I went into this location with my husband for my birthday the other day, and we were looking for a pair of gold earrings. I have metal allergies and can only wear gold and titanium in my ears, so finding good earrings is important. I was a little bummed that the only shape they had available for just a standard post earring was a ball, since they aren’t especially classy looking, but they did show us some beautiful stud options in white gold with moissanite gem, one of which we ended up purchasing. I have worn them daily ever since, and they feel awesome! I’m a happy customer. ❤️

I cannot express how great my experience was. I went in to get my ring cleaned and someone helped me out right away, offered me a Coke, and helped me find earrings while I waited for my ring to finish cleaning. The store was clean, beautiful, well laid out, and everyone was very friendly. I even got some jewelry cleaner to bring home.

Fantastic customer service and selections. I would 100% recommend Kim!! Kim help me and my boyfriend with an engagement ring about 2 months ago. Kim went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted, with both with the ring/diamond and the cost. He didn’t waist any time, we found “our ring” within 10 minutes of being there. I wanted a mined diamond, he over night ordered us two options to pick from and covered the extra shipping/delivery fee. Once we picked out diamond they sized the ring, placed the diamond, polished it all within about 2 hours. Morgan jewelers offers full coverage, and a good amount of coverage on the big diamond (most places don’t cover the big diamond at all) as well as free cleanings every 6 months and adjustments if needed. Me and my boyfriend went to MANY jewelry stores and did not find the selection, customer service, affordability and coverage anywhere like Morgan jewelers. We plan on getting my wedding band, and my boyfriends ring at Morgan jewelers through Kim. When it comes to jewelry there is no where else I would go then Morgan jewelers with Kim’s assistance.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT buy from this company in general. From the moment I bought my now fiancés ring to now there has been mistake after mistake. They even credit the wrong account $500 which now affected my credit score -40 points! WHO EVER IS THINKING FROM BUYING HERE, save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!

The customer service at Morgan Jewelers is excellent. After my 4 year old son and I had been ignored at two other local jewelry stores, I was about to give up finding his mom a Valentine gift, when we drove by Morgan Jewelers and decided to give it one more shot. We were immediately greeted with smiles as we walked through the doors and were assisted in finding a perfect blue diamond necklace. (My son insisted it must be blue). The professionals here were very patient as he told them “nope” over and over again until he selected a piece that was just right. Pretty much the only jewelry store I will ever shop at again. Went in looking for either a necklace or earrings. Staff member Sheri helped show me many items until I was set with my decision in a price range I was happy with. They had a little room with toys for my daughter to play while I browsed (so helpful)! After I completed my transaction, we enjoyed the complimentary cookies, but they went a step further and cleaned my wedding ring and threw in a free bottle of ring cleaner with my purchase! I was so impressed with my experience today at Morgan Jewelers. I went in there looking to buy a gift with a budget of less than $100. The Assistant Manager, Nate Larsen helped me find something perfect. He even polished the silver earrings up before boxing them up for me. I was greeted right away by a very friendly gentleman when I came to get my ring cleaned today. Incredibly clean store and inviting atmosphere. The gentleman informed me about my rings needing a reapplication of rhodium plating which I wasn’t aware of needing to be done. Will be back to get this taken care of and have my ring even more shiny than it is today after being cleaned!

My husband purchased my wedding ring from a different store, but they are pretty far from our house so I never take my ring in for a professional cleaning! We stopped in Morgan Jewelers tonight while we were out shopping and they were kind enough to clean my ring and send us home with some Love Story cleaner! I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door at Morgan. Told him what I was looking for & he took me right to it. It was perfect. I think the whole thing took about 15 minutes. My ring was sized & they called me to pick it when promised. The show room is very bright and clean and organized. I was very impressed with Morgan and I’ll go back in the future.

Had my wedding ring cut off during pregnancy. The goldsmith here did a fantastic job at repairing and resizing it. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Quick turn around time.

The thing I like most about Morgan Jewelers is their upgrade policy. I bought an engagement ring several years ago for about $2,200 and the marriage never happened. I held onto that ring hoping that someday I would exchange it using their upgrade program to get a bigger and better ring for my future wife. It was a better plan than trying to sell a used ring online or selling it to a pawn shop for pennies on the dollar. I was able to put the full price of that old ring toward the cost of a stunning new ring for my soon-to-be wife :)

I came in today to get a new chain for a cute necklace my husband bought me from here when we were dating. (I may or may not have vacuumed the original chain up ooops). I was greeted immediately. Even though it was apparent early on that I wouldn’t be spending a lot of money I was treated very well. They even had soft chocolate chip cookies available. I was a happy customer today!

These guys are patient and willing to help in every way. They were easy to work with and they arent high pressure like a few other places. I was looking for a new ring for my wifes 15 yr anniversary and had been looking for a couple weeks at other stores and glad I walked in here. Went in to get my ring cleaned this week. Haven’t done that for years so it was badly needed. Was helped quickly and cordially. The employee informed me that my ring had sustained some small damage over the course of 17 years wearing it, and advised me to get it fixed or stop wearing it so as not to lose my diamond. I appreciated the information, but was not pressured to purchase anything immediately. He was honest and kind with pitching me a Sale. #lfthx

I lost a diamond in my ring so I took it in believing that the warranty would cover it, as I had another diamond replaced previously and the warranty covered that. They couldn’t find my purchase information and the burden of proof was left to me. I no longer have any documentation so I had to pay $300 to get the diamond replaced, and it took over 6 weeks to get it fixed. I will not be going back to Morgan for any jewelry in the future. The sales guy was nice and did his best to keep me informed hence why I gave a 2 instead of a 1.

The rings and jewelry themselves are good quality and decently priced. However, I made the mistake of buying a center diamond stone from them. I paid 2.5x the price for the diamond then I could have bought the diamond for elsewhere. They do try to provide good customer service. I have bought about a dozen items from them, and will continue to buy from them. However, do not buy any diamond for a ring from them.

I wasn’t blown away by the service but I was definitely satisfied. We were greeted at the door and had help finding exactly what we wanted. Staff was polite and made sure we were well taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They were so great to work with! Other jewelers told me they couldnt resize, and they did it no problem. It was cheaper than I expected. Plus bonus points for not getting mad at my children for running behind the counters repeatedly.

I called in to make a payment I owe 2 days BEFORE my actual payment date. The lady read my card info back to me and all.... she ended up NEVER actually putting my info in and making my payment. I ended up with a late fee & they WILL NOT waive it. So ridiculous. Whoever didn’t do their job- thanks for the extra $40!! I won’t be coming back.

2 Major Problems1) They sell their diamonds for 3x their value. If they give you a discount, it is 2.5x. Look elsewhere for a diamond. Their rings are near competitive pricing.2) Do NOT open a credit account. I opened an account once. I called to close it and told me it was closed and they didnt close it. They even sent a letter saying it was closed. I called and complained again and they closed it and reopened it 2 weeks later. Each time they open and close it, it damages my credit report, plus they have hard pull associated with each. It has been almost a year and Im still trying to get it closed.

When I mentioned I wanted to put money down, he got me approved for a small line of credit which allowed to to upgrade from something I liked to something I loved. I was going to the mall to check out rings there and came here first out of impulse. Im very glad that I listened to my gut.Update(2/28/2014): I guess first impressions is how they hook you. All I need to do is make a payment, but no one is willing to take the 15min to process me. Theyre really focus on new customers and not the return customer. Im a little disappointed because I will need wedding bands soon, but I dont feel special anymore. They got money and that seems to be all they care about.

I love my ring and the peace of mind plan is amazing. It was only about $350 extra and I can get it resized, polished, and if any diamonds fall out they replace it for free for the rest of my life. Great customer service. Quality ring.

My husband wanted to get me a piece of jewelry for my birthday but wasn’t sure what I’d like. Sheri at the Murray store was so patient andKind. She noticed I wear a plain wide white gold band and kind. She then found out I love sapphires snd took us over to the stack bands where I found several sapphire stack rings that I really liked. I appreciated her honesty in which looked best and her patience while I took a few minutes to decide. I love the blue sparkle that now stacks with my favorite band.

I had the most magical experience at Morgan Jewelers. I had been hunting around trying to find someone who would be willing to at least try and fix my dads old watch. It was very banged up and in a number of pieces. I left other shops in tears as they told me it was worthless and I should just buy a new one. Larry at Morgan Jewelers, on the other hand, understood immediately. He was so kind and passed no judgement about how the watch might have wound up in touch rough shape. It took an our of meticulous work, but Larry fixed the watch beautifully! And in the end, he didnt charge me a cent - not even for the new battery. He said he could tell how much it meant to me and it made him happy to do that for me. Larry and the rest of the staff were incredible in every way and I will never ever forget it.

My girlfriend (now wife) and I came here in the Fall of 2013. We were shopping for engagement rings.As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by Frank. He was great! We had his complete and undivided attention. He actually listened to our wants and he provided exactly what we were looking for. In about 15 minutes we had found the perfect ring for my wife! We happened to be there during a sale, so with the purchase of her ring, we got a Mens wedding band for free!There are a few reasons why I didnt give Morgan Jewelers 5 stars.1- They pressured me to finance the ring. I didnt want to finance, I had cash. They really pushed hard for the financing options even though I had told them I wanted to pay cash. I ended up paying for the ring in cash, and they seemed disappointed that I did.2- When I went back to pick up the ring after it had been sized they gave it to me in a big clunky white box with their Morgan Jewelers logo on it.. I wish they had put it in a nice little black box that shows of the beauty of the diamond ring.Neither of these reasons were big enough complaints for me to give my business to someone else. Overall, Morgan Jewelers was our favorite Jeweler while looking for an engagement ring, and we went to several places (such as: Shane Co, Schubach, Kay).Recently, we went back to get the ring cleaned (you have to do it once every 6 months for the warranty to be valid). They took it in the back and within minutes, we had the ring back and were out the door. They were just as kind and nice as the first time!We recommend Morgan Jewelers to others.

The day thats supposed to be a perfect day, will not be after all. I went to Morgan Jewelers and found the perfect ring for my fiance. The woman who helped me was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. However, upon picking up my ring was another story. A different woman was at the store when I went to pick up my ring. The woman who was there handed the ring and receipt to me without any box. I asked the woman for a box and she gave me a cheap box with the Morgan Jewelers brand name on it. Did she expect me to propose without the ring in the box? I asked the woman If I could have a wooden box or a different box and the woman said no. Its hard to believe a jewelery store wouldnt have any other choices in ring boxes. Also, when I got home, I notice the outer box had some sticky yellow crusty substance on it. Not impressed and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this store.

The experience of the jewelry store was great. They have a room for kids of any age to play in. The employees really knew their inventory and had multiple selections for what I wanted. Found the piece I wanted and told me the price, but when we got up the counter to pay it rang up at $69 he did some quick typing and changed it to the $100 he quoted me earlier. I brought it up and he rolled his eyes and said yeah we can do $69. I will not be returning to morgan jewelers for any future jewelry purchases.

Very disappointed that we purchased our engagement ring from Morgan Jewelers in November of 2014. (Side note: my ring is beautiful, absolutely in love with it.) We paid for the extra Piece of Mind coverage that is supposed to help with any mishaps, cleaning, inspections, appraisals, Rhodium plating, etc.My first strike with them was the fact that we waited WELL over six months after requesting an appraisal for insurance purposes for it to finally show up. I followed up once a month to see where it was in the process and kept getting told our jeweler is very backed up and will get to it. For paying extra to have that included in our Piece of Mind, I felt that was a bit ridiculous.Second strike, I called today to see about getting my white gold ring Rhodium Plated, (again, included in our Piece of Mind coverage plan) just to get told that the jeweler was out for a few weeks (understandable, everyone needs time off) and when he got back that hed have a lot of projects to complete so to receive my ring back after plating would take a few weeks. I called around to a few of our local jewelers to see what their timeline for plating was, and was told I could receive it within the same day for Rhodium plating.My suggestion for Morgan Jewelers would be to maybe add another jeweler to their stores so that current, paid in full, Piece of Mind customer accounts could be handled in a much more timely order.Overall, we will not be returning to Morgan Jewelers for any other purchases.

We have purchased a few pieces of classic jewelry over the years from Morgan, and bring in our wedding rings regularly for cleaning. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We enjoy dropping in to see whats new, but they are always low-key and have even recommended other sources when appropriate.
