I purchased a water softener and filtration system from Water Specialites and have been very happy with the whole experience. Brady was great to work with and very knowledgable. He was able to answer all my questions. They were able to schedule my install to meet my needs. The installation was great and their installer was very professional and explained what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable with the process. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a quality water system.

This company is the best in town! We had purchased a water softener from another company and it failed after only five years! That other company wanted to charge us a lot of money to fix it and get it working again. I brought it here to water specialities and they were straightforward and honest. They charged me a fair price which was a lot less then the other company and they fixed it in the spot! They also checked the programming which was inaccurate and fixed it so we would get the correct amount of soft water. As I was leaving they suggested I bring in a water sample for them to test and really get things dialed in. They have earned a customer for life and I suggest you talk to these guys for all your water needs.

Worst customer service front counter staff ever. She is rude and unprofessional and worst business strategy. Called to order water she said we couldnt get any until the 18th. told her to come pickup the cooler then and she had a van here the next day that could have delivered water instead picked up cooler. After 3 years with you guys i will never refer anyone to you.

We live in Alpine and have very hard water. Our water softener was 23 years old and was having problems. We found Water Specialties on a Google search. My wife called and spoke with Brady Jones who was the nicest most informative person helping us know what we need, an approx. cost and scheduled an appointment where they came out within 72 hours. Sean and Aaron put in our new softener. Two of the nicest guys. They gave us great instruction, cleaned up afterwards, were in and out in 2 hours. We could not be more pleased - my wife is a realtor and will be recommending Water Specialties to everyone.

Water Specialties has exceeded all my expectations. Jim Cook, the sales manager I worked with, was extremely helpful and professional. He made sure my custom labels were just right, and tactfully kept in touch with me throughout the busy days leading up to my event. The bottles are perfect; the labels are thick and impervious to ice/condensation. The cost is reasonable for the quality product and service, and Jim made payment easy (not always simple when working with a big corporation like mine!).

I have very hard water and a lot of iron in our well water. I called Brady and Mitch came out within 2 days and put a new system in my home. They fixed and cleaned out all the old filters and I now have great water that doesnt turn everything to orange. Thanks for being prompt and very professional!

My direct contact with Water Specialties is Jim Cook. He introduced the concept of having the Boys & Girls Clubs name and logo printed on labels and affixed to water bottles that we have passed out at some of our events. This was a very novel idea for us, that no one in our marketing department had thought of before. We have found that everyone likes to receive a bottle of water at the end of an event.I have worked with Jim Cook for years and so his professional and friendly approach is not new to me. He always follows up to make sure you are satisfied with the product and then offers new ideas. He makes everyone feel that they are the most important person in his day. And he is also a lot of fun to work with. I would highly recommend Jim Cook to any business or personal contact that I have.

Thanks to Brady and Mitch for the prompt service they provided in a very professional method. We had a Century 11 soft water unit installed and was very happy with the professional work and the way they left after cleaning up and their concern. Would use them again, they had straight forward pricing with no high pressure deadline.

Less than one star. We have been working with this company for over 10 years. They have always been excellent. However, I fired them yesterday. We had called early in the week to ask for more water because we were completely out. They said they did not have anyone in our area that day, but they would change our service to every 2 week delivery and get some water out to us. We called 3 days later and they said they couldnt get to us until the following week. I then called to talk to a manager to complain and ask for water to be delivered either Thurs or no later then Friday, he said, NO! and hung up on me! Wow, super great customer service there! We called back and cancelled our service and have another service that turns out to be even cheaper coming today.

After drinking lots of water and being self-conscious about the pH in the water we drink this water is by far hands down the best I loved it Im even asking these guys to install a system in our new home were getting built really appreciate it. I recommend this water to anybody

Ordered a PWS 8-5 water distiller 1/19. A 20% off online promo made the price competitive with a similar Durastill unit I was hesitant to order due to plastic parts in an otherwise all stainless system. Product shipped same day and arrived early. Although there was no visible damage to the packaging (waived right to refuse on delivery) the distiller and some accessories had been damaged during shipping. Thought Id be SOL after accepting the package but Water Specialties responded promptly and without question. Water Specialist Brady Jones remained in contact until my issue was resolved. Seriously cannot remember the last time I had such excellent customer service, highly recommend.

Awesomenessness

After doing a little price-checking online, I decided to call around locally to find someone to install a Water Softening system to avoid the DIY hassle. I nearly lost hope as company after company would quote me about 2X the purchase price on a Water Softener for an inferior unit compared to what I could find online. Install prices were pretty consistent and reasonable, but the Softeners were double and the RO over half marked up. Also, I was concerned that after 3 hours of online research I knew more about water softeners than the guys I was getting quotes from. Not only did Water Specialties quote me a significantly better price, but really knew their stuff. I was happy to have found a company that could expound on the little I knew and help me understand their product better.3 days later I had the unit installed, and we are loving the great tasting drinking water and the soft water. I dont often write reviews but was happy enough that I felt I needed to on this one. I have referred multiple friends, and would be happy to in the future.

I had these guys install a new water softener and RO unit. They did a very professional job installing the equipment in a challenging area in my basement. Every this works perfectly and I am more then happy with the equipment. Oh, and it was almost $1000 cheeper then their competitor for the same type of equipment.
