I did an insta cart 2 orders at Murray Costco. Got to check out and they had a cashier and a loader in the lane I went through. And the loader would not help load the items in to the boxes and or on the cart. I had to do it all on my own. I felt like I was being so rushed because there was a line behind me. And the cashier and loader just sat there and stared at me while I was trying to load my cart. It was ridiculous. Never will I go to Murray Costco again.

Love Costco. Great items and a great price. Love the rotisserie Chickens. Best prices around. Store is always clean and well maintained. Fantastic fuel prices. Do not forget to grab a Hot Dog and Drink on the way out.

Great prices, just wish they had mask mandates and social distancing.

My mother went to this Costco to get help with tires only to be greeted by a man that wouldnt wear a mask, stated hes not vaccinated and when my mother stated shed tried calling first he answered that their phones had been broken for months. Was a terrible and dissatisfying experience.

I came with a full bank account, and left broke with a lot of bulk products.Costco is a great stores with great deals, and they treat their employees right. They pay fair wage ex give good benefits and they offer lots of opportunities to rise. I happily support companies that are as good as Costco.

Costco always has the best deals! Super great prices on gasoline! This Costco is a bit crowded as it’s right near Intermountain Hospital. Conveniently located right across from a Chick-fil-A. No free samples due to Covid. Employees are very helpful however I did not like that one employee complained at my daughter 2 times for her mask slipping down a little bit below her nose. We need to give grace to children and in lots of stores children are not required to wear masks. Besides this, we always love the great deals at Costco but we could do without the crowds.

One of my favorite places to shop. I should probably own stock here. Theyre always clean, organized, stocked up and great customer service.

Costco has great products at good prices. I also have a Sams club membership and I greatly prefer Costco.If you find something you like at Costco that is seasonal, buy it quickly because they buy in bulk for each season and when they run out, they are out until the next season.

Loved shopping here until today. Olivia decided only people with less than 15 items could use the self checkout, making everyone wait in long lines while self checkout was empty. We always used self checkout and this is a first. The lady at our lane forgot to give us one of our items. We’re gonna check out the other Costcos now.

I went to purchase some quality grade A USDA Prime meat. But, all of it is knife tenderized and that is really bad unless you want your quality expensive piece of meat cooked Medium Well to Well Done. Which comes down to a extreme waste of money and meat.In reality this is exponentially increasing the risk of you getting sick from bacteria being forced into the piece of meat, if you dont overcook the meat. And why tenderize a piece of meat that is already a tender cut, that is what you are paying for is it not.Pandering to people that dont have the time to cook their meat correctly, shouldnt make it so everyone else that know how to purchase and cook a quality piece of meat in time the right way.I will go elsewhere to buy my meat until you stop knife tenderizing already tender meat.

The beds were great. The bathroom hadnt been scrubbed, dirt in corners, beds had a sheet on top for a bedspread. I wish I would have taken pictures. I know, they are short staffed but no one checked their work, garbage sacks strung on the hall.

Costco always has the best items in pretty much any category. The food that they have pre-prepared Id always absolutely delicious but even their ingredients and individual items seem to taste better. They also always have fairly nice clothes for amazing prices. I mean I bought my mother a nautica jacket that was $129 on Amazon, for $29 at costco!

Not too bad. Really great prices, only thing is how bad it gets crowded. I get that theres going to be a lot of people there, but not good when you have claustrophobia. Plus people are so rude nowadays, no one has manners anymore.

Gotta love wholesale shopping! Great source for large quantities. Pretty solid deals on in season produce.

Olivia the supervisor at the Murray Utah location has the worst customer service I have ever Experienced. She did not want to help solve my issues. She’s was running around trying to do 10 things at once but NOT communicating with me at all! She actually took off into the back room and left her co workers to help me. They did a great job. But not Olivia!

Im a Costco junkie. My reviw would be biased since theyre number one in my book. Im sure you all know what a great place this is. No sense boring you with details.

Every employee was so kind and helpful, and I interacted with 4 or 5 individuals and witnessed a couple more who were just so kind!

Everything youd expect from any Costco. I most recently visited on the Saturday before Memorial Day, 5 minutes after opening. There were a ton of people but it was still manageable. Found parking in the way back (but hey, at least there was parking) and the Food Court was basically empty! Pretty easy to find all the sale items as they are placed close to the main walkway. Employees work fast and are friendly.

Everything you need. Some items we cannot buy because were only 2 in the house. Always clean and excellent staff.

This Costco gets crazy on Fridays. I had made an appointment to have my winter tires swapped out for my summer tires. Every Costco Automotive in town was completely booked. I got lucky to get an appointment at all…for noon. They told me it would take at least an hour, maybe an hour and a half. Much to my surprise, the Rock Stars at Automotive got it done within about 45 minutes. I was seriously pleased, since I had another appointment at 1:30 p.m. though that it almost summer and everybody wants to get their cars done in time for summer trips, so I would recommend to schedule early if you want to get tires at Costco anywhere. It is worth the wait, and they have never disappoint of me so far. Kudos!

Staff is always ready to help and physically take you to the area of interest. It is rare that I cant find what I need. Pharmacy is relatively slow as a rule ... need more counter staff. Otherwise, Ive always been content with my purchases. Of couse, its popularity leads to incredibly long lines especially at holidays.

Awesome service and kinda crowded no surprise. But it went pretty quick and got what I needed.

It was alright other than being crowded and difficult to navigate, especially on a store disability scooter. I was a little thrown off that this particular location doesnt carry a particular product that I usually get at another location (per Costco Employee); I would think that, other than specialized good such as electronics, the stores would be fairly standardized (at minimum being located not far from each other). Otherwise, it was still nice in regards to having a large variety of services and goods all under one roof.

To preface this, we have a 2 year old and a 3 month old, and my wife was obviously carrying a diaper bag. Entering Costco at this location last night, we show our card as usual and walk in. About 50-100 ft in the door, one of the workers jogs over to my wife and says “just so you know, Costco reserves the right to search your bag before you leave”. He then walks away. Great business idea to alienate your patrons and make them feel like you think they are going to steal from you.

Usually really great. Smaller location so it doesnt always have everything. Double check the fresh produce. Sometimes some mold slips through.

I needed to do a return an item it was effortless & got store credit so I could use it on the same visit instead waiting for it to post in a few days. Staff is nice & helpful.

Love Costco and their products, am not a fan of how hard they are pushing their Good Star Executive Membership. It doesnt make sense for my family to have it yet its been pushed very hard lately.

A simple Costco run as usual. Check-out was handled with speed and accuracy. We try to shop close to closing time so it isnt as crowded as middle of the day.

I have been going to this Costco for years. It is in a convenient location and USUALLY has about everything we need. What I do not appreciate is the fluctuations in products. I went today and only found about 50% of the things we needed, that are usually there. Kind of frustrated with that. I get supply and demand, but these are products that have been stocked for years. Oh well. Maybe I need to try a different store.

This was my 1st encounter with a Costco an it was pleasantly enjoyable. The moment I walked in it was a bit uneasy, but after a membership purchase with the opportunity to browse I truly became hooked, lined and sinkered.

No doubt there will be times when its crowded af. But its still a good store regardless. Just make sure to find a time when the lines wont be long.

The lady who worked at the exit on 12:40,whose attitude was very bad. We queue in line and waiting for check out. I saw that lady who talked to the guys in front of us happily with her smiling face. But, when it was our turn, she looked at our Asian faces and showed unpleasant with a dark face immediately. I did say hello to her but she didnt reply. This was the worst time I have encountered in Costco.

Our visit to the optical center was great! Super-duper informed and friendly service. We will definitely use this center again and again!

Most of the produce we wanted we had to dig through to find stuff that wasnt mushy or moldy. There was also two dogs in the store that could not be controlled. Pulling the owner and bugging customers.

Only place within 20 miles of me that could fill my prescription. Clean store, friendly employees, took great pride providing a safe and clean experience

Its Costco. Love going and shopping at Costco. You always spend more than you want. The only frustrating thing is that products dont seem to have long life cycles if it isnt Kirkland Signature. You will buy a product and love it, but the next time you go it is gone for good.

Plenty of selection, great samples, good price. Weve been members for more than a years and have always gotten our moneys worth.Without membership you cant purchase anything here.They dont sell anything in a small amount hence as a two person family, sometimes i cannot buy things because they are dont have small packet.

This Costco has more than most other Costco‘s, with the same great service (there was this one dude who got mad at my wife for choosing the blueberries that were not at the top so they were more fresh and we thought that was funny, but that’s an anomaly, Costco is always a great experience)

My family and I went to this Costco today. As we entered Costco my husband and kids were walking in front of me while I waited to show my card. The guy that was checking cards asked the man in front of us if my husband and kids were with him. I told him no showed my card and walked off. While wearing my backpack and while walking he runs up to me and tells me that they might check my backpack. Annoyed because this never happens to me at the West Valley or Salt Lake Costco…while wearing my backpack. So I say, okay and walk off. On our way out waiting in line to show our receipt. Two lines one with a woman and the other line with the same guy that stopped me. We were waiting in the line for the lady to check our receipt. When it was our turn to check our receipt he tells the female worker to switch him so he can check my backpack! I think he was mad because my husband didn’t stop to show his card so he made it his mission to check my backpack! Don’t take your job too seriously! There were other problems I had with other employees thats why I will never shop at the Murray Costco again!

They have stopped selling Kirkland cheeses, blue cheese and the white cheese, not sure whats going on. They dont have them in any Costco.

This place is always a wreck. Never enough check stands open. Couldnt find a lot of things - toilet paper, paper towels, soup. Where are they?

Always recommend Costco for good appliances. The gas prices are a bonus that keeps on giving. Never get tired of going, especially now that samples are back in store!

The customer service is awesome! My son has type one diabetes and got low while we were shopping the staff was so quick to respond and went above and beyond to get my sons blood sugar back up! They were so kind and even bought him orange juice or if this own pockets im so glad I was at Costco when this hairbrush and not any other store the staff here was prepared and practiced for things like this! Thanks costco you made a horrifying experience bearable.

It was a joke. They would not take a payment at food court. No tables to sit and eat. They have lost ALL personable touch. You are NOTHING but a germ to them. I guess I should thank them for sending me to SAMS CLUB!!!!!

Ordered Eyewear and my insurance covered a large amount of the bill . They were delivered as promised. The service was very good and fitting the glasses for me was very good. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Love Costco. Would love it more if they had more checkstands open. Nobody wants to check their own goods when you have a full cart.

Disappointed. The store is laid out poorly. It doesnt make sense and you cant find things very well. The selection was not very good either.

Friendly, efficient, always work hard to make sure you have a good experience. I can usually find exactly what I went to buy. Great prices. Wish I had multiple freezers and a whole store room to stock up on supplies.

I love Costco except that they force people against their will to wear a mask. They say it is to protect their employees but all their employees are wearing masks so arent they all protected? Because of the mask gustopos they lose a star.

This location is the best one for the electronics. But when it comes to the kids toys they are doing really poor. All the other costco locations are much more family friendly for childrens toys during Christmas. But I was just very happy with the $600 I just dumped there. You guys will be getting much more of my money for a long time from now. Great job guys.

Never had an issue getting Costco hot and ready food without a membership until today, greeter was extremely rude when turning me way, nor did she mention how easy it was to get a temporary card.

Its the same everywhere so give this rating for consistency whether in MN, UT, or even Hawaii.

This is my usual location and I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience. The store is always clean, the layout is logical, and the check out people are almost always friendly and pleasant to interact with. I like the new self checkout.

I love getting gas at a fraction of the usual places... prescriptions... supplies... food & snacks... we used the optometry department recently & were very happy with service, selection, & pricing.

Costco - the last bastion of hope for Niqab law! I mean, for the super extra safe mask law based in compassion and concern for other people and nothing else.

What is not to love about Costco? The Murray store is wonderful. I am always able to find what I need PLUS. Its clean, organized and well-stocked. The sales associates are trained to help you in anyway you need information on the products. The food is delicious-- from the deli, frozen or refrigerated or fresh produce or dairy -- and fantastic bakery! You cant miss!

Like always, I buy a churro but this time the churro was old and I didnt like it. I returned and asked the food court lady If she could change my churro and She said that served the old one because they get cold first? and what a big difference could be between the one who gave me and the one who was going to get I said that’s my problem not yours and she threw at me the churro this lady has no respect for costumer horrible attitude if she’s not happy working for Costco it’s not my problem
