I ordered some clothing online and had it shipped to this store. I was told to bring a drivers license and my order number to pick up the package. When I got there they wouldnt allow me to pick it up. I recently got married and havent received my updated license so the name on my license and the name on the package had different last names. I showed the sales person the email I received saying the package was ready and I also showed them the confirmation number and email that was sent to me as proof of purchase. He said he couldnt help me, it was store policy. He didnt give me any way to solve the problem or a way to get the package. I called customer service to have the item canceled and refunded. In order to cancel the item they asked for my name, my email number, and my order number. They said it will be canceled in 10 days. I dont understand why I can cancel an order by giving them my information but I couldnt pick up my package by doing the same thing. Not a good store manager. A good store manager would have helped me know what to do next instead of saying I cant help you, its store policy. Go shop somewhere else, no worth the headache to shop here.

Wouldnt let me return the same pants I bought hours prior when it was close to closing. 550pm and they wouldnt let me in the store nor would they let me try them on earlier. Makes for a very inconvenient shopping experience, and I wont be back.

My Goddaughter was doing all the shopping buy I was impressed with the selection and nothing that made my mouth drop open in shock. So great experience and pricing was reasonable as well. Ill take her back for sure.

Google hours says they close at 6pm on Sunday, but apparently the guy guarding the door says they ALWAYS close at 5:40pm.

FATAL. Closing hours 8 pm and there is a guy at the door who does not let the store enter from 7.30 pm. why dont they change their closing time to 7.30 pm? ohh, i think theyd put the guy in at 7pm to keep the store out.

Stephanie and her manager Kaylee were fantastic. There were customers not wearing masks and I asked Stephanie about it. She immediately went to Kaylee and they worked with the customers to get them masks. They then came back to me and were so kind. They didn’t sign up for that kind of stuff. They were fantastic!

Got a halter top (considered lingerie) said no returns got it walking away went back up to ask if I could exchange it for the same one in black even tho I didn’t try it on still wasn’t able to exchange it the same time. Highly suggest to not buy any of items considered lingerie!!

In the website said they closed at 7pm, we where driving from Springville and arrive at the store at 6 40 a guy at the entrance said the store was closed because they need to clean before they go home......very disappointed.....

Employees kick people out and wont let people in up to 30 minutes before. Absolutely ridiculous to have 7:00pm listed as the closing time but to close at 6:30.

If one location says they will accept clearance returns bc of Covid and dressing rooms being closed then the other locations should respect it. It’s a waste of time to shop at F21. Not to mention how wasteful fast fashion is. I’m done shopping here.

I really do recommend Forever 21 because it it has all clothing, masks, and jewelry.

I purchased a swim suit here and the employee told me that if it didnt work out I could exchange it within the 30 day policy.The next day I came in to exchange it and they told me that they cant. It is bikini bottoms with the hygienic strip and tags all still in tact. It just sucks that less than 24 hours ago I was I told to buy the product and figure it out later only to find out that they just wanted make a sale.

Cheyenne the manager was awesome! She helped me pick out a few items for a birthday present. The store was also incredibly clean compared to some of the other ones I have been to. I was very impressed with my shopping experience.

Always pretty cluttered and its small... Compared to the one at city creek Id have to say this doesnt compare AT ALL. Although for the space, they make up for it and you can find all you need in sections instead of roaming around the store. Theres definitely less though and almost every time I go everything is messy or there are things in places they shouldnt be (more so than anywhere Ive ever been). Which is problematic for sales and customers. Its not horrible though, if youre looking to just go in and look through clothes without a plan its a good store to go to.

Great staff, I think every employee on the floor asked if I needed help with anything. One girl went searching for a dress my daughter was looking for. I wish I would have remembered her name so I could give her a kudos.

Most of the shirts are really stretchy so if youre around my size their snug and comfy. The necklaces and earrings are so beautiful m

Sadly, I was profiled here today.... I went with my sister, niece an nephew this early afternoon (July 12). I got to the mens corner (very messy, by the way) with my little nephew, we had rented one of those plastic strollers. A couple of times a young woman walked by and one guy walked by and later returned to stay there as if we was looking for some clothes. I totally thought he was another customer so I obviously I didnt pay attention to him at all except from noticing he was in that section too. Since I was also taking care of my nephew, maybe I was there for a bit longer, and honestly, all mens clothes were squished in that corner, which made it kinda complicated to look around. Then I found two very nice pants that I wanted to buy and probably I knew that they fitted but decided to go to the fitting room to try them on. I left my nephew with my sister and when I got to the fitting room, I saw the same tall, bearded guy with glasses, who I thought was a costumer, in charge of the fitting room. I didnt know how I felt but it seemed all made sense. They were watching me a few minutes earlier. Interestingly, if I hadnt gone to the fitting room, I would have happily bought the pairs of pants, which I loved BTW... I guess theyre doing their job, unfortunately, I realized that I had been watched quite obviously... Its sad to think that if I didnt look like a Latino guy, this surely wouldnt have happened this way. I was very upset that when I told my sister, she just dropped what she intended to buy and we walked out. I dont like to play the victim or anything but these things happen... I teach at the University of Utah and I feel that I have worked hard to be where I am so to be spotted as a potential thieve is really humiliating. This shouldnt happen to anyone regardless of whatever position they have. Again, I suppose I understand they are protecting their own interests but today I totally and unfortunately realized I was so obviously watched that upset me for the rest of the day... I wish I had not realized, thats all...

I had a bit of an issue with one of the employees. My friend and I parked right by the store and decided to pass through it on our way to another store because I had a dress (with the receipt) that still had a security tag. The tag did sound the alarm, and we showed the receipt proving the dress wasn’t from forever 21. The employee then proceeds to take the dress out of our bag and inspects it. The entire time, even while she took the tag off for us, treated us as shoplifters. Train your employees, please. You’re never allowed to treat a guest like that. It makes them feel unwelcomed. I’ve worked in retail for years. It wasn’t her job to treat us like that or take the dress out of our bag even after we had shown the receipt and the design of the dress to her. I’m not going to shop at a place that can’t even treat people nicely. My friend wasn’t too happy about this either. It put her in a bad mood for the rest of the night and ruined our girls night out. I hope you’re proud of the way your employees treat their costumers.

I loved this store! However I had my one month old son with me & I was breastfeeding... WITH A COVER... and a young employee asked me to leave! My baby needed to eat & if I was covering myself I don’t know what the big deal is! That pissed me off so bad... I will NEVER buy anything from this store again!

Items are marked incorrectly. Bring it up to management and they state it’s an issue with stocking, not them. Item on clearance was marked as $5. Receipt showed for $9.00. Even though ALL items were marked for the same price. They had no urgency to fix issue or at least change the tags. Customers are treated as an inconvienance.

Fun store, though hit and miss with some of their fashion and fabric durability. I do like this store though, for summer essentials.

This location has a pretty good selection for men,(tons for women)I like the trendy look and for a great price I can always find something! Recently I was asked by a few employees if I needed any help or assistance so Id say their customer service has been improved within the last month or 2 of November.
