These salesman that helped me was very knowledgeable about the screen they were going to put on my phone. He was able to do it in very little time. He told me the things that I needed to be careful of so the phone would not be damaged. He was very pleasant to work with.

The screen protectors are great! The only problem I have are the employees. Whenever me and my boyfriend come to the mall and see those employees working, we just avoid going there.

They were busy but it was worth the small wait. The employees were friendly, competent and efficient. I just needed a replacement screen and it was definitely worth the value. Thank you.

ZAGG provides extremely high quality screen protectors. I appreciate each one that I’ve had. I do wish they’d have had the one I was in need of today as a replacement to the one of theirs that had finally taken a hit, but they still do a quality job. The super nice guy tried putting the 50 dollar glass protector on and struggled to make it “stick.” He put the upgraded protector on in one shot, didn’t charge me any extra even though I offered to pay for it. He went above and beyond and was super nice too!!

I came to Zagg with a botched Apple Watch screen protector. I originally took it to a Verizon contracted store and the rep put it on and told me “the bubbles will work themselves out”. I knew he was feeding me a line, but then took it to a Real Verizon store and they told me I had to go to Zagg. What run around! Arrived at Zagg and no questions ask. These screens are great to protect your phone. I wish they were a bit sturdier though. A little overpriced for a piece of plastic. I have to replace them about 3 times a year. I usually wait until they are really broken before going in. Otherwise I’d be there every month. They employees are all really nice and do a good job.

I had to get a new screen protector because my new phone broke (software problems) and I had to trade it out. These guys were quick and efficient in providing me a new protector and it was perfectly applied - important for me because I tend to be picky on how screen protectors look (straight on, no bubbles, etc).

I went to have my screen protector replaced for the Samsung note 20 ultra. The man at the Zagg kiosk was super quick and very skilled and put my new screen protector on with no bubbles or problems very quickly. Overall, my visit probably didnt take longer than 10 minutes from start to finish, and my protector is perfect. The attendant was friendly and very efficient. Id go back to this location again.

Customer service was top notch! Product quality, I question. I’ve had 3 screens in the last 12 months. When the first was replaced in September, it was mentioned that my case could be the cause. Mmm it was new from REI about 3 weeks prior. I upgraded for the full coverage screen in December, but kept my case from September. 4 weeks ago that screen started chipping near the home button. I then decided to change cases to their recommendation and got a new full coverage screen, at NO charge.. So, great customer customer service, I’m curious how this new screen holds up with the recommended case....fingers crossed!

The ZAGG representative at Fashion Place Mall was super helpful and thorough. My screen protector had a hard bump under it. It turned out that the original screen protector from the manufacturer was still attached; under it was the bump. The ZAGG protector stuck to the manufacturers protector very securely. Im very happy with the new protector and the service.

I’ve been loyal to Zagg for my phones for years. I’ve been trying to replace my watch screen protector for 4+ months now. I went three times to be told they’re out of stock. Understandable, it’s a pandemic. By the time I came the fourth, the screen protector fell off and was lost. Troy was completely unwilling to help, accusing me of lying and that they’ve been in stock for months. It’s really frustrating that to be turned away after continuously being understanding to stocking issues with the pandemic.I reached out to the corporate Zagg store in midvale and they were more than happy to replace it.Save yourself the hassle, just go to the corporate store to get your replacement services. They didn’t seem surprised when I said I was coming from the Fashion Place location.

Warranty replacement of Apple Watch 6 screen protector. The two young gents who helped me were quick, friendly and easy to work with.
