I recently took my boat for service and after 3 weeks of no action when I was promised a few days to complete I would not recommend any boat owner to take their boat here. I received nothing but excuses and promises. I did receive a we will make it right but making it right is doing it right the first time. I unfortunately had to take my boat and the service was completed the next day by a competitor.

Best Boat Service is an A+ boat service and repair shop. Mike does fantastic work. I have had multiple years of work done on my Mastercraft and would rather use him then the local MC dealer. Mike provides an honest service at a fair price. His shrink wrapping is second to none.

Mike took care of my boat in 2009 and 2010. His work is A+ and hes always honest. His bid comes in exactly where he says it is, and has never tried to make a penny more off of me. I have come across unscrupulous mechanics and Mike is top-notch. Hell be my mechanic on my 1982 Boat, as long as he is willing to keep working on this old piece of glory. :)

Mikes a very good mechanic and honest. Love that he provides mobile service as well. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately I am not impressed. I work with Mikes wife, which is why I sought his service. He has had my wave runners for several months and done nothing to get them going. Here we are in the middle of July and I still dont have them. Over the past week I have left no less than 4 messages - none of them have been returned. I am still without my waverers and have no communication from Mike as to when I might be lucky enough to get them I am NOT impressed.

I dropped my boat off to be shrink wrapped. Three weeks pass, and no wrap, just my boat sitting in the parking lot with 1/2 a foot of snow on it. Couldnt get a hold of anyone, so I hitched up my boat and left.

They took my rusty old boat and made it look brand new.
