I ordered an arrangement for my daughter-n-law after the birth of my grandson. I wanted the flowers for mom and a keepsake for baby. They were super helpful and promised it would look beautiful. My son just messaged with the picture and they are beyond beautiful. The arrangement is almost as amazing as the day itself. At a time that I cannot be with them you all made sure they felt my love. I live out of state and contacted this florist based on previous reviews. Amber answered the phone and she was very pleasant and patient and I relied solely on her advise to guide me.I wasnt sure what to order (since I NEVER order flowers) but I knew I did not want cut flowers. We went back and forth between a fresh plants basket and a succulent arrangement and I decided on the later since said she could do a very nice one for my price point ($80 plus $20 delivery fee - again since I dont ever order flowers I thought that was a reasonable amount). I asked her if she could text me a photo before delivery but she said it was store policy not to do that (that should have been my first red flag). I then asked if she could advise me when it was delivered and she said she would try but they were very busy. As it turns out, I was not notified if delivery was ever made.My niece sent me a photo of the arrangement after my sister in law picked it up at the shop and it was very small with about 6 small succulent plants in the bowl. I know its after the fact and I cant change what happened but seriously, had I seen a photo before delivery I would not have approved it. I feel I was shortchanged and would not recommend this florist.I was being a good consumer and shopping local by going directly to the florist instead of an online service.

I have always used this florist for all my flower needs. She has a very creative touch and is always willing to help. Five Stars !!!!

They made a nice little bouquet with a vase for the budget I had. They were very friendly and very helpful. Next time I need more flowers for my wife, I will be going back here.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The customer service goes above and beyond to help you. I was calling from a different state and not sure what I wanted, but needed to stay in a budget. Without judgement or even skipping a beat,she kindly started asking what she could do to help!! They are very community oriented. The people that work there are always ready to help the customer in any way. The store is clean and well set up. I always enjoy going in even if only for my monthly bouquet of flowers.

I was told I was rude because I needed the price on my flowers and to pick them up next week since my wedding is in ten days. And was told that there was no time for petty drama. I will say it seems it was a misunderstanding and she did offer to make my flowers if I went out and bought everything.... but we were willing to pay her whatever we needed for her to do them because I truthfully think that normally they do a good job. But calling me and instantly saying you won’t do my wedding now and calling me rude is not good.
