Got my A/C fixed. Friendly staff. Hinkley quoted me much less than other shops and got it done within a day working like new. Would recommend.

EXCELLENT customer service experience from start to finish!! Had a new 14’ x 7’ utility trailer interior floor, sidewalls, and rear door ramp shot with with a bed liner material finish. They did a great job of surface prep by sanding all plywood surfaces, removing star plate and trim, masking, paper, and protection. Final outcome is fantastic!! Great value compared to other shops and they had immediate availability.Give Will a call !

Ive been a customer at Hinckley automotive for over a year now and will continue to bring my vehicles here. Hinckley Automotive is more than a body shop! Most recently, I turned to Hinckley when my dealership quoted me $1000+ for major service. Larry and staff gave me an honest assessment of the maintenance I actually needed and did so at an affordable price. He gave me updates as parts came in and repairs were made quickly. I appreciate their honesty, hard work, and reliability.

These guys have been great to deal with. They fixed my car in a timely manner and were upfront about all charges and any issues that came up while they were working on my car. Along with the repairs, they steam cleaned my engine, cleaned and sanitized the inside as well as put a fresh coat of wax on my car. I will definitely go back for any other repairs in the future!

I needed to take my truck in for some minor auto body work. All I can say is WOW! These guys are awesome and amazing. Will is very friendly and fantastic to work with. Not only was he able to schedule my truck in very quickly, they went a few extra miles and fixed some other items too. I wish I knew about this shop earlier as I didnt have as good of an experience from a previous body shop.Ill definitely use this shop again. Lets just say Im a very happy customer.

We broke down on a road trip and called the nearest place for service on our Dodge truck. Thank goodness it was Hinckley because they were lifesavers! They held the shop open an hour past closing to wait for us to be towed in. Dave gave us a ride to a nearby hotel and assured us they would be working on it the next morning. The communication was great! Kevin and Matt worked on it and provided estimates right away. We picked up the truck the next day and the estimate was right on par with what they quoted. The shop was amazingly clean and organized. The people who work there are super friendly. The truck has been running great ever since. Actually what started off as a bad experience (truck breaking down) turned our to be a very pleasant experience! Thank you Hinckley Automotive!

Had a wonderful experience! I was quoted quickly and got my repairs processed started right away. I even had five star pick up and drop off service of my vehicle ! (Which is a godsend for a busy mom!) I was billed less than originally agreed on! Completely honest and the truck is 100% good as new! Definitely recommend this shop!

Very impressed. Matt and Guy were the best. Picked up my car and delivered it. Never had to leave work. The work the body shop did was beautiful!!! When they delivered the car, they had detailed it, inside and out. Will recommend over and over. They are all about customer service.

Jeep Detail was spectacular! Had 12 years of camping, hauling dirt, dogs, equipment, spills to the point even my dogs didnt want to get into the jeep. Hinckley Automotive detailed my jeep for me at a good price and even drove me home and picked me up when it was finished. I can finally allow another human in my car! Smells nice and looks nice. Paid more one time before, but Hinckley Automotive did a much better job, at a lower price, and better customer car. You wont regret using these guys!

Guy DeHaan and staff really helped me out in fixing my car. I found them initially when I googled shops near me and thank goodness I did. I was able to get the car in that same day. It was ready the next day, at an even lower price than first quoted. Guy also helped me out by coming to get the car and took my granddaughter and myself back to the shop when it was ready. My experience with Hinckley has been amazing. Wendys customer service was top notch, I wish I had the opportunity to deal with more people like her on a daily. She was proactive keeping me up to date on what was happening with my car each step of the way. I have never had an amazing experience with a body shop until now. My car came back to me better than new and very, very quickly. I was so surprised when I received the email from Wendy saying it was ready to pick up in only a week and a half. If any of you are in need of a repair / body shop, dont waste your time, this is the place to go.

In my experience, the staff was a little rude and off putting. They didnt work with me regarding schedule what so ever. For the small amount of damage I had it took a really long time. I was in a rental car for a week. They also left new scratches on my car - I assume from being sloppy in their autoshop. The area they fixed looks nice but the consequences of their work wasnt work the time, effort, or my insurances money.

Great service. Got my truck spray lined and they went above and beyond; took most of the dents out of my bed and realigned the front box against the cab included with the spray. Excellent work at a killer price.

I got in a wreck a few months ago, the repair went smoothly but about a month later the heat hit SLC and we found that the repair didnt fix my a/c. They quickly took the car back and fixed the issue no questions asked, but then on return I woke up to a flat tire and hugely dented rim. As I only drove home with no issues (potholes etc) I ended up calling and asking if their service drivers may have hit a pothole on the way or from the repair....they didnt even question me and quickly took the car in to repair it. This confirmed without a doubt that I will be back to their shop, things happen and repairs dont always go as planned but to step up and not question the customer is huge and makes me TRUST and believe in this repair shop. I will send everyone I know! Thank you for your great service namely Guy, and Wendy from the service desk.

I was very impressed with the both the professional and personal care I received from Hinckleys Body Shop. The staff was courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process and treated me with respect, and took the time to educate me on what the process was going to be concerning my vehicle. They are definitely willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is taken care of and is satisfied with the service they are providing.

Very poor business with this place. I sold them a part and 4 months later they do a credit card chargeback on me without even attempting to contact my business (email or phone). Talked to Cody in Parts and he gave me the run around for 2 weeks saying it was a mistake and will get handled. Never did and funds got returned to them and I got a hefty chargeback fee added. He then told me he needed an invoice for the purchase to get me paid. Got him an invoice and still no payment after another week. Tried to get a hold of a manager but again got the run around. Not cool to do chargebacks on other business for your lack of records. Will blacklist this business in the future. Hopefully the owner will see this and get it handled because this is BS!

They did a fantastic job on my car, also gettting me the best deal on parts..they truely care about the people instead of trying to sell you things you dont really need like all tge other body shops. Thanks Hinckley Automotive for everything you do!

Horrible service, do not care for customers I would rate this body shop a 0 do not recommend anyone to ever go here to do body work or any work on there car!! Unique body shop down in midvale is actually a better shop better service better price and most important they guarantee there work unlike these people.

I have used these guys several times for my work fleet, as well as my personal vehicles. They do fantastic work, and its always right the first time (believe it, Im picky).
