Vary bad quality I spend $400 and I didn’t like the work I do not recommend it at all

We went to the Fashion Place mall during normal hours to this location. They looked open but no one was there. It was a Wed. evening and there was a note sitting on a keyboard that said someone would return the next day (Thurs.) at 10. As we were looking around a man from another kiosk came and asked if he might help. He said his business was owned by the same company, so he would try to help. He called a 3D Innovation employee and put him on the phone with my husband. The employee was so rude within the first minute on the phone that my husband just hung up. We have since ordered from another company. They lost a $300 sale. Would not recommend this location. Other locations may be okay.

I love this place that’s all I got to say, just bring high res photo and we will turn into 3D inside the crystal.

I spent $900 at this store and was extremely disappointed with the quality... dont expect the quality that they display because that is not what you will receive. I also had to deal with an ignorant sales rep (danny) who was just flat out ignorant. When I spoke with the manager I was told my quality was about 80% of what they display so the best he could do was offer me a discount if I wanted to purchase more...

I ordered a larger scale crystal and 2 key chains from Kylea, she was very polite and knowledgeable explaining how the crystal imagining worked, I will be back again to get more unique gifts, thank you Kylea!!!
