island Park, Idaho. Originally, I was planning to order from Lowes in Idaho Falls. My wife suggested I try RC Willey. I called and talked to Darren of the appliance department at the Layton store. He quickly reassured me that RC Willey could match the price from Lowes. Within a few hours he made it all possible! Also, I only have to pay 20 percent down now with the balance due upon delivery. We dont need the appliances until the Spring when the cabin is ready for them which works out great for RC Willey since they dont deliver to Island Park in the winter.Thank you, Darren, for making this all possible!
I want to RC willies on Labor Day sound I was looking for a couch and a recliner I picked out couch and a recliner when I got it home I did not like the recliner did not match thd coach plus was to small well I took it back 2 days later no questions asked just picked out another one took it home I absolutely love it and it matches great I have been going to RC willies for 20 years plus I wouldnt think about going anywhere else! Great customer service is really good they take care of you ! My last set Of furniture last did me and live in years thats the couch and lum CI also on board I health badd in 2009 and its still in wonderful condition Thank you RC willies for great customer service ✌🏻
I had immediate and expert help at RC Willey. Sometimes there are emergencies when you need a specific appliance rapidly. This has happened twice with our current project. Both times, RC Willey made the effort to find what we needed in their system and worked hard to get it to us. With problems in the supply chain, this flexibility and customized help makes all the difference!
The service I received from RC Willey was excellent. Jerry Willey, a sales associate at the Murray location, made the experience. Mr. Willey’s knowledge allowed me to quickly find a great mattress for my sleep type and everything else needed to make my bed perfect (frame, mattress, box spring, mattress cover and headboard). He even helped me find a pillow that prevents my neck from being uncomfortable—that hasn’t happened in years.If you need anything home related, I recommend RC Willey—and ask for Jerry.
We arrived at the RC Wiley store in Murray to find it nearly empty since they are closing this location. We were looking for a dresser but there were none. However, we found the last sofa table to be exactly what our daughter wanted for their house. The staff was efficient and friendly so our transaction was quick and easy.
I left a message on the RC Willey website and Karen responded to me promptly. I went to see her and was very happy with the personal service she gave me. She was patient, friendly, and professional as I sat in many chairs. I found the perfect power recliner. I am so pleased with my experience. I highly recommend shopping here. Staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our Range Oven stopped working Thanksgiving. We were able to find something that will be perfect. A big thank you to everyone who helped us.
Half way through this ordering situation my couches were very backdated. I also kind of thought that a different couch would work much better in my space. I like the color better. I didn’t realize how dark the couches that I ordered were until they came in and they were also much bigger than originally thought. They work in my space they’re just very big and they take up almost all of the space. That is difficult to put other pieces in. I also noticed when I sat on the couch section that my feet don’t touch the ground. I didn’t know that you had to plug the electric part of the couch in which I don’t like. I am considering going in and changing my order because I’m not happy with it. This is not RC Willey‘s fault at all this was just something that happened, and unfortunately it takes awhile to get new orders if out of stock. Pretty much almost everything I liked. However RC Willys is very good about allowing you to change your order. I will be going in before the 14 day allowance to change my order.
I was very impressed by the sales associate Adam James. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and not pushy!(I hate coming into stores when I’m just browsing and sales associates pounce on you and follow you around)Adam was not like this - and we found the furniture we wanted and I called in later on to let him know we wanted it and would he order for us.
Jeremy was awesome in helping me select a new refrigerator. He listened to the concerns I had and my requests for certain features. He responded quickly to a follow up question I had. RC Willey has excellent customer service and a great warranty service plan. We’ve used RC Willey many times in the past 16 years and have never been disappointed.
Worst experience dealing with Zach Russell and his manager Jared Ratliff at Murray RC Willey. We paid for night stand/console tables in July and we delayed delivery until we moved in August. When August came RC Willey was out of stock, even tho at the time of sale we were told they would be held for us. October comes and they are back in stock, 1 of the 2 is broken when they deliver and of course they are out of stock again. Now it’s December, and their current deliveries get priority delivery over us and we have to accommodate their schedule to get our nightstand/console table delivered. Zach Russell never once updated us on the status of our nightstands through out the process unless we contacted him. His manager Jared Ratliff was useless in the process, I’m not sure how/why he is a manager. The least someone/company could do is offer a discount or make you a priority delivery since you waited 5 months for this item. Nothing. The worst salesman and manager I have ever dealt with at RC Willey. Never go to either of them at the Murray location for service unless you wanted to be ignored and delayed. If I could give zero stars I could.
Yesterday my family and I went to buy washer and dryer. So we did. They have a great selection for decent prices. Love that.Once we were paying they could either give you a sleeping bag for $5 for $17 for a speaker. They said they were out of speakers. My dad asked if he could have the one display. Cashier ignored. So I asked the sales man that had helped us. He gave me a dirty look and said “Uh no”.. I left it alone but I noticed my dad really wanted the speaker.. as we were leaving I told the lady that I was bummed we didn’t get the speaker and she said “oh have a good day”. I felt a bit disrespected. I understand they were closing so they wanted to go home. But it’s not nice to treat people rudely. Especially at work. So I went and asked for the manager. Told him I’d like the speaker instead of the sleeping bag. He was SOO nice. Went out of HIS way to get the box for the speaker and gave me the speaker. I still had to pay. But that was so nice and for that reason I will be shopping here in the future and will recommend. I wish I had asked the manager for his name. But he was just wonderful and I appreciate him.
While this furniture shop has about everything that you could want, they are over priced. You can definitely find the same item cheaper somewhere else. Especially at a mom and pop furniture shop. So if you are not wanting to spend too much money, I do not recommend this place. However, their products are fantastic and the quality is great. So for that, I am keeping it at 4 stars. The quality alone is worth going here. They always have the newest and greatest products. I do recommend this place.
A lone man walks into RC Willey.. a herd of sales associates relax on a couch. the nose of one of the 6 sales associates goes up in the air, quickly the others follow suite. the scent of a fresh customer has filled the air. The alpha associate makes claim to the unknowing man. The alpha asks if he may help the lone man. The man politely declined. The alpha quickly deploys their years of stalker training and starts following the man, asking unwanted questions as the man looks over items. The man grows tired of being watched while shopping and leaves. The herds spirits drop as the man leaves their overpriced extended warranties behind. The man orders from Amazon instead
RC Willey answered my out of state call. Mathew was very pleasant and helpful when I needed a new refrigerator for a ski rental we own in Park City. The fridge I purchased has a quick delivery time and best price compared to 2 other stores I researched. I would recommend RC Willey for an appliance purchase.

My sales rep was Lance and he was patient and very helpful. I needed a new mattress so he showed me the ones that would work best and we bought one. Then we were looking at the sofas that are automatic recliners, he found us exactly what we were looking for and we got that. After we paid for everything and were walking out I found a garden cart. It will be perfect next year to plant a bunch of herbs in. He took that out to my car for me and made sure it had everything it was supposed to. Great experience and Lance was a fantastic sales rep.

Excellent service. Jerry W. spent a long time helping us choose furniture for our living room and basement areas ( 4 recliners, 2 couches and 4 end tables). He helped us coordinate the items and aimed to find us exactly what we would like. He also made sure we were referred to someone in appliances that could help us with our specific needs and questions. Lots of variety to choose from. We will definitely be back.

The salesman was very knowledgeable. He looked up the invoice and ordered the new replacement. He then told me I had to go to the cashier’s desk to check out. I really dislike the way your company has that set up. The line was quite long because of the sale, so he offered to finish up for me, which I truly appreciated. I’ve been know to throw quite a scene at the cashier’s desk because it’s so slow and ineffective. You guys really need to up your game on paying for the product. Your current method sucks!

I enjoy shopping at RC Willey. I have developed trust in the appliance center in Murray with Bobby Tello. He understands his business. He listens to my needs. He does not try to oversale me. He makes suggestions about certain products and then I am under no pressure to buy that or any other product. There is enough product choice that I have consistently been able to satisfy my needs either for my home or business or non-profit organization. I feel taken care of and never hood winked. I will continue tobuy appliances at RC Willey.
I called all over town to find a metal queen mattress frame, and no one had any in stock due to a metal shortage. I called RC Wiley and the sales associate was so nice and said they had just received some. When I showed up to the store, the man I talk to on the phone acknowledged that he talked to me and quickly rang me up for the frame. When I went to the pick up area, it barely fit in my car but the man was great and figured out a way that it would fit so I could get it home. We had company coming, and I really needed that day so I appreciated the service.
I had great service and my sales lady was awesome. The only big issue and why I didn’t leave a 5 star review was because I went in to buy a mattress and they could not deliver for nearly 3 weeks. The manager was able to move it up a week, but when you need a bed and can’t get it sooner it is frustrating!!

Love my new bed and bedroom set. Haven’t bought a new bed in over 10 years and decided to buy a bedroom set also. What a surprise to run into Kayla. A great surprise. I used to be her mail carrier until she moved. She was so helpful and patient with me because it was so hard to decide. She spent a lot of time with me and explained all the different types of beds and bedroom furniture. She helped me so much. Such great customer service. We love, love, love our new bed. So much better then what we had. Great quality. The bedroom set is fantastic and great quality also. Very good solid wood! If I need to add to my set I will definitely go back.
RC Willey is the best. I had the pleasure of working with Bently. I find her PR skills remarkable. She is timely and efficient. She speaks to you as though she knows you personally. I had a minor issue she dealt In the space of three minutes. I also am impressed with the patio furniture I purchased. I have nearly a thirty year history with RC Willey. I don’t go anywhere else unless it is something they don’t stock.
We had just bought a new house and was moving from a small apartment so we needed some furniture and appliances. Dani was phenomenal in helping us find what we were looking for without pushing us to certain products or prices. She was just awesome and then she hooked us up with Marty in appliances and again he was phenomenal as well. Again, wasn’t pushy showed us multiple styles and models from different price ranges and answered all of our questions. Loved our experience there. Even the cashier was awesome and was amazing with my 5year old son who was getting a bit restless of shopping.

Our salesman Matthew Martin was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the range brands and options. Matt was just the right mix of salesmanship without making you feel pressure to buy. RC Willey in Murray really impressed me with their selection and options. I had a large order of items on one ticket that added up fast, and they give you the option to put 20% down to hold the product until you pay off the rest either in payments or a lump sum. They also deliver which is convenient and you only have to pay the delivery fee once and it’s good for the whole year. I was also really impressed with their clearance section, they have a variety of really nice options. I was helped by Dani who’s been with RC Willey over 15 years and was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to answering any questions. Dani was attentive and made me more mindful about how I shop for furniture.
I like RC Willey, and Ive purchased many products from them over the years and have been quite satisfied with the value (cost/quality) of their products. But I have one bone to pick, and the fix is easy.I went to the warehouse to pick up this order. My wife had placed the order online. The website made it clear that in order to pick up the order, a picture ID and the credit card used to place the order would be required. So I took my wifes ID and credit card and drove 45 minutes to the warehouse. I was told that my wife had to pick up the order. It took an hour to get it straightened out.Im sure this is not the first time this has happened, and in my opinion, this is a BIG inconvenience, even a disservice to your customers.THE SIMPLE FIX: Either make it clear on the website that the person who placed the order must present their own ID and credit card in person. Even better: allow the person who places the order to enter the name of the person who is authorized to pick up the order.If they fix this within the next 90 days, I will give them a 5-star rating. If not, my rating will drop to 1 star with a very negative review.
Salesman was both courteous and efficient. Found what we needed right away, only spent a few minutes and we were done. Also the associate at the IDC was helpful and had our order very quickly. I am very pleased with my experience.
I had to find a salesman, I didn’t have one single salesperson approach me while I was walking around on my own. I found my items on my own, but was not told anything about them as far a quality or durability.The office help was not the best. I tried to open an account. I have on time accounts and payment history, but due to some medical deductibles from heart surgery, I’m still paying on them. I was turned down. I saw a marked difference in the way I was treated after I was turned down for the account in your store. It was very obvious to me that, well, I wasn’t worth their time after that. I made my purchase anyhow, and put it on my credit card. Then after I left the store I received a phone call from the credit lady, asking for payment. I told her it was paid in full. She then noticed that to be true and apologized.I love your furniture, but it may be a long time before I come back. Sorry~ [email protected]

Jerry Willey was amazing to work with.... he got us the best deal on our mattress with adjustable base.Our only complaint was that when we went to check out the lady helping us didnt know what she was doing. She was having us put our debit card chip in and then it would beep and then she would make us swipe it and it keep denying. She questioned if we had enough money and then had us do it 3 more times and then told us it must be a problem with our card or we didnt have enough money. My husband got very frustrated and we left and drove over 5o the RC Willey on 2100 south. We started looking at other mattress and the gentleman helping us looked up my account and said he saw a pending transaction from the Murray store. We explained the situation and he immediately walked us up to the cashier and they ran our card and got us checked out. Then we drove back to the Murray location and pick it up. Very frustrating and I wonder how many other people left without their purchase becasue she doesnt know how to use your C.C machines.......
I love RC Willey, however, I feel like the salesmen always avoid helping me because I am young. I have seen them go help someone older when I was in there first. This has happened to me on a few occasions.
Walked in, said we were looking for a fridge. Selection was limited due to Covid-19. They had the exact one we wanted in Black Stainless Steel! And it was delivered first thing the next morning! Everything went very smoothly and I am very happy with the service we received, from the salesman, to the cashier, to delivery!
Moses at the Murray location was amazing. I told him what I was looking for and needing and he picked out the perfect couch. He knows everything about each piece of furniture and will let you know what is the best and let you know wat will last longest. I will definitely go to him again.

Worked with an older gentleman on getting into a new washer & dryer. He was very professional. The next delivery was a few days later. My wife and I were not expecting to have our baby for a few more weeks but surprise to us it came the next day. So we were in the hospital while the delivery happened. My neighbor let the delivery guys in the house and directed them to the laundry room. He told my neighbor the dryer wouldn’t fit under the cabinet and that I would need to come home to take the cabinet out so it could be installed properly. A few minutes later I got a text saying it ended up fitting ha. I thought all was good until we came home a few days later, and I have these streaks going through my laundry room. They won’t come out. Just seems odd they wouldn’t roll them or carry them to the end of the hallway. Laziness. Anyways, typical RC Willey. We’ve bought many items here over the years. Great upfront sales, bad backend and delivery.

Not too crowded on a holiday/sale weekend.Aside from the door greeter, we were surprised not to be greeted by multiple sales people we passed who were very present/not-busy in the first department (couches?) and even once we made our way to the kitchen appliances, we still had to search for someone who wasn’t focused on their phone to greet us. Daren definitely understood my plan right away and streamlined us to each of the features I required. He gave me my space in order to discuss and debate, and he returned (mostly promptly) and got things wrapped up and finished very well!

You are a good company that always stands behind your products and employees. You have good prices for quality products. You are very customer friendly.3.Your employees have always been outstanding. Our sales person (Teri Ladle) was the best. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I called ahead to see if they had a PS4 Pro in stock, the guy was extremely nice on the phone and told me there was one left and held it for me. I went to the store about 10 minutes later and the woman at the cashiers desk was pretty surly and didn’t believe me that I called for one. Once she put in my number she saw that I did, and had someone else take over the purchase. After I left everyone else was nice, the woman at the door who checked my receipt was extremely kind and a man held the door open for me and thanked me for wearing a mask. Overall mostly everyone was nice, except at the cashiers desk, they seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else then there.

Because of CoVid the selection and availability is extremely limited. The delivery left much to be desired. As good customers of RC Willey we expected better delivery service. The delivery men were supposed to have shoe coverings but didnt. So we asked them remove their shoes which didnt make them happy. And they were supposed to be wearing masks but charged into the house without them. And we have an immunocompromised person in our house. They were 2 hours past their delivery time which kept updating to be 5 minutes later each time. Yet we could tell on the app that the truck wasnt moving. Im sure some problem on the previous delivery was frustrating them so by the time they got to our house they were late and angry. Charged in, left the chair and ran out in all of about 5 minutes. Abrupt, angry and anything but service-oriented.
I always have a great experience shopping at RC Wiley. They are very informative but not pushy. Our salesman Richard is the best goes above and beyond to help us out. I will always recommend shopping here we have gotten furniture, appliances and TV’s never had any problem.

The coolest thing is that I could track the delivery with instant updates on details, like which stop is mine out of how many, which stop is the delivery truck currently at, and real time update on estimated arrival time. I was able to work as close to the time of delivery before I run home. That was so cool and convenient! The people who deliver the furniture for me were nice and genuine as well. They were careful delivering my furniture and once they identified damage they were able to quickly respond and rescheduled. Overall, it was great experience!
One star goes to the nice lady at the front who greeted and opened the door for my husband and I. Every other worker literally paid no attention to us, looked and stared and made like they were doing something else. We were not approached by a single worker and we walked around that whole store. What a horrible experience for our first time at that place. Won’t be back. If you want this type of service then this place is for you.GIVE THE LADY AT THE FRONT A DAMN RAISE!

I was looking for a recliner and they have a great section. They have a huge variety from pullout to electric ones that raise up to make getting out of the chair easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable without being over bearing.

Went to the store to look at couches, found one that we liked and asked if theres going to be any sales. The salesperson said no, two days later had a very large sell 50% off and we didnt know about it till afterwards, no we are not very happy, what happened to customer service?

I have been an RC Willey customer for years and have always enjoyed shopping at your Murray flagship store. It is hard for me to get out as I am handicapped and enjoyed having a store just blocks from me. I am very disapointed in the managements decision to close this store. Especially when you had the opportunity to build a brand new store there. It will be difficult for me to shop at your other stores. As transportation is a problem. I really wish they would reconsider there mistake in the closing of this store.

I will NEVER buy anything from RC Willey again. When they dropped off my furniture the driver hit my truck, my tree and took a quarter size chunch out of my door frame. Absolutely disgusted with this companyIts so disappointing because your product is awesome, but if I had known your driver was going to come and literally destroy everything I own i would have spent my 10,000 somewhere else.To their credit, they are working with me promptly to get my truck fixed.Update* second deliver has arrived and was set up incorrectly. I’m done. On the phone now to return everything I bought. Not waiting on the 3rd delivery for more disappointment
The salesperson I deal with has been there for 15 plus years and his knowledge saves me time and money. They also price match, which saves you from driving all over the valley to get the best deal. If you can’t pay cash, they a variety of loan plans. There delivery people are fast and courteous.

Great experience with the delivery of the furniture to our cabin. The roads are tight but the delivery guys worked hard to get the items to the cabin and worked just as hard to get them inside. I appreciated their efforts and dedication.
Shopping at the store was great! We had a very helpful salesperson. However the delivery and the quality of the pieces we bought have been a small nightmare. Each of the two pieces arrived damaged. Because of disorganization, RC Willey has been here 3 times and we still dont have either piece of furniture resolved. We are still expecting yet another delivery and a repairman next week.
We worked with Adam and he was very helpful. I had a very specific visions or a piece of furniture I was looking for and he was able to help me realize those.
Bobby was outstanding and I will be visiting the Draper location from now on just to work with him. He went above and beyond when an Employee at the Salt Lake City location just said they might get the product next week with no attempt to see what could be done that day.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new bed. Tha mattress is comfortable, not to firm, not to soft. The adjustable frame was so easy to assemble and I slept better now than I have in a very long time.I love the under bed motion sensor light too.No more stubbing my toes at night :)

Awesome buying experience as it always has been, havent bought from this specific store before, but our salesman was super nice and helpful, found us the furniture we were looking for.
I just wrote a huge and long review but google deleted it when I took a photo.Long story short: RC Willey has great furniture at low prices. Their salespeople are attentive without being pushy and treat each person as if they were buying the most expensive thing in the store (shout out to Davis who was amazing and called twice to follow up!)They offer a low price on shipping (~$65) which covers a full year and there’s also a reasonably one-time-priced upholstery service that covers cleaning and replacement which is PERFECT for families with small kids.The clearance section has some amazing deals (I got a $200 chair for $25 because of a nick that I can’t even see in one of the legs).10/10 would recommend. If we need any further furniture, this will definitely be our first stop (and we’ll be tracking down Davis).
I was very disappointed. I ordered a cabinet and had to wait two months for it to be ready, since it was on back order. Then they call up telling me that they will just give us the display cabinet with 10% off, I think it should have been 20% off due to the wait and the dirty cabinet. The lack of communication was the most irritating. When we would call every week they would tell us the next week maybe. Very annoying.
