Came down this morning to see Sky who was awesome and very helpful. Sky and his guys were able to fix both tire issues I had no problem fast and efficient. Highly recommend this location.

I have had several great service experiences at this store. Raul and Russell have been great to work with, honest, direct and helpful. I had another local auto chain tell my I needed $610 to replace my tie rod ends. There was no such issue. The technicians made a complete check of my suspension etc since I noticed noises. Turned out to be the trailer hitch wobbling. I ended up getting an alignment at this store. Russell took about 10 minutes going through the alignment issues found and revised alignment metrics after the work was complete. This store have my complete confidence and loyalty based on great service.

My wife went here to have her tire pressure checked. They sold her a tire pressure sensor and told her she needed new tires. Thank God she checked with me first. Her tires still have approximately 80% tread. SHAME ON YOU BIG O... How dare you try to rip her off just because she is a woman that doesnt know anything about cars. Horrible business tactics. I hope you get what you deserve for robbing people that come to you in good faith looking for help.

Raul beat a competitors price and got me in and out with a free tire rotation. The whole place was full of customers and I was done in an hour. Friendly staff. Can highly recommend 5 stars.

This place is amazing! I had a debacle with some trash on 215 that shredded a tire and so I needed to get tires about 4 week earlier ahead than planned. I came in 2 Monday’s back. Told Russ I was a night worker and I needed them to run any concerns through my dad since it was the middle of the work week for me. Russ made a note in my file for others to call my dads number not mine if before 2. They had my tires in stock and then ran an alignment. Big Os ran the alignment and confirmed what I thought, that I may have struts and shocks that were going out. They ran the new tires on the balancing machine. Found out that one of my rims got bent when the trash shredded my tire. Because the way my car was built aftermarket wheels are more difficult due to the combination of my offset and wheel size. They gave me a junk yard and another of wheel repair place, that most of the associates at the store use/trust, that way I could choose to repair or replace the wheel. Russ told me when I needed to swap the wheel after getting it fixed, they would remove and install it free if charge. I ended up utilizing both places and had nothing but praises. Sure enough, when I needed to get it put back on, they installed it free of charge. After agreeing on all my car needed the mechanic worked fast to make sure my car was ready for me by store close, so I could get to work on time. When they did fall behind, I hear the owner/ manager jumped in. I was giving amazing service, great recommendations, and an on time delivery. Keep it up guys, you are amazing!

I have always loved Big O. There is no other place I would take my car. There have been many times I’ve come in with something minor and they didn’t charge me. Great customer service!!!

These guys are the masters of the up-sale, Beware! I needed a simple alignment, but according to them it required another $1k in replacing parts to do it. I said are you serious?? I went down the street to another shop and it was done, no drama or up-sale. I dont write many reviews, but bring a knowledge party with you or you will be paying more than you need to. You have been warned...

Brought my car in a few weeks ago because my car was shaking, ended up getting new tires and an alignment. Got the car back and it was still shaking. Found out I had a broken cv axle and the drivetrain was bad. So just imagine all the money and time wasted. The cherry on top was having some stuff stolen outta the car while it was sitting at the shop over the weekend. I asked to see if they could find anything on the cameras but haven’t had a response. Thanks for caring, taking money and my time. Never going back again. I suggest you don’t either! If I could do zero stars I would.

Today my mom went in and was speaking to a man who speaks Spanish, the white male in there interrupts them and tells my mom “I already told you what you needed done, it’s not my fault you don’t speak English”. This is the SECOND time he treats my mother poorly, it is not her fault she has an accent my mother is a citizen here. He was speaking to her in such a demeaning tone she started to cry. This is why she was speaking to someone else in the first place but he went out his way to make a comment like that? Then proceeds to speak about his “20 year experience”. People lose their jobs for this type of behavior. This is why women are afraid to go into places like this because of men who get frustrated with them. I hope someone records his behavior if he makes comments like this again. Shame on him

Have been going to Big-O tire for years. With that being said, I have to share the experience I had yesterday. It started by me calling the Big-O tire near me. I stated that I was in there a couple of weeks back, and was given a Quote for the purchase of 4 new tires for my truck that I was ready to buy. The person(I would use gentleman, but he was far from a gentleman by any sense of the term!!) He stated he didnt keep quotes, and I ask why not? Stated that I had a history with Big-O, and he refuse to look. Then I told him my needs, and quoted me a completely outrageous price for the tire. About $250 more than the quote. I literally said what?, and he stated that was the best he could do, and if I didnt like it? I needed to go somewhere else, and so I did!! I called the Murray Big-O, and was connect to Russell. He went in to action, he worked it until we found the tires that fit my desires, and quoted me a price that was over $500 dollars less expensive than the other quote. I asked when I could come in, I stated I can be there in about 30 mins, and he stated they would be waiting. I arrived at the Murray store, BOOM, he got my truck in immediately, and had it done in less than an hour. This also included an inspection of my alignment, and then steering assembly. He told me of their concerns, proceeded to give me a fair quote, and proceed to tell me he would work with me at the time of service depending on the time spent repairing the problems. He stated that he had every confidence his quality team would most likely complete it faster than what was quoted. Russell, you da man!! Other than treating me like VIP, he truly saved Big-O tires a long term customer. Yes I will return to Murray to have this work done, sure because of Big-Os service, but more importantly? Due to the treatment, respect, and workability that Russell provided. Great job Big-O for putting Russell up front. It was a major plus for you this day....PS. I drove clear from Riverton, because of his customer service! Again, Thank you!

Quoted a few prices to give me options, they were extremely fast and had me out in less than an hour. Definitely will come back. Warranty spans out to all locations so if I have any issues I can stop in at any location. Junior was a huge help, thanks crew!

I had newer rotors and 1 of my calipers ceased and they said because the 1 side ceased obviously means the other side is bad too wanted to charge me $1100 for 2 new rotors 2 new calipers and a set of brake pads just went to autozone paid $60 and fixed it myself also they lost one of my lug nuts and used a random one on the truck

I called at 545 to see if they can put new tires and a rotation. I got there at 555 pm. 5 minutes before they closed and they were done by 607pm. Ismael Reyes! Should be promoted! Because of the excellent job he did. He went above and beyond to provide me with service. I am loyal and now only get my car service at his Big O tire shop

Good service. Very, very busy. Had to drop off vehicle, for hours and hours. But GREAT QAULITY WORK.

There place is very nice and I didnt have to wait in line at all.The staff are very nice and they did an excellent job on my vehicle. They also offered further assistance for free.

They quickly picked up the call and got me in really quick. Told me on how long it took and on how much it cost. They worked around my price and on how much i had on me. If I ever have anything else to get done this is my first to go to.

Actually the worst place to go. Went in for a simple oil change and sat for 2 hours....2 hours?! The staff was cold and it seemed like they forgot our car was even there. Definitely not coming to this location ever again. Big waste of time.

These guys are great! I went to another tire center that could only get 3 of my wheels off due to previous mechanics failure to put ant-seize on my lugs at previous rotation. I called 5 different shops and Big O was the only one who said no problem. They had me fixed up and completed my new tires faster than I thought they would. It pays to go to the guys who know. Avoid at all costs! Bought a set of tires, drove less than a mile home and woke up to a flat that left me stranded on a Sunday with Big O closed. Obviously a bad tire. Spent 650$ for a poor experience. Should’ve gone to Goodyear but I thought I’d give Big O a chance because of good reviews and proximity to me.When I went back they left my spare tire out of my car. Had to go back yet again to retrieve the spare that was just leaning in front of the building.Doesn’t inspire confidence and you wonder if the problem is truly fixed.People working in the shop walk back and forth into the waiting room unmasked and drive your car unmasked. Go to Goodyear where they care about customers.

Pretty good place most of the time. They have a lot of bays so can usually get you in and out. I would recommend pestering them if you think it’s taking a while and they typically will go get on the mechanics and make them pickup the pace. I have had bad experiences with other stores but these guys have been better.

Ive gone to different mechanic about my car and its always something different and pricey but when I went to big os the amount is less then the other places im never there longer then im told and am very happy with the work done

Unfair installation pricing listed on tirerack.com. I chose Big Os to install a set of tires purchased online from tire rack based on the price and reviews of this installer on tireracks website. There was a message on the website to double check the installers website for pricing but I figured pricing would be straightforward and I was installing factory sized tires on my car and this was a reputable installer. I was wrong. I ended up paying over $35 more than originally quoted online. Yes I should have done my due diligence, BUT yes this company is in the wrong for manipulating online install prices to drive traffic to their stores. I was NOT given an estimate of work or price at the counter before work was completed. Finally, I wanted to take my two front undamaged tires home as they still had more than half life left. They bagged them up, which I appreciated, and I took them home. I just got back from a trip and opened the bags and found out they are the damaged tires... I’ll be following up with management.

Awful service. I called as I was driving by to schedule an appointment. They said they were really slow right now and I could come right in, so I turned around and was there 2 minutes after our call. I asked for the winter healthy car special which includes an oil change, tire rotation, and visual check of various other parts of the vehicle and fluids. It took 3 1/2 hours to get that done. During my wait, I heard the same line, were really slow right now we can get you right in, multiple times from the guys answering phones at the counter. after the extremely long wait for what should have been pretty simple tasks, they tried to charge an extra $25 more than the online special price. I paid and received a receipt, but thats it. No mention of the inspection that should have been done. No discussion of the findings. No comment that I was out of windshield washer fluid (should have been part of the fluid check). No tire pressure notes. Nothing. So Im left to believe it took them 3 1/2 hours to simply change my oil and rotate my tires when they were very slow and could get me right in. I was planning to return with my other car for the same service, but Ill take it somewhere else.

RUN! Do not waste your money. I bought set of 4 brand new tires here and it cost me, almost $700 because it comes with the warranty and also the cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for. A year later my wife took the car in because the tires were low and they said the tires are worn out and they think its the alignment. First of all, the tires are only one year old and when I bought the tires I also pay for the alignment. And to make it worsted, they said the tires are not covered by the warranty because I fail to rotate the tires every 5000 miles. It would help if they tell you this information (which is very important) before you buy the tires.

So slow! Service was very vague and they didn’t answer questions, we were there for over and hour for just a simple oil change. When we came in it appeared to be slow, not very many people there and still took over an hour to get a timeframe for when it would be done! And when we asked how long it would take they did not even give and answer! Very slow!

This team is AMAZING!! They are extremely friendly and remember you. You truly feel cared about here. I can not say enough about how amazing the staff is. They have always taken great care of us.

Went to get new tires. Was told the only tires they had were 45,000 mile tires instead of 60,000 mile tires for the same price. Gave me a laundry list of things they claimed were wrong with the car. I was a mechanic for 7 years, nothing was wrong. They want to rip people off

One of my tires was losing air pretty quick. Ive been a Big O customer for years. As a matter of fact, I left a 5-star review for the location in St George just a week or so before. These guys are typical of Big O. They had me in and out in good time, and is often the case with simple tire issues, they didnt charge me. We were moving into a hectic time, and they made this so easy and pleasant. Thanks guys!

ONE WORK RIPPED OFF!!!! I paid for my year Enlightenment I went to get it done and was told I never paid for it. When the sales guy clearly told me to be picky about my alignments and get them done as many times as I needed. I will be calling the BBB. And how funny they couldn’t find anything on there system. Oh my goodness! I love this Big o location. I bought a set of tires about three years ago… Been coming in every few months to get my alignment, rotate and balance. Always a professional team. But today, June 20, 2019 I came and for 15 service. The service agent whose name is Omar was very nice to me. He came out a little bit later after they inspected my tires and showed me how much tread I had left. I had not expected to buy any tires today… But I feel very confident in what he showed me as far as the lacking of tread. I am a professional woman in this valley and I do like to give my business to organizations and companies that treat me with respect. Omar kept me up-to-date on the progress with my tires. I could not ask for a more professional person to help me. So women… From another woman… Please consider this Murray location of big O tires the next time you need tire service.

I would like to comment on the good service I received today. Alberto was helpful and patient. He answered my questions and described what they were going to do to my car. I would also like to acknowledge the hard work of those in the shop. When they werent working, I saw them sweeping and cleaning. It is always stressful dealing with cars for me, but I came away feeling I had been treated fairly and nicely.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this Big O location. I was missed quoted significantly on the cost of my tires. I was called and told my car was ready and when I got there it was not. When I got home I found that my three remaining tires had been put in the back of my car with no protective sheet leaving black marks all over my upholstery. To top it off when I got a flat tire this past weekend I discovered that my jack, tire iron, and jumper cables had not been replaced in the back of my car when the spare had been put back. Good thing my flight was in the city and not in the middle of nowhere. When I called the store to inquire about the Jack jumper cables and tire iron I was told there was no way that it was not put back when my tires were done. Overall the customer service and quality of work was poor.

Lee was a great salesman who was super helpful and I didnt feel like he talked down to me or dismissed me as a lot of men tend to do. I walked in 3 other tire stores including a different Big O and they gave me a basic quote and let me walk out the door. Lee gave me a basic quote then showed me all the ways he could make the deal better. They were out of the tires when I went in to get them put on so they upgraded my snow tires at no additional charge and offered to give me a ride to work. He was very customer oriented and held the tires when I asked to come in a different day where I wouldnt have to leave work early to pick up my car. Went above and beyond. Thank you! Would suggest this Big O to anyone, but specifically ask for Lee!

Ive been taking my cars to this Big O for decades. Ive always had excellent service. I just bought new tires for my 2017 Outback and am extremely pleased with the quality of their product and the expediency of the service was great! Thanks Danny and all your crew for all you do!

The Big O in Price, UT wasnt able to do our alignment because of defective suspension on a used car we just bought in Salt Lake. They advised us to take it back to the dealer to see if they would repair the suspension then they said they would redo the alignment no charge within 60 days and any other Big O location would do it within 30 days. The used car dealer (The Car Store on State Street) took very good care of us. After the repair I took it to these guys because they were the closest to the dealer, but they refused to help us saying Big O had to be the one that did the work, which is not what we were told in Price. I wouldnt deal with these guys again. I went to the Big O location on 900 East and they helped me right away and were totally gracious about it. Its not much farther to drive, just go to 900 east to do your business. Side note: This location had nothing in their shop, all bays were empty. At 900 east I was second in line, which Im not surprised they had more customers than this place.

Took care of tires on a walk-in basis in a reasonable time, reasonable price.

They were busy... I waiting from 10 am to 5 pm for my car to get done. But theyve been slammed with the winter weather that came. And they gave me a good deal and offered to buy me lunch for the wait. Overall a good place to get tires. Just do it before the busy season.

They got the job done. I had to give them money to do the job, but they got it done. The cost to happiness ratio is worth five stars.They psyched a holler in my tire. The staff was friendly and the work was done quickly.

Let me just say first that I love Big O Tires! This location however, I visited while trying to get out of town. They completely took advantage of me.He told me the problem and said if I didnt get it fixed then my tire could blow driving down the road. Since I was driving across the country I agreed. They charged me $100 but didnt do anything. Literally didnt do anything! I got home, took my van to Honda because the light sensor was still on, and when they told me why, I couldnt believe it....Same issue!DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! THEY ARE DISHONEST!

Amazing service and attention to detail! I have a very low, modified car. They took special care to not damage anything, the manager supervised and the other employees worked together, cleaned up the wheels and tires after as well. Very impressed with their work! I dont normally take my cars to regular tire places, but I would definitely come here again.Thanks guys, you killed it!

This store was awesome and very nice. I called the location by my house and asked how much for tires and they gave me a price and I looked at the reviews and I read that someone had said that location charges more. So I decided to call this Murray location and surprisingly it was cheaper than the other one for the exact same product. JR was great and very helpful. The tires I needed weren’t in stock and they had to pick them up and were very quick about it. I would recommend this place.

I would seriously recommend that any one taking there automobile to this Big O .that you first get a second option. I was given a price that sounded out rages to me.. I want to point S. .. Goodyear and pep boys and all of there prices were half of Big O price in Murray quoted me..I would Give them - 5 stars if I could..

Refused to honor a re-do from another Big O location a hundred miles away. We went to a third Big O here in town and they took care of us just fine.

You guys are great! I love the honesty and integrity of your staff! They always do whats best for the customer, which sometimes doesnt mean whats best for the store.

Making an appointment online was very simple. At the time of drop off, staff was attentive to me and listened to the concerns I had about my car. Staff contacted multiple times in the day with updates and gave me a quote, which was right in the ball park or lower than other quotes I had gotten. They were able to work with my time crunch even though I called half way through the service and asked to also put on 4 new tires as they were replacing all four of my brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Thank you!

They spent quite some time showing us tires and wheels to get. That were polite and easy to work with. They have a huge selection and were polite even though we didnt purchase them right away. They were happy to set up an appointment for later.

They were fantastic I will not go anywhere else but to them for anything that does with my tires or pretty much anything anymore because theyre honest and truthful and they will not lie to you and so I highly recommend them to anybody I know thanks guys

I drove over to Salt Lake and upon arrival discovered one of my tires was low. I found the closest Big O (as that was where I had purchased my tires) and they diagnosed a bead leak. They ground down the corroded spot and applied bead sealant before remounting the tire. I was back on the road with a reliable repair.

They charge about $60-70 for an alignment, and they will realign it for you for free if you are not satisfied. They dont sell any used tires :/

I use to go to the big O in west jordan and they always balanced my tires wrong. THESE GUYS IN STATE ST. ARE AWESOME! Definitely took care of me and their store is in way better shape.

Got a good deal on four new tires and an alignment. Only issues were that the tires they initially mounted were not what I purchased and the vehicle is currently out of alignment but initially was fine. They apologized and replaced the tires with the correct ones, but I didnt notice the alignment problem until today. I am going to take my vehicle to another Big O (just because its closer to me) to get the alignment looked at again.
