Returned a faucet from a bath remodel. It was under warranty from manufacturer but Ryan at Murray Supply contacted his supplier and explained the situation and I left with a new replacement faucet. Kept me from having to contact manufacturer directly and avoiding those headaches. Nice!!!

First time there lots of everything for a house, went to look at fire places were very helpfull and got lots of imformation.

We bought a set of gas logs from Tony. He has been in this business for many years and was able to answer our questions and give solid advise. There is a lot more to know about gas logs than I ever imagined. The prices are reasonable especially when you count the cost of making a bad decision.

Murray supply us where I got for all my plumbing and electrical needs. They have extremely helpful and knowledgeable employee to show where things are located and if they dont have it they can get it for you quickly and reasonably.

Im an out of town plumbers apprentice who works for 2 master plumbers who are licensed in 13 states. I come from 3 generations of plumbers and simply asked for a specific product (of which is commonly found in my home city of memphis and many others) and they did not have it. I did not make an issue of it because i understand different areas do plumbing differently. However, i did not appreciate overhearing the staff snickering and talking about me as i shopped in the store. I confronted the employees, asking why they found my request so humorous and me so funny. To cut it short, they challenged my expertise and i explained the (proven and logical) science behind my product request. They then tried to save face by claiming kentucky code enforcement is not as strict as tennessee. Plumbing Code had nothing to do with my request. I was just trying to buy simple hardware to install a toilet (2 flange bolts with 4 nuts and 4 washers) which differs slightly from their way. My father works for one of the biggest plumbing distributors in the U.S. and every one of their branches carry this product. I left angry and frustrated. Staff should be there to sell and recommend their inventory, not critique a mans work method. If the staff were as knowledgeable as plumbers, they would be plumbers. Ill stick with lowes
