First of all, let me start by stating that my credit is less than perfect. I had been looking to purchase a Jeep for over a month and TW Auto posted my dream Jeep the night before and I called immediately the next day. Gus answered the phone and let me know to act fast because we both new it wouldnt last through the end of the day. I live in South Ogden and when I arrived to TW Auto 45 minutes later, Gus was there waiting for me. We took her for a test ride and there was no way I was leaving without her. Because of my credit, Gus had to jump through hoops to get me financed. Gus worked diligently with multiple finance agencies to get me the best deal. This process took some time, at one point he told me to go get lunch, and when you come back...all the paperwork will be ready for your new Jeep! All that hard work paid off because I drove off the lot with this gem. Thanks Gus!!

Two days ago, I purchased a used vehicle from TW Auto Sales. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Because he had spoken with me the previous day, Brian Ainsworth came into work on his day-off to assist me. Brian was extremely personable, knowledge, and helpful. I also felt the pricing and fees at TW were reasonable, and they gave me a reasonable price on my trade-in. I had had a very different experience at another dealership the previously week, where they seemed intent on gouging customers and did little to build trust. In contrast, Brian and TW Auto treated me very fairly and respectfully. TW Auto does not rely on shiny showrooms and slick marketing. Instead they focus on integrity and fairness, which goes a LONG way in used car sales.I would certainly purchase a vehicle from TW Auto in the future, and I recommend them to anyone considering a used car. Hopefully you have a better experience. Make sure to check for any previous DTC codes. They said they didnt clear it intentionally, if they even did. I got a hold of the previous owner that traded it in to them, and he said the check engine light was on. Sure enough within 60 miles of buying it, it popped back on for me. It was a $500 fix to get it to pass emissions. Then an additional $1800 of recommended repairs.P.S. Since I dont quite want to ding the entire company. Gus was the one that took the vehicle as a trade, knew that it had a check engine light, and didnt tell me about it when I bought it. (I didnt expect Gus to know everything about the vehicle. He did disclose 1 mechanical issue of the steering. He just left out that it had a check engine light, not allowing it to pass emissions. That was one thing I explicitly asked for. He said he thought it passed and would check later. After I bought it, I remembered to ask again, he checked and told me they didnt test it for emissions.Edit: (my response to owners reply) For those that read reviews: I did speak with Tom Saul on the phone after my experience. I just want to put it out there that he did offer $100 for me to delete my original review, not just help out with repairs. They gave the previous owner $2K as trade in value. Then after Tom explaining that they deemed the vehicle in so much need of repair; he stating that meant you could sell it for parts or go take it to the scrap yard for junk metal, then allowed it to be put back on the lot with no work done to it other than it being cleaned for $4K. A $2,000 profit for what he considered junkable. Like in his response, it seems they dont deal with taxable towaways often. I did sign all the paper work, but who really reads all of them? People expect to trust the sellers word of mouth. I did drive it away, choosing not to pay the $250 documenting fees. But I guess now, even though it was offered, they shouldnt have been allowed to offer that since it would not have passed emissions anyway. After speaking with Tom, I think they are a decent dealer. I was just one of the few people that got a bad experience. I appreciated his calmness and understanding and just hope this helps others who are not as knowledgeable as I was when I went to buy the vehicle.

Well There Not honest they were not upfront I would not trust them. If you plan on buying a car from them I would spend Some money to get the it looked at By A Mechanic Other then them. I have trust issues with Car sells and they are the type that just not Honest !! would not ever deal with them again!!! Plus they new the car they sold Me had Problems and If they were honest about it They would have trust but they did not.

Recently Purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300 from them, my dealers name is Gus, I couldnt recommend him enough. Hes thorough on making sure you get the car you need, and even when I had a little care trouble the owner was willing to work with me and help me out with it. Service department was more than helpful when they fixed it my car all up. Made sure I was good to go and very friendly. So all together the whole experience was great, from sales to service this place was amazing on making it a breeze.

My son purchased a truck from these guys it broke down more than he has driven it ! the truck is in the shop currently at he had to dump another $8,000. I would run from this dealership !! My son would be have been better off purchasing a new truck for $20k or more than I would leave no stars if I could what a pile of junk ! This is not a reliable place to purchase a vehicle of any kind .

After the test drive experience I would have given this place 5 stars, but after actually attempting to purchase a car I would never waste my time here again. Wes showed us a few cars and we were really interested in one of them. I took it to a mechanic and there were some issues that we wanted addressed before purchase. The car wasnt idling well, the AC wasnt working, the mechanic couldnt confirm that the head gasket had been replaced, and the emissions check failed. I took it back to TW and they told me they would look into it. They cleaned the AC but wouldnt do a system check like I asked (no one wants to buy a car with a cash blackhole for an AC system). They told me the emissions failure was due to the battery dying, but refused to rerun the check themselves as proof. They found out that the idling issue was due to an underpowered alternator (that they said could fail at any time) which they wouldnt fix unless we paid half. And the cherry on top which ended our experience with Wes was a refusal to negotiate the sticker price at all after trying to sneak a lemon out the door because their in house shop had given it a green light. We started with what we thought was a reasonable offer and instead of countering they just said sorry, that wont work, goodbye.Do not buy a car from TW without getting a second or even third mechanic opinion. We used Excel Automotive up the street and they were the only good part of the whole experience. If youre looking to negotiate price dont shop here, theyll say goodbye to you if you even try.And unless it gets its alternator fixed dont buy the Blue 2007 Subaru Impreza on their lot. The outside may be in great shape, but the mechanical portion is a joke theyre trying to push off the lot to an unsuspecting customer.Response: I attempted to begin negotiating by offering $5,000, fully expecting the negotiations to result in a higher selling price. That would be $995 less than the selling price, with room to negotiate. Negotiations are common practice in used car sales, evident from the car my husband and I purchased a week later. Orem Mazda sold us a car in much better condition for $5,000 when the asking price had been $6,900.

My wife and I bought a car this past September from TW Auto. We worked with Gus and the experience was much better than we had at all of the other dealerships that we visited. We were offered good quality cars in the price range we asked for.We had chosen to pay for our vehicle in cash and Gus was willing to respect that wish and not try and push us to finance a vehicle when we have chosen to not take on debt. The car we bought has worked beautifully for us for the past several months. TW Auto definitely did their part.

My son called on a car he was interested in this morning. They said it was out for service but would be ready for him to test drive tonight. We drove 30 minutes to get there tonight and the salesman walks out in shorts and a T-Shirt looking for the car. The car was nowhere to be found and they figured out it was still out for service work. The salesman dropped several F bombs during his conversation with my son and blamed the incident on some old guy that works there. I got in my car to leave not realizing my kid was still talking business with him and gave the salesman $100 to hold the car for him and got a receipt. I realize my kid made a mistake after the fact after he told me what he did on the way home. What kind of integrity does it take to accept $100 to hold a used car, sight unseen, from a kid. What a joke. Salesman was completely unprofessional.

Despite bad credit we were able to get the car with all of our goals met and for a lower monthly payment then we expected. Real customer here! I bought a 1998 Chevy truck, from these guys a few days ago, and all of them could not have been more awesome. My credit score is low, but Ryan in the office did all he could to get my loan through. I never felt pressured, the salesman was terrific listening to what I was looking for, and what price range. I had a minor mechanical issue after i took it home. BUT! As soon as I called, they had me bring it right back in and put in a new part, and took the truck and had an alignment done-all at no charge. Plus they loaned me a car for the day, so I could get to work.They were honest, up-front, and very friendly and professional. I can see how they have been in business for so long. Excellent work, perfect vehicles, they have earned my business for life. I really do appreciate the way they took care of me, after I was burned at another well-known dealership. Careful when going to this dealer they dont check there cars before selling them, i bought a 2008 BMW from them and it started running great, but after 3 months i got it, it started shutting off on me and struggling to turn on. I took it to BMW dealer to go get a full diagnostic test and it came back bad with a lot of things wrong, now i have to be the one to pay 2,654 almost 3,000 bucks to get it fixed and i dont think its fair for at all for me. They should of checked the car and sold it good to me. So guys buying a car from this dealer please make sure you check the car good before purchasing it.

I would highly recommend Tom Saul to anyone. I was buying a car for my son, and we stopped in at TW Auto. Unfortunately, Tom didnt have what we were looking for, but he was so helpful regarding what to look for and what to avoid. We ended up purchasing a car from another dealer, and Tom even came over to check the car for me and make sure we found a good car for my son. A really good guy! Its nice to find someone you can trust in the used car business!

We went to look at a Chevy Silverado and asked to take the truck to have a inspection done on it. The inspection found $2000 worth of repairs needed - oil pan and drive train were leaking. Dave at the dealership assured us that they fully inspected the truck and it was in perfect condition. He was hoping we would take his word for it. When we showed him the inspection report, he then questioned whether the mechanic was being truthful. He said he would not discount the truck further because he bought it at an auction and would be losing money. Not my problem buddy, but I am not stupid enough to buy a lemon of a truck either. WE WALKED AND SO SHOULD YOU..... JUST KEEP WALKING, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING HERE.

I do not recommend this dealership. They DO NOT inspect the vehicles here. I purchased a vehicle that had pretty much never been serviced. I would be very cautious when shopping here. They dont seem like very honest people.

When there is a flood of 5 star ratings with one or two sentences for a rating, it looks suspicious. Especially since every one of them looks like a sales pitch. I wouldnt trust this place to sell me a car. Theyre writing their own reviews.

They were very friendly & helpful to get us into what we wanted.

I highly recommend this race they were absolutely amazing and Hank was super amazing and got my hubby in the truck he wanted without a hesitation.

With it being my first car buying experience, T W Auto made me feel comfortable and most importantly, relaxed. I was very nervous at first with making this choice, yet they explained and answered every question I presented. After test driving the car and going over a few finance things, I was signing papers and driving off the lot in my new car in no time! They are a down to earth bunch who make you feel like you have known them forever. They are straight forward and I never felt pressured into buying something I didnt want. I couldnt of asked for a better experience in buying a car and I dont see myself buying my next car anywhere else while I live in Utah.

Wes was the best guy for the sale!!! He made kim and i very comfortable and totally went to bat for us. We got the car we wanted so we are very happy!
