The new trailers in the expanded section are very nice. But, the representatve at the office was rude and didnt want to be near to us in spite of us wearing masks. She ran ahead and unlocked the model homes and disappeared. We were able to ask a few questions. The lot fee is $695 per month and includes NOTHING. It doesnt even include snow removal on the sidewalks which I found crazy since it is a 55+ Community. A few lots are decent in size, most are tiny. You are not able to put a fence anywhere on your lot so that makes having a pet difficult. Anything you put on your door or porch must be tasteful as well as what type of flowers you plant. There are no amenities except a small playground. I dont know how seniors will be able to pay such a high lot fee that includes nothing. I cant!!They should also consider a new sales representative who is willing to spend a few minutes to answer questions and not be so rude and indifferent.

The homes are nice but you pay $695.00 a month for lot rent and it covers nothing not even snow removal. I also just noticed that they do not have air conditioning. Utah in the summer are you kidding me. Also they do not have garage disposal just additional fees that you have to add on. Lets add that they are pet friendly but you can not add a fence in the yard that they dont even maintain. When I was there to look at one the manager just hurried me through and when i asked to look at one with a back deck she told me that she had somewhere to be. It was 10:00 am on a Saturday. Shouldnt the office be open on Saturdays. It is a ripoff.Just a question I am not sure how many units they have in the other area. But just for the 40 that they are building in the new area. that is $333,600 a year plus all the other units are $695.00 as well. It seems that the owner might be taking advantage of the seniors that live there.

Took my mother-in-law to view the new properties at winchester as shes looking to relocate from California. Shayleena the property manager was great to work with. Very informative and professional.

Winchester Estates is a great community to live in! The manager on grounds, Shayleena is super nice with a great personality and she does a tremendous job at helping you with any questions you might have, or resolving any issues you might have. They have a great guy doing maintenance who knows it all and works very hard everyday. Grounds are always kept clean and presentable. The place is also quiet and peaceful with friendly residents who enjoy going out for walks. There’s also tons of Great shops and restaurants nearby! I highly recommend you go and check it out for yourself!

As soon as I saw Winchester Estates I knew that is where I wanted to live. The homes and grounds are kept so beautiful that you can see the pride the owners have. When it came time for me to choose a home to buy, the manager became a valuable advocate in my corner. It has been almost two years and I still feel like I have the manager there to help in times of need. Every visitor I have still tell me how lucky I am to be living in the best park they have ever seen. Thank you Winchester Estates

Great place to live. Friendly staff very helpful. Maintenance is very helpful.I recommend this place for all seniors to live at. Grounds are well kept and very clean!

I hear they are trying to kick everybody here out so they can build new expensive tall ugly modern garbage buildings like what was on the toxic super fund site next to here. in other words the land owners suck but the neighborhood is nice/ you got a nice view of the golf park and river by it

Nice senior mobile home park. Quiet, well maintained, but I hear the lot rent is high for a park with no amenities (like a clubhouse or pool).

Its afternoon (2pm) and the management has STILL not plowed the resident access roads! The main roads are only plowed enough for access. Leaving absolutely no place for caregivers family etc to park. This is an ongoing problem!

I love this quiet adult community. Close to bus, tracks, & shopping.

It is a safe place for my parents easy to enter.Just wish they would keep the price down . Doesnt have a pool area or exercise facility .
