So i just want to say that Rett is amazing. I work for a very large Landscape Company that has very high standards on equipment and service for machines purchased. We had some issues with manufacturer shipping but that had nothing to do with RMT. Since our machine was a few days behind they went well above and beyond to make sure our needs and time specific deadline was met per our clients requirements. The amazing side of this was we did not ask for this this was something Rett noticed and went above and beyond to make sure his clients needs were met. Our machine came in today and Rett is just now leaving the office at 7:30 pm and made sure our machine was ready to hit the ground moving. He also wired the trailer to transport this machine. These guys dont get enough recognition for the good. Rett you nailed it and i look forward to future equipment purchases with you and your team. Thanks again for going above and beyond RMT team.

Although the labor was done well- I was charged way more than quoted. The parts department told me I’d be charged 1.5 hours for labor, in the end, I was charged 4.5 hours to install street legal golf cart lights. The guy in parts who gave me the quote is no longer working for RMT. The service department told me - no one in parts should have ever quoted time. RMT cut a little off -but I still paid $642. Ouch! Name calling is bad customer service. I hate experiences like this. If they had been clear about time and cost, I would have thrown the lights on myself.

Order & pay over the phone. Good condition sod delivered at reasonable prices. Courteous & professional driver. Placed the plets exactly where I needed them wuth precision & no damage to anything.
