The customer service in this place was AWESOME!! We didn’t realize we came close to closing time and they were so nice and understanding as we live a little far out. They told us they’d get the embroidery done for us and to just knock on their doors in 15 minutes. Rafael and Jordan were helping us and checking us out and he was just so nice and helpful to us, he didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We will definitely stop by and get some more hats done when we’re in the area!

Jordan wouldn’t accept a return for a hat he damaged after stitching even though I had the receipt in hand. Won’t be coming back to this store. Worst customer service.

Yes they have plenty of hats, but their customer service is lacking quite a bit. I bought an expensive hat and asked them to embroidery four letters across the front. They did as instructed but the machine really messed up and the shadowing on the letters looked terrible and the thread went all over the place as if the machine had gone rogue. They didnt seem to care, other than offer me a discount on any future embroidering of other hats. So that doesnt help this expensive hat that I just bought. Very disappointed in the younger generations lack of customer service.

Jordan provided terrible customer service as he made us wait at the counter for more than five minutes while he tinkered with the embroidery machine. When he finally decided to help us out, he was completely unapologetic about making us wait so long just to process a 30 second transaction.

RJ is the meaning of true customer service. He was friendly from the second we walked in and toldIs about the deals they Have, made suggestions on what hats to buy. The hats are amazing “go Broncos” but the customer service was the bomb. This guy need a raise!!

This store is amazing! They are super busy (which means they’re doing something right!)The sales team is very informed and always working to make sure that everything I need is done perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about how helpful this team is!!

Went into the store to pick up an order and was given the worst customer service ever. Was told by team member Mike it “didn’t matter when I was told my order would be completed by,” placed the night before at 5:06pm and told it be ready tomorrow morning and I came in the afternoon, 12:43pm. Was told they had nit begun working on it yet. Though I watched individuals purchasing embroidery in the store and staff immediately starting on those orders but an order in which they had ample time to be completed was not and told “you can just wait” and we “will get to it when we are ready.” This is upsetting considering I have a company account with lids and place multiple orders but get treated with such disrespect. I would like to have this issue addressed by a regional manager.

Worst customer service ever. Came in and placed a embroidery order and was told our order of three items would be completed by a certain time and date. Came in, when it was said to be completed, and told the order was not done nor even started. However watched as others in the store placing orders for embroidery were being started immediately but ours had yet to be done. Staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and treated us with disrespect. Was told the order would be completed when they get to it and that I should wait till I’m “told it’s done.” Lots of staff just standing around and not helping customers. Asked to speak to a manager and was told no.

Very poor service. I bought several hats for my brother to choose from for Christmas. When i purchased the hats, I asked the two employees who helped me check out if I needed a physical receipt or just an email to return. They promised I could return everything with just an email. Went back to return them two weeks later and Jordan refused to work with me without the paper receipt. Now I’m stuck with 4 hats nobody wants. I will never buy from them again.

Extremely awesome to be able to embroider and customize hats for yourself or whoever you’re gifting to. Staff goes above and beyond to help with any and all needs!

So I went to this Lids store in fashion place mall. I saw this super dope RVCA hat that I really wanted. Came back after eating my lunch and they only had one left but the one hat they had was gross, sweat stained and you can tell some one returned it because the tag is handwritten. So I decided to go home and pass up on the super sweet deal of buy two get one free. I order a couple hats, a Jazz one and the dope baby blue rvca hat I wanted. A couple days later my hats show up. And to my surprise the gross, sweat stained, used hat they had in the fashion place lids store was in the box. The same handwritten tag. The same nasty sweat stain on the inside of the hat. And lids sent it to me. They thought it would be ok charge anyone full price for this nasty sweat stained hat that some one else has used more than once. Shame on you lids.

Let me just request that whoever owns this shop needs to step in and hire someone who can hold a job for more than 3 weeks. If I spend $700 at the store on custom hats, and have to send the image/plans in 4 times because of constant turnover, I expect to not be told when I call to get an update on my order that, I quote, I dont know S*** about your order and I dont give a F*** about your problem. Then HUNG UP ON.Retail sucks, but keep your composure LIDS! Still waiting for my order (20 days) still waiting for an update.

Went in for a new hat. The guy could have cared less about me being in there. They never have the size of hat I wear... so i went to Fanzz! They had the size i wear and 10 different styles of my team! I bought two!

I had a good experience the first time I went in there, followed by a very negative one. A woman salesperson gave me great info on a hat purchase and said shed honor the $20 sales tag on a hat, even though the tag should have been $25. I had to return the hat and repurchase it just 5 days later, and the male salesperson this time would not honor the $20 price, charging me $25 instead. He insinuated that I had fabricated her honoring the lower price. Very disappointing when a store does this. I will not patronize Lids again.

Great place to get a cap not so much embroidery staff is helpful and friendly prices are reasonable.

Expensive for hats.They wouldnt personalize a blank hat with the words MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, because of controversial reasons or something, but they would personalize it with the phrase TRUMP 2016.Clean, in order, nice enough staff.

The employee helping us 5/13 around 11:30am was extremely helpful and helped my son pick out and customize a hat, thanks!!
