I had an appointment for an estimate I had scheduled the week before when I got there the manager walked out with someone that was a walk in with no appointment. Then the guy wanted to send me to the mill creek location because apparently they can’t deal with people with appointments and only can give walk ins the time of day! I’m am offended! My time is important to me I don’t know about anyone else. If you scheduled a doctors appointment and you were on time and the doctor saw a walk in before your scheduled appointment would you ever go back? If was late for a scheduled doctors appointment my doctor would not see me and charge me for a no show! My point is your time is just as important as your doctors or any type of business. Don’t waste your time trying to get an estimate.

I have never been in a situation where I needed to get collision repairs done. Of course I was nervous and anxious about the process and anticipating the worst. I have EXTREMELY happy to report that Caliber helped to make the process far easier and far better than I ever expected. Best experience i have ever had getting work done on any of my cars :) I had recently been in a minor car accident at the worst possible time with my work schedule being nuts but they worked with my schedule and took care of everything in less than 4 days. My car was damaged from a vehicle accident on a Saturday. I was able to bring my car into their shop on a Tuesday. They called me Friday to let me know my car was ready for pick up. In less than a week I was back in my own car again. Vehicle accidents are such an inconvenience, but Caliber made it seem so seamless. The car looks beautiful again. They inspected my car and replaced my rear bumper in less than 3 days. I brought my car in on Monday night at 4:45 pm then picked it up Wednesday at 5:15 pm. Amazing speed and the kindest customer service. They truly made this experience much better than it could have been. They even cleaned my car! I cried tears of joy and relief on the way home because I expected it to be so much more difficult. You can’t even tell my Corolla has had body work done to it. Ive never had an auto-repair / body shop be so proactive in keeping me up to date on what is happening with my vehicle. They were very professional and welcoming and did great work. They are refreshingly different from what Ive come to expect from the auto repair industry.

Their work was extremely efficient and professional. I could not tell that there was any damage to the car after their repair work. They were also ahead of schedule and got my work done within 4 days instead of the original estimate of 7.

Great staff and fast repair (done 2 days early). Work was beautiful and the only hiccup (one I should of noticed) was a bed bolt not 100% down.No worries, when I had time to bring it in, 2min later was back to where it needed to be. Great job guys.

My experience with caliber collision was a very positive one and I would highly recommend them for auto body repair since that was what was worked on after a hit-and-run on my vehicle at the end of January. This location has hands provided me with one of the best customer service experiences and accommodations I have ever received. As a service member I have not always received a warm welcoming but this location and manager certainly did. The request was a warranty from over 5 years ago and from the beginning the manager and staff assured me it would be done. Without the participation from the original shop they completed my work with no issues. They provided rides as needs and kept my vehicle as long as needed after the work was completed. Also accommodated me when my schedule did allow me to pick up my vehicle two and all of this was over three weeks due to my plans. The new work was amazing and the manager took the time to explain what was done flawlessly. If I ever have to pay out of pocket for work I will come back based on service alone! Absolutely one the single best experiences and I work in customer service just amazing. If you are considering anyone for your vehicle this the one place to go.

Unfortunately, I got sideswiped in my brand new SUV with my family in it on the freeway by a distracted driver. She damaged the entire driver side of my car from the front to the back. I took my car the Caliber Collision and the work was estimated to take 3 & 1/2 weeks. After only 1 week my car was completely fixed and looked perfect!! Very happy with the work and the time!!

So I have been going to this location since I bought my truck back in 2004. Unfortunately, I recently needed some body work done due to hitting a deer and other damage. I was not completely satisfied with the work done for the first time in 14 years of taking my truck there. Jason P., the general manager, immediately called me personally once he found out that I wasnt thrilled with the work. Guess what? He took care of every single item I was concerned about (plus more), had his staff take me home, pick me up when finished and my truck looks AMAZING! He went above and beyond my expectations. My car sustained some pretty serious damage to driver side door. My mirror was literally ripped off and was hanging by a single wire. The paint was a royally messed up and the front of my car had shifted, misaligning the front end /bumper of my car. I figured there was no way to make my car look the same. Caliber collision proved me wrong. From the minute I got there, they started giving my car the attention that it needed. Cindy was very thorough and really showed she knew what she was doing. I left my car for a few days, and when I got it back....WOW!!! My car looked like brand new. You couldnt even tell it had had such serious damage. Caliber collision wasn’t my first choice and I definitely won’t be back because I didn’t feel they had professional service. They were more than happy to put in used parts despite the fact that I wanted new OEMs. instead of siding with me to make insurance pay they were more than happy to side with the insurance company.Also there was A small rock chip an inch from where the damage was. I recently came in to have an estimate written for my VW passenger doors due to an item falling against my vehicle in a garage, prior to insurance involvement. Chad, my estimator, was very personable and professional through my brief time there. He was efficient and informative; explaining the repair process, their warranty, and giving me a rough idea of how long the vehicle would need to be at their facility was appreciated.I am currently discussing with the other party about how to proceed since the invoice is above their deductible but will certainly be back. I highly recommend Caliber for their outstanding first impression, and informative nature. Being quite new to UT I have yet to experience better quality service at any shop, or even store, than I received here. I look forward to getting everything worked out soon, though I hope I won’t be too frequent a customer..!

After I declined the repair because the insurance quote was more than the value of the vehicle I had trouble convincing Abra to put my car back together. They really didnt want to do it but I kept asking until they did. Unfortunately they didnt give me all my damaged parts and fasteners back. The silver lining was when I picked up the car my previously broken headlight was working. Five shops later gave me self-pay estimates that were less than Abras.

This place was definitely awesome! I had my truck repaired somewhere else, and sadly had to take it back to them so work could be completed. I wasnt getting the answers I needed about the repairs. I spoke with my ins who referred me to Calibur Collison. When I arrived for my appointment I observed their lobby area was very clean. You could tell they are taking precautions for the covid virus. The front desk secretary was well dressed and very kind. Then I met Cindy Walsh, who had my work order. She listened well to the situation and the fact that they were going to be looking over someone elses work. She came outside to look over my truck and to go over what my concerns were. She asked a lot of questions and wanted details.. This was real customer service... She got enterprise over there for me, got my rental. She called the next day and already had answers for me, which she explained thoroughly. She did come across some things that needed to be re fixed. Next thing you know she called me, said my truck was done! This was a very smooth and comfortable process. I wish I would have originally taken my vehicle to Calibur Collison. I would recommend this place to everyone! Go in and let Cindy take care of you! All the other faces I saw in the office were all smiles and very welcoming! Good deal!

I had just bought a Subaru to haul my wife and new baby around, before I even got the permanent plates I was driving through a nearly empty parking lot when a guy in a Ford Econoline decided he was in to big a hurry to look in his mirrors backing out, slammed on the gas and into my rear door and quarter panel. First accident Ive ever been in. Needless to say, I was pretty mad. I got the estimate for my insurance from caliber and waited for my deductible to be waived, set up a rental car and took my new Subaru in. Jessica was awesome and very informative on everything they would do to make my car Id only made 2 payments on look like new again. It took them a little longer than I originally thought because they couldnt get some marks out of the rear bumper so they had to order a new one, but they kept me up to date on everything and when I picked up my car it looked outstanding! They also have a lifetime warranty on everything they did. I will definitely recommend caliber collision to anyone needing bodywork done.

Nick who works for Abra Windshield Repair and Replacement came to my home and replaced the windshield. He is very thorough and meticulous. He did such a wonderful job replacing the windshield. I had a rock chip that was too large to repair and also was cracked. He knows exactly what he is doing. He even took my parking sticker off the old windshield and placed it back on so I wont have to get a new parking sticker right away. Nick is also very friendly and cares about the customer. Didn’t experience the actual repair quality, because they kept lying about when to give me an estimate about the car and it sat their for a whole week. Lying isn’t a good sign in this industry, so definitely never returning there.

These guys/gals did an amazing job on my car after an incident. My car was only 10 months old when they worked and it and they matched my unique paint so well, that my car looked better than the day I purchased it. My vehicle color of Bordeaux black is hard to match. Its a little bit of black, purple and glitter, I guess. They buffed out a ton of small scratches and made my car like new. Very grateful for such talented people that have a high detail for perfection. Thank you all again!

Never ever go here. I repeat never go here. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any place ever. Whenever me and my wife called to check on the car they would tell us your spouse called so ask them whats going on. So I called and was like you need to keep us up to date about everything and the lady got really stuck up and said to me if she sees me in person shes going to hit me, then proceeded to slam the phone on the desk and then hang up on me. They also kept giving us new prices after the car was torn down. I understand the walk around estimate can go up or down but that doesnt mean after tear down it should. My bill went up over 2k after they had it in their shop which was almost double the estimated amount. They have very poor customer service and I will never give them my business again. Take your car somewhere where they care about you and trying to do there best for you not somewhere that just want to eat at your money.

I dont understand all the negative reviews. This place is very professional, customer service was excellent. I received daily status updates via text, and the car was actually ready before the estimated date. The quality of work was excellent, this coming from someone who grew up doing auto body work. The paint was a perfect match, door and hood gaps were excellent. Before work started they were clear on what parts were going to be repaired and what would be replaced which gave me the opportunity to object if needed. They worked with my insurance, no effort on my part. All I had to do is pay my deductible and walk out with my car. I will say my repairs were fairly minor, Fender, bumper and hood, but given the process, I dont expect a more serious job would be handled much different. If they HAD bad service, it is in the past.

I would never go to anyone else after my awesome experience here. They had my car done in 9 days and called me every day on the status. The quality of work was incredible and the service was even better. I wish there were more stars to rate them.

I worked with ABRA to repair my car after being hit in my office parking lot. They got the estimate done quickly, and when I took my car in to have the work done, they kept in touch with me via text. They had mentioned it would take a couple of days to finish, but they had it done overnight and the quality of work was great! My car looks great, I was only in a rental for one day and they even cleaned my car inside and out! I will go back to them if I ever get hit again. Told me that they needed to take the cover off my bumper to see the full damage (which there was more damage to my estimate.) and they ended up putting that as 1.5 hours of labor (when it took them like 30 mins) and took $70 off my estimate....that was part of the estimate in my understand and I should not have been charged. They had some helpful staff but they should be more upfront about that they are doing with the estimates.

Went in to get a estimate and I witnessed a manger YELL and be little one of there employees in front of multiple customers. It was extremely sad. I felt so bad for her. Even offered her a job. I couldn’t believe someone could treat someone like that. would not trust this place.

Terrible ethics, terrible service. Brought in a ca in August for an insurance claim, as I was picking it up I realized that they had broken one of my lights as they replaced the bumper. They refused at first to take responsibility but then we reviewed their before images together and it was obvious that it was their fault. In shame, they called Enterprise to get me back in the rental at their expense. They tried to push the cost of the rental on the insurance company which refused to pay(rightfully so). I picked up the car and it had an obvious whistle that I had never heard before, had to take it back multiple time before I gave up (whistle is still there). Abra tried to tell Enterprise to Eat it- per Manager Steves words. Enterprise later sent me a bill for the rental letting me know that Abra isnt owning their responsibility. In an effort to resolve this, I called Steve back, he was very rude, told me that he was willing to pay for part but not the whole issue and that he would call enterprise to tell them to make this happen. He was also happy to add that the fact that enterprise is the company that called me, I should deal with them and not bother him.
