These guys are theives. On Oct 16th at 9.15pm approx. They charged me $21 for 3 kid size cups with wafle. After paying, I noticed the price of a small cup with wafle was $5. I asked them price of kid size cup and one of the girl responded that it is $4. My next question was why did you charged me $21 then and she had no answer. I asked for a receipt and they said we dont have a printer to print receipt. Really? Then I asked the girl on counter to mail me the receipt and she took my email ID and told me that she emailed me the receipt but email never ccame.tjen she told me to wait for 10-15minutes for the email. I could have insulted herbut I choose to stayquiet and wait for email receipt.. It has been 8+ hours now but her email didnt come.I have never seen such lies and theives in my life ever before.

Nice staff and experience getting the order, however the ice cream itself was disappointing to my previous experiences. There used to be coconut cream as an option for the base and now it is just almond milk which is not close as far as thickness level and creamy texture. Not sure if supplies were low but the amount of flavoring put into the ice cream was super little. Only two pumps mint and one pump toasted coconut. The review is harsh but its because I used to come here all the time and now it seems as though profit margins is what they are worried about and not customer satisfaction.

Excellent ice cream made to order. It was really great that they had dairy free options that were tasty. My kids really enjoyed the nitrogen.

We tried this place out the other night because it’s close to our house. I’m sorry to say that I can’t recommend it. The girls who were working were not very helpful or friendly when we asked questions about how to order. The type of ice cream is very different than other places, so we needed a little guidance. I think one of us had something that was a little past it’s expiration date. I think they could be a really good place but they have some work to do to get there. We probably should have complained but it just didn’t seem worth the effort and I didn’t want to hurt the young ladies feelings.

This place freezes your icecream right before your eyes. SO good. They have a lot of flavors & different options. You can even choose what cream is used. Way better than Cold Stone could ever be. Can you say yummy??

Frustrating when you place an order on DoorDash well before closing, and then to get a phone call from our Dasher saying he arrived 15 min before closing and they locked up and closed early without any notice from the establishment. Keep the hours you advertise

I went to subzero earlier today and Rita, Denya, Kyra and Eliza were all super nice!! They were all helpful in helping me with my first experience at subzero. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know!

This is an awesome ice creme parlor and if you get the right person they will really entertain the kids with the nitro I was very sad when the nitro ice creme closed by my house but glad there is one in the valley I drive clear across town just to get this icecream

I didnt catch names unfortunately but this is the first time my best friend and I visited and i was very pleased with my experience. The guy that was working was very informative and was happy to help, and the girl working with him was just as awesome. They were very patient with us and was just the best. Me and my husband were the only two people in line and there were three individuals working. Yet I had to wait for the three of them to complete my husband’s order before they asked what I wanted. Meanwhile one of the employees was breathing in and out the liquid nitrogen and washing his hair with the liquid nitrogen right in front of us. At least have the pretense in front of customers that you have hygienic standards! Then they had the gall to ask for a tip. The ice cream wasn’t very good either.

Love this place! I am severely lactose intolerant and it’s nice to finally find a place that serves ice cream I can finally eat. They have vegan options as well but it’s not the same as ice cream that is lactose free! 😎

As another reviewer mentioned, the product at this shop is sub-par. I ordered 3 bowls in one trip; all ended up as chunks of frozen cream. It needs to be mixed/churned while its freezing, but no mixing occurred until after the cream was already largely frozen. This isnt an issue at other locations, however. Sub Zero can be delicious, when its done right, and its worth mentioning that they have a very good selection of flavors and mix-ins. Product aside, staff is friendly and welcoming, and the shop is mostly clean and in good order.

We ordered ice cream via GrubHub because we have a newborn. GrubHub and ice cream were delicious. Value was not. We both ordered the large (only option online) and my container was maybe 1/2 full. My husband’s, which was cheaper, was actually all of the way full. It’s unfortunate because the ice cream was tasty but for just a few tablespoons of ice cream, $10 is not worth it.

This location practices very through and safe COVID-19 policies. They require masks and social distancing inside and allow for limited contact curbside pick up if requested. They limit the number of customers at any given time and keep the location very clean. I generally feel quite safe when visiting this place.

I absolutely loveee the ice cream here. The texture is amazing and the environment is awesome. Ive never had ice cream that tastes like sub zero. I remember when I was a kid they had one located somewhere around west Jordan but unfortunately they shut down

Their Shakes are not very flavorful, its just a bunch of ice crushed and some flavor added. Not worth the price.

Custom instant ice cream shop offers hundred of flavor combinations. The ice cream is delicious. This is not soft serve, but real hard smooth and creamy ice cream made to order as you watch. They also offer a variety of mix-ins. Besides regular cream mix, they offer vegan, no sugar added, lactose intolerant and reduced fat basses.

I dont like ice cream.. one bit, but sub zeros ice cream is not like any regular ice cream. It has a consistency and taste that is literally addictive. My husband and I try to come here every week for date night and without fail its always the best. We never get sick of it and the service is always enjoyable. They always meet our expectations and go above and beyond. If you have not tried them, you really should. You will not be let down by the delicious goodness of their ice cream!!

Really good ice cream. Sometimes it can take a while if theres a line since they make it right in front of you. So I advise others to avoid peak hours. I once spoke to the owners of this location and they were extremely nice people and very helpful. Overall I am happy with this place.

I had the Tropical one and it was the BOMB!!!!! Would highly recommend this place. Its so freaking cool to watch them make your ice cream. It is awesome for the kids to see.

I didnt think any place could give a different take to ice cream but they some how managed. Not only was it fun to watch but the product was very good. Highly recommend.

We went for the first time and were not impressed at all. The store looks old and is run down. It could use a good cleaning and remodeling or uplift. The day we went, the credit card machine wasnt working and they were only taking cash. The experience with the nitrogen is somewhat cool, but the ice cream live up to it.

Great vegan ice vream

This is not really a review, even though the ice cream is really good! I just have one question. So I called yesterday to ask if you were hiring and the guy on the phone said you were. He told me to come in to talk to the manager about it. But unfortunately I couldn’t make it in yesterday. So then I called again today to see when the manager was going to be there, and the guy said they weren’t hiring at the time. And this was all in a 24hr period. So I’m very confused.

Lots of flavor choices which is nice and the kids like it because you get to see them freeze the ice cream. However the end product isnt anything amazing and I think other ice cream shops have better ice cream. I would only go here for the experience of seeing it made - so go here for the kids. But if you just want good ice cream and dont care about the theatrics then I would go somewhere else.

Their dairy free options are absolutely disgusting. I asked the woman working about them because I went to a Sub Zero years ago and had the lactose free option. It was really bad. Tasteless and didn’t even stick together. It was like clumps of tasteless ice. So today, years later, I decided to try it again. Stupid me. I asked the woman about the dairy free options......she said she’d never tried them but she heard they were good. I decided to try the vegan option vanilla flavored with soy milk. When she gave it to me, it looked like the frozen clumps of ice and tasted like frozen soy milk. There wasn’t even a hint of vanilla. I took one bite and couldn’t do anymore. It had a gross after taste. I’m glad I only got a small because it was such a waste of money. Absolutely gross. The woman offered to make me some more but I declined. More of a bad thing definitely doesn’t make it better. Next time I’ll stick to the dairy free options at the grocery store.

Not the best ice cream I’ve had but it’s the coolest freaking ice cream place there is. I enjoy taking my two kiddos here because who wouldn’t wanna watch them make ice cream right before your eyes. I also LOVE the different things you can put into it and the variety of flavors of ice cream. My Son got a Mountain Dew ice cream I’m thinking ew? But he LOVED it!

Coolest place Ive ever gone to for ice cream. Tons of flavors, including crazy ones like Mtn Dew, and mix ins to make it fun. They freeze liquid into a solid ice cream form in front of you with nitrogen! Its very interesting and fun to watch, and the staff there was very conversational!

It was cool to see how they made the icecream, but for $7.50 for a medium size cup that was actually pretty small is ridiculous. Cool or not it wasnt worth that much. The staff was on their phones the whole time we were there too, not professional at all.

Its Wednesday at 9:15 p.m. When we went to order the gentleman working just continued doing what he was doing while we waited for a good few minutes, and no one else was inside. He was just very unsociable, basically the opposite of customer friendly, and he just made the overall experience just kind of boring... just blah...the ice cream wasnt even good because the experience wasnt.

Sub Zero Ice Cream is always delicious and creamy. It is always enjoyable to watch them freeze the confections right in front of your eyes with sprayed liquid nitrogen! Unlimited flavor combos make this a great customized dessert joint.

Such a bad experience .We ordered some sensational but they ran out of waffles. They did not say anything and when we told them that the waffles were missing they said that by the time we ordered they ran out of waffles. They were barely making the waffles, but they did not even offer us. It is not worth it for the expensive ice cream you would expect a better service.

I was extremely disappointed. I tried this place after hearing about how soft and creamy their ice cream/frozen yogurt was. I threw my 5 dollar small cup away. It was so frozen it looked like dip n dots and I had to chew. Flavor tasted like freezer burn, and made my stomach ill.

We didn’t end up getting ice cream because we felt horrible that the guy was by himself and he was SLAMMED It looked like he was running out of prepped food by how much he was running back and forth through the back door.He was really hustlin and chatting with customers, although you could tell he was a little flustered with the amount of DoorDash orders coming in and the amount of customers in the lobby.We left him $7 in the tip bucket because he 100% deserved it if he had to work a Sunday by himself. We know the ice cream and service is always good so 5stars. but that seems excessive to leave him alone 🤷‍♀️

Almond milk ice cream tasted extremely watery and bland. Not impressed. Overpriced for what you get. Fun experience to watch the ice cream be made in didnt of you, so if youre willing to pay the extra price for the 1min. show I suppose its worth it. If you care about the actual value of the dessert, go elsewhere.

Ive been to sub zero many times when it was first started. This was not the same. No gloves being worn, some kid working that couldnt stop coughing, and they got my order wrong. How do you get an extra ingredient added that wasnt mentioned? I feel bad for the nice girl that was working, it seemed that she was working and the other kid was there because his parents made him get a job. I wish I hadnt tipped now that Im home and took a bite of my icecream. It now makes sense why it was 20$ for a large and a shake, I was charged for ingredients I didnt ask for... not a place my family or I will come back to.

My mango ice cream tasted like melted ice from a juice glass, barely any flavor. And the texture was like ice chips. Not good

10/10 high quality nitrogen milk. I tried doing a vape cloud with the hydrogen and after doing it incorrectly I was shown how to properly do it with the liquid nitrogen, overall an educational experience, would recommend.

Worst “ice cream” I’ve ever had. When we got home we added peanut butter to it to make it taste better and it only made the peanut butter sad... also got the strawberry lemonade Italian ice and when we got home I put two otter pops in my cup and was far more satisfied with that...

Only time that Ive been I had to wait over 10 minutes when Im the only person in the store because the staff was working on doordash orders, I really hate that. Ice cream was really good though, definitely would come again for the ice cream.

Employees need to be vetted better or even just trained better. We called multiple times and received no answer. Drove over in a 30 minute drive, waited in line for 20 minutes because only one guy was working there. When we got to the front to ask about the Jafflz which we came for, the clearly slow employee just told us he doesnt know how to make them. This is unacceptable! If you work somewhere you need to know how to do what your job requires.

I’ve only been inside once and the ice cream was okay, but the service was definitely lacking. Not that they were rude, but I wouldn’t say they were courteous. I work next door, however, and every day many customers come to get ice cream between 12-3 and just leave because the shop doesn’t open until three hours after the posted hours say. At least change the sign if you don’t open until 3.

I love the ice cream. It tastes rich and creamy. Only complaint is it is under staffed always and the staff make a mistake of over freezing.Overall worth the price. I love to come back often even though I stay far away
