I don’t recommend working with this company. We ordered $921 worth of metal roofing on a September 21st, with a promised delivery of 9/26. The product was delivered a day late, and the order was incorrect. No one ever has any idea what’s going on, and the whole operation is incredibly disorganized. Though they still have our money, they’ve made no effort to make it right. We can’t even get them on the phone! The manager is never available when we call, yet he hasn’t returned any of our messages for two weeks. This isn’t just a terribly managed business, they don’t seem to care about delivering on their promises, or taking care of their customers. I will never do business with this company again. Avoid at all costs!

We came to get some decking and we got there later than expected. The sales guy stayed late till we had everything we needed, helped us load it and gave us a discount on one of the item that was slightly damaged but totally fine for what we needed. Nice people and knew all the answers we needed.

Great place to get supplies

I needed a bag of specialty screws that are hard to come by. Scott sourced them for me so I could have them the next day. This required some phone calls and calling me back. He went the extra mile. He found what I needed where I had tried 5 other places with no luck. He called me back and took care of me. Service like I received today from Allied Building Products is becoming hard to find. I would make Allied my first call for finding building products. If they dont have it, they can find it and help you get it.

This place is ridiculous they also broke my concrete and have not fixed it yet, then they came to pick up the extra shingles when I looked out the window it appeared they were both slumped over sleeping in their truck. If you have a choice do not go with this company.

When Allied delivered my shingles their truck broke one of my concrete slabs. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been resolved. Every time I call, the person I need to talk to is unavailable. When I finally got a hold of them they told me to call somebody else. After I finally got ahold of the 2nd person, they told me to call another person out of state that wont return my call. Now Im still waiting on a call​ back after leaving a message 3 days ago. Ive had Caution tape all over my front yard for over 2 weeks and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I work in a similar industry and when things like this happen, we resolve the issue right away because WE did it. I am usually positive and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is rediculous​.
