Surprisingly likely something you will want. Maybe even for a good deal..I thought why? All containers... Well... They dont have safes. At least not that I could find... But yeah some cool stuff... Much better than I thought.

They had what I needed and were nice enough at the checkout. Nothing extraordinary but nothing negative either. The store seemed very clean and well organized and there is convenient parking even if you do not want to go through the rest of the mall. It also has nice indoor access to the rest of the mall which I enjoyed since it was 102 degrees the day I came. I will most likely return if I ever need more containers.

The store was nice and clean. Jacque at the checkout was very nice. However, the lady with the red hair was extremely rude. So rude, I thought she was a customer at first. We were on the same aisle twice. She acted like we were bothering her.

They have a ton of different options for containers and organizers. It is a bit pricey, but most of their stuff is pretty good quality and will last a long time. We went in and they didnt have enough of the containers we were looking at, but we were able to order more and just have them shipped to the store for pickup which was really nice!

Huge variety, not cheap prices but all the items are good quality and will last a long time. They also have a variety of useful items you wouldn’t expect, like re-usable sandwich bags. Tons of mall parking outside, back doors open to the parking lot.

Love this store. Always has new ideas for my home. I just enjoy going to look at ideas for organization for my kids rooms. They still have one way aisles but there doesnt seem to be a cap on how many people can be in the store. They have people regularly cleaning and stuffing though. Im a happy regular.

Great and keeping your space tidy. My only complaint is the new THE HOME EDIT show is making products unavailable. . . Worth the wait though the pop containers and the Elfa storage rack are amazing...

This place feels like Ikea Lite. I was hoping for more innovative items but it was all fairly run-of-the-mill and much of it overpriced. Not acknowledged once by any of the workers who saw me and a few of them were avoiding customers at all costs. Obviously not high on the friendly factor. At this point I dont know if Id come back. Might give it a few more tries because things/staff can change and I do like giving the benefit of a doubt. Maybe I was just here on an off day.

I didnt relate to much in the Netflix series Emily in Paris, but when she said the Container Store is my happy place I felt it on a personal level. This place is my happy place!

The Container Store is my go to place for birthday, wedding and Christmas gifts. Their employees are trained to help you navigate the many products to help you organize any room in your house. My favorite time to shop there is in November and December when they bring in special items for stocking stuffers as well as beautiful quality wrappings and ribbons. Throughout the year, my favorite part of shopping there is the customer service they offer!

Camille helped us for nearly 30 minutes going back and forth through the entire store! Made our day!

This is a place that I like to come to window shop to get ideas for organizing. I feel that generally they are overpriced and can find similar things elsewhere if the same quality for a much lower cost.

I love the container store! I accidentally came on the wrong day for my online order and they were MORE than accommodating. I had driven 40 minutes to then realize I had my dates wrong. The general manager was so kind and was able to bring me my order even with them being extremely busy. I appreciate good customer service so much! Thank you container store Fashion Place!

Hopefully my review helps this place make some changes. I got to their entrance after hauling my 2 little kids all the way there. When I arrived a man stood inside the sliding doors glaring at me. After I stood there for a minute he came out and said we arent the mall entrance, this is just for The Container Store. I said thats fine Im only here to go to your store. He then lectured me as I stood there with my mask on correctly about how I have to wear my mask. He was so rude about it. I worked at Costco during the pandemic and I put up with a lot more then that guy, but i managed to stay friendly and welcoming. Ive never felt so harassed walking in to a store. When I finally got in I started looking around and there was hardly anything stocked. Most of the shelves were empty. I came for a lot of different organizing things. Crates, baskets, containers to put flour and such in. They didnt have any of it, and if they did there was one left. Many workers were walking around and not one of them even looked at me let alone asked if I needed help finding anything. Maybe they were tired of telling people there was nothing left 🤔. I get that COVID has changed everything, but you guys can not treat your customers like that. I can honestly say Ill never go back.

Didnt have any lazy Susans, they have been pretty cleaned out ever since that Netflix organization show aired. Seems to have effected all their product availability and supply chain. Website same issue, many items wont be in till end of October into November.

My fiancé and I were shopping at the Fashion Place mall today and decided to go into the container store. The big, glass doors were closed, but many people were entering the store through them. We looked at the doors and they didn’t have anything posted on them indicating that you can’t use these doors to enter the store. We walked in behind a group of people. A tall, middle aged man approached us very aggressively, saying not to use those doors and “they were closed for a reason!” I said sorry and that we didn’t realize we couldn’t use them because many other people walked in before us and they weren’t locked. Another guy also said there was no signage indicating we couldn’t use them. The man then said “There’s signage all over the store saying that there’s no mall access!” I looked around and saw the signage he was speaking of, none of which was visible to someone entering from the mall, only to customers coming in from the outside entrance. I said sorry again and told him that if we weren’t supposed to come in, we could just exit the store. He told us, as well as a small elderly woman, that “we already did it” and that we couldn’t go back out and would have to exit the store through the outdoor entrance. This guy wanted so bad to go on a power trip that he told 2 girls and an ELDERLY WOMAN that we couldn’t just go back out the way we came in and we had to go outside into the cold and go around the entire mall to get back to our cars. This guy shouldn’t be in customer service. He was more concerned with teaching us a lesson for accidentally using the wrong door than serving customers. Simply put, he sucks.

Awesome containers! Very high quality merchandise!

First, they have closed the entrance to the mall which makes for a long walk to get into the store if you are in the mall. Second, the selection was ok. I thought they would have a lot more specialty/unique items than they did.

The senior blond lady at the door is very very rude. And I try to made a complaint but the other sales assistant told me.-She is very upfront..-.no, she is very Rude!!1. She block me the entrance 2. She ise a very imperative voice. 3. She remind me to wear the mask covering the nose. (What I was doing). And she start taking about the virus!I was today at Sephora. Apple and Vans.. no one was so disgusting

Amazing selection. If they run out of something you are looking for they have shipped it to my house for free. Super convenient. The store is always clean and organized. Sometimes takes awhile to checkout. But other than that, this store and location are great! I can spend hours in this store thinking up tons of organizing ideas. They are awesome about helping you find what you need!

Everything I wanted was out of stock or there was only a model on display.

Clean and organized. It is very busy because of the Holidays but they are on top of it re-stocking and sanitizing.

It was quite the walk to get into the store since they have only opened the outdoor entrance/exit. We had to wait a bit because the store was at full capacity when we got there, but the store itself is great! So many things you didnt even know you needed! You wont walk out empty handed.

Was not allowed to enter store by Mark D. I have medical and mental health conditions that prevent me from wearing a mask. This store lacks caring and compassion for persons with disabilities.

A lot of great options for organization and storage. My wife and I like living in a small space, and things that make use of space that is functional and easy to use without just stacking and cramming things together is nice... While still making you feel like you have space and room to breath... I recommend this store as a good help to solving those type of problems.

They did a great job finding my order for me. I wasnt notified when it was ready but they worked really hard to hunt it down and get it to me.

Not worth your time. We showed up and stood next to a closed door for a few minutes trying to figure out if they were even open. An employee walked by the door looked at us for a bit and walked on, we went around to the mall side to see if they were letting people in there, according to store hours they should be open. After walking all the way around to the other side to find those doors locked I called the store and the and after speaking with the floor manager he told us to go around the other side. I explained that the door man would not lets us in and I would rather not have my very pregnant wife walk all the back around i was told that it doesnt matter our circumstance that we cant come in the mall side and if the door man Thinks you are not there to shop then he wont open the front door. Maybe your door man should open the door and talk to people instead of assuming that people are just trying to get though to the mall. Maybe have him stand outside and great peopld.Door man wont lets us in, floor manager wont let us in, sound like they dont need our business. For a store that prides itself on great customer service wont even make an exception for pregnant women has very poor customer service.I found what I needed at Lows for half the price. Dont waste your time just go somewhere else.

There was a party of three ahead of me and the woman working the door said the store has capacity for one more, the party of three wanted to go in together so since I was by myself I asked the party in front of me if I could go in because I know what I wanted and would be in and out. I went to the door and the woman said they were at capacity and I said I just heard her say one more could go in and I would be in and out and the party in front of me said it was okay. She still said no. I am an employee of the mall and only have a short lunch to get things which is why I would have been in and out.I Will Never Buy Anything From The Container Store Again!

Huge selection! For the most part, everything is high quality, though you get what you pay for. Some items are a bit overpriced but they have their share of low priced items as well. I have always had a good experience at this store. The staff is friendly and do their best to handle everyone in a reasonable amount of time.

These guys were more on top of social distancing protocols than any other retailer Ive been to, and still had great customer service. A very safe and pleasant experience!

Not what I expect from the Container Store. I admit, I’m one of those people that is willing to pay more for my shopping experience. In the past, I have loved the Container Store for their customer service, clean stores and store layout, but the last 3 times I’ve been in the Murray store some of the employees have been less than welcoming.On one visit my son and I were looking at garage containers. We were in the same section for about 15 minutes and one of the female employees just gave us the eye the entire time and never once asked us if we needed help. On another occasion, when buying my third 6 pack of garage containers I advised the cashier that online there is a discount if you buy six and that the last 2 times I purchased these in store the price was honored. She looked at me like I was such an inconvenience.I’m wondering if they were judging us based on my son’s “rocker” appearance, or maybe it was the un-kept look that I was sporting. I was in the middle of projects in our new home and ran over to the Container Store to get some items I needed. I had no idea that I would be so unwelcome.I’ve been shopping at the Container Store since I lived in San Francisco over 20 years ago, but I guess unless I get gussied up to shop at the Murray store I’m not welcome.I suppose I’ll take my business to Home Depot where I can take my dog and be treated with kindness even if my hair is in a ponytail and I have paint on my clothes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Doesn’t seem to matter what time of day or which employee you ask for help from I am always treated like a bother. Tonight arrived 8 minutes before closing it all made sense. The manager greeted me at the door VERY annoyed at my arrival despite me knowing the exact location of the 2 items I was in need of. Her exact words “You realize we close in 3 minutes”. “We will close promptly at 7! She “allowed” me in but met me in the aisle and then proceeded to be extremely short and very annoyed that I dare approach the store. I left at 6:58 according to my phone as 3 other customers were finishing their shopping and getting the same awful treatment. I suppose if this is your managers attitude no wonder non of the employees treat the customers kindly.

This is a great place when you are looking to organize any space. I went in for one specific item but they had quite a few Items that caught my interest so I ended up going home with quite a few more than the one item I have gone in for.

I had an awesome experience with the store. I had a very difficult situation and trying to organize a bunch of cell phone parts in my trunk. Previous iterations we’re not working. So when I went to the store I asked for somebody to help me out. And hour and a half later we finally figured out a solution. He helped me through the whole thing. Was very polite and very patient. The prices were fair but it could’ve been better.Thank you very much for helping me Jon.I will be back for future purchases.

This particular store is located on the west side of Fashion Place Mall in Midvale. OMGosh, you can find a container for ANYTHING. After walking through this store I want to organize my whole house. I bought several containers for vegetables in my cold storage room, wonderful organizers for my closets and kitchen and my garage is finally starting to look like a garage instead of a catchall for what wont fit in the house. There is stuff for the office and so many neat and interesting items for all areas of your home. You need to give yourself some time to look at everything.

Love this place. Youll find everything you need and some things you didnt realize you needed until coming here. Plenty of options to be greener at home, like recyclable plastic bags.

If there is any time of container, big or small, go to the container store. I bought small dram vials here that I could only find elsewhere on Amazon, yet they were cheaper at the container store.

I love the container store. They have such a wonderful variety of different organizational items. The store is organized nicely and the staff is decent. You can enter the container store from outside of the mall or inside of the mall. I give it 4 stars because I feel like the prices are a bit high.

I had a virtual appointment with a designer and then he emailed me the design. It was shipped to my house and my husband and I installed the entire system in about 3 hours.

I came to this store cause I got a gift card for my birthday. I have never been treated so poorly before. Just cause my friend had tattoos on her neck. We weren’t stealing we weren’t disrespectful. The workers followed us around the store and when I asked if there was a problem they told me to leave and not to come back. I asked why and they said we don’t think you belong in this store. I will never return to this place and I will make sure my friends and family don’t ever go to this place either. For the people who work there didn’t your mother ever teach you to never judge a book by its cover?

Pretty cool place. Makes you feel like you need everything until you see the price. It was fun to look around, but just redoing my dresser and putting in organizers would be a few hundred. Ill stick to my method of organization. Like my grandparents did.

Terrible customer service. I work in the mall and use their restroom sometimes since we do not have one in our store. While I am walking through I look at items. I have spent hundreds of dollars on things that I have seen while I am in there and come back and buy after work. Go in today and would not let me use the restroom. I will never shop here again. You never know who your customers are going to be should treat people nicer. I am going to tell my coworkers, friends and family to never shop here again

Prices are outrageous. They better be paying each cashier and shelf stocker upwards of $100k /yr to justify their prices. Selection is nothing special and the only thing separating them from the storage container aisle at Ross is that the packaging hasn’t been ripped open by a dozen different customers at the shelf. Won’t be going back and 0/10 recommend it to anyone else.

Contain Yourself. Contain your friends. Contain your items. But dont contain your enemies, they dont carry body bags. No biohazard containment here. Probably for the better, though.
