I got a hospital bed thru the veterans from national mobility. I had it 3 weeks and the control has a 8 ft power Cord hooked 2 it. It plugs in at the bottom of the bed and 8 feet of power cord lbs on the ground instead of attaching it to the railing on the bed and running it up 2 the bed rail I just had both my knees replaced and got up at 2am and tripped on power cord. Pulled out of plug in on bed contacted the company and asked them to send me a replacement. They said I have to go thru the VA they would not honor their mistake. I have to sleep in a chair yuntil I get a new power cord. No one cares except me. It will take at least 3 weeks 2 fix. Do not use this company if you expect prompt service from them

Disappointed in response time, my sons front wheels of his chair have been messed up for over a year they have been out to our home 3 different times and it’s still not fixed.

The receptionist is absolutely terrible. She talks down to you and has zero empathy. My child has been without a wheelchair for a while now and I cannot afford to go through this company for the next chair. Not because of cost, because of all the issues I have every time I need something from this company. Its overwhelming and exhausting even having to get on the phone and deal with them.

Hello,over a year ago i had a pleasure ordering mywheelchair from National, in the beginning i had noidea how long would take to get the wheelchair to me.After 3 month,i received a call from the manager,that the wheelchair is ready.I have had some issues with the wheelchair,but all thestaff,and technicians made everything possible,that iam happy with the wheelchair.Thank you national mobility.

Terrible company. Takes months to just get wheelchair batteries. They never return calls or anything! Absolutely terrible.

If you like non returned phone calls(weeks at a time), horrible service, a sense of NON URGENCY and just an overall lack of compassion then this is the place to go. The best advice is to stay clear of National Seating & Mobility.And Phillip Swanson, Thank you for never returning my calls!!

Never will I go through them again. Called over a month in advance for bath chair that I needed for daughter after surgery and they waited till it was less than a week of when I needed to receive it to bill insurance. Told me they didnt bill insurance because they knew it would be denied (I already had it approved through the insurance when called to order). The only good thing about this company was the delivery guys. They lied to me about records they were waiting to receive to send into the insurance (after she already told me they didnt bill because knew it be denied) and thats why they hadnt sent it into insurance till a week before I should be receiving it! They dont communicate what so ever! Worst experience!!

Weve had nothing but problems with this company. They take forever to do any work on my sons chair, then mess it up when they do finally repair it. They wont answer their phones or return messages promptly either. They said theyd call me as soon as his chair was ready. I called them an hour after they said it would be done and they said it had been ready for awhile, but they had gotten distracted and forgotten to call. Wed use another company, but repair companies will only work on chairs you bought from them. I guarantee you our next wheelchair will be bought elsewhere!
