Great place to shop for clothing, accessories, and more from any of your favorite fandoms. They have Harry Potter, animes, bands, video games, and much more. They can be a bit pricey but there is almost always a sale of some sort going on, so you can usually get pretty good deals. All of the staff at this location were very friendly and helpful!

I love this store. I have been shopping here for years. They have such unique items, I especially like the jewelry! I like the pin and sticker selection too! The clothing does get a bit pricy theyre specific clothes you wont find anywhere else. I love the huge Funko Pop wall in the back as well!

I came in two days ago to buy a set of rings that were $7.52 after tax. Well I only had 7.00 so Katie the beautiful nice lady that works there helped me out. It means so much to me she was extremely nice to me. Since I recently moved here, Im definitely going to apply online for this job. Id love to work with such amazing nice people. Thank you Katie and Hot Topic!! Only place Ill ever shop is Fashion Place from now on.

I love hot topic already. I went for my first time today and the employees were amazing there. And they have good kpop merch there and the jewelry is amazing there. And I love the birds of prey necklace. Its amazing.

I worked at a hot topic for 2 years (not this specific store though) and the lack of service here is disappointing. i loved working at hot tipis because i got to help so many people, yet the employees here were constantly on their phones and ignoring customers :(

The employees here are wonderful! I came in on Saturday night when they were slammed, and everyone handled it so well and was so polite. Larry (?), the supervisor, was super helpful and patient.

Great selection but seems always a bit sporadic and random on whats there but I guess it keeps it interesting to shop on multiple trips.Good deals but a little unclear and under presented on the hot topic credit card. Should make an easier way to go through the process.Store atmosphere is super crowded and cluttered. They honestly need a bigger store instead of constantly leasing these small locations in every mall they are at lol.

The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the employees went out of her way to find a Wu Tang Clan shirt that fit me. I was very impressed by the service I had here.

Love, love, love this store. They have so many fun things to find. You can usually find everything popular there (ie movie/tv show themed merchandise). I found a bunch of How to train your Dragon stuff there when I couldnt find it anywhere else. They usually have awesome sales too.

Something there currently have an abundance of is captain marvel merch and it doesnt seem to be moving at all, but other than that they got a lot of nerd things to wear to express themselves in more colors than black. Some of the stuff I can help but think wow they are running out of ideas.

Staff is always very willing and able to help at this particular location, and Ive never had trouble finding what Im looking for. However, those sensitive to louder music/sound may want to either stay away or come prepared for a bit of noise.

Cons:Hardly any space to move around to be able to look at things-very crowded with merch, racks, displays, etcVery expensive and their sales and discounts are so convoluted you have no idea what youre actually paying even when you asked the employees. I asked if the items I wanted to purchase were 30% off and I couldnt get a straight answer-they said they break the 30% up onto different items??Pros:Employees are very helpful with being able to locate specific items youre looking for. They are also very nice & polite.The store has incredibly awesome merch (despite being extremely overpriced)

Oh where to begin...Well its a Hot Topic so you know what your getting into before you enter.This one on the other hand is probably the largest one in the valley, but dont give it perks just on size.Sometimes it can be cluttered and show a lack of organization. Especially since they use the back as a catch all.But if you like died hair, more piercings than fingers on the employees, then this is the place for you.Just stay clear of politics when in the store. And that should goes for the people working the counter as well.

They were having a sale on shirts, buy two get one free, said nothing about exclusions becides on long sleeve shirts. Went to check out and certain band shirts are not included. Even asked before hand and they just said on long sleeves.

I love looking at all the cool stuff they have! Especially now when its so close to Halloween. I even got the Patrick bag clip!!

Hot Topic is the perfect place for geeks like me. Get the hottest merch, shirts, jewelry, etc! With kind employees it was easy to find the stuff I wanted and to get right out. Definitely go visit!

When I worked at this hot topic, a lot of the staff was a mess. It was very discouraging and part of why I quit. Now, it seems they have become more organized, and got rid of the riff raff. Nicole is one of my favorite people! Shes awesome, and always makes me feel right at home. I spend a lot of money in this store, for good reason. Its like a second home. :)

I love this store. You can find whatever you imagine from a book, tv series or movies. I find so beautiful jewelry from Sailor Moon. I love it.

Order items online and sent to store. I was never contacted when they arrived. Went in store and was told by associates that it hadnt arrived. Then i get a message that items were not picked up and sold. I had purchases to verify I was in store asking. When I contacted customer service, was told nothing they would do. Filled a corporate request for assistance online and was never contacted.I have spent hundreds of dollars in the last 6 months. Havent been back since. I dont need excellence, just dont want to be pushed aside

This store is really for teeny boppers, and even then, its not great. They try to be all trendy, but instead it just looks trashy and immodest. Id definitely choose somewhere else to shop for clothes.

Hot topic never disappoints. They have a huge variety of everything trendy. They have clothes, jewelry, hair dye, hair accessories, makeup, and more.

Love it. Fun and different and they always have great deals gping on for bargain shoppers like me!

I love hot topic! I know some people think their goth is cheesy or fake, but for a long time they were the only thing around that you could buy goth stuff instead of making it all yourself or ordering it through the mail.I also love knowing that I can always grab another Metallica shirt here, or something with Gir on it!!

Its basically just an anime store anymore. No good deals either. Honestly their online store is better than their local stores.

DONT TAKE CHILDREN HERE!! uhh all In all its a good place to get gifts but if you take children here they are probably gonna get scarred for life. Other than that its worth the trip!

Its incredibly frustrating to spend a fortune in store and then find out later that you could have bought the same item online for A LOT cheaper!! $15 dollars cheaper to be exact. In fact, all of the items online appeared to be cheaper than in store. I will no longer be shopping in store.

I always have been treated really well here. My daughter always has a lot of questions and tries on a lot of clothes, they answer her in a very friendly way and always accommodate her.

This store used to be really cool with good prices and quality clothing and products. Now there prices are through the roof and the quality of clothes seens really cheap.

While its often described as that emo store, and it definitely is, I like going because they have an interesting variety of graphic tees that you cant get elsewhere and for a decent price.

I almost always have great service here. I was spouses to be able to pick up a Package by Christmas and then I was told I can get it tell the 28th and every time I called in the past 2 days they never answer phone.

Just Hot Topic its always awesome they always have good sales they always have a great selection their items always seem to be up to date the staff there are super helpful they always have enough to be helpful if you ever need anything just ask someone there that can help point you in the right direction they also have a really awesome adult area which I think is pretty cool because its like a kind of a fun store for teenagers and younger adults but then they throw in that little adult area in it kind of makes it fun and if we are going there for you.

As a 30 something man, Ive always felt out of Place at a Hot Topic. However, with my recent new addiction (Funko Pops!), one of the best places to get special pieces is at Hot Topic. I tried a few different stores (to include one in Vegas) and felt horribly out of place.Then I went to Hot Topic at Fashion Place mall. The first thing I noticed was that all of the workers do a fantastic job of making everyone that walks into the store (me, older moms, families) very comfortable and making sure they tell them to tell them if they need anything (and mean it!)Theyve proved that they care about me more than once. I cannot recommend them enough! Theyre amazing!

Always fun merchandise here and very attentive clerks.

They have a little bit of everything. Wife and daughter can get lost in there for hours.

I called and asked if they had a specific funko pop. The girl that answered said no we dont sell those and immediately hung up on me. So I went into the store and there was literally a stand with a ton of the very specific funko I asked for. Horrible customer service. I ended up going to a different store to get my funko.

Im a 49 y/o mom and I go here a lot with my daughter. This place rocks! Tons of cool cool stuff from many different fandoms, rockin playlist, and nice young people working there. Fun unique clothing, interesting jewelry, and sooo much Funko! Nobody looks at me like Im not supposed to be there- they are happy Im enjoying the place and are always helpful when Im looking for something in particular.

So after browsing the store we left completely satisfied. All was good until my husband went in with my card to purchase pants we decided that would actually be a decent buy. The clerk helping him, Long Curly hair with some realist blue-ish rogue streak in it, denied him usage of my card. He had my ID. Its a joint bank account and he instead heckled him. He said he wouldnt run te card unless he can recite the name on the card backwards. Then changed it so he had to recite the whole thig backwards. Mind you my husband has dyslexia. That is not a thing he can do unfortunately. I didnt see his snobby brat attitude with the wife using her husbands card. Keep your pick and choose Good Service to yourself hot topic. If these are the people you have representing your establishments I will no longer patronize your stores/online. Kids these days need a good ass beating apparently cause their parents certainly didnt do a good enough job. Stay classy and bigoted/insensitive Hot Topic. You sure keep it real nice here in Utah.
