Best place to get a new ATV or Side x Side. Great customer service and excellent service department. This is a 2020 CFMOTO Cforce 800xc!!! Service department does not traditionally balance tires and instead uses tire beads. I only learned this after the work was completed on my bike and I was given the invoice. The people were very nice, however this should have been disclosed to me prior to the work being performed. Now I have to take my bike to another shop and pay to have the work redone.

I picked up my Kawasaki Versys today they had the bike sitting at the door and ready to go paperwork all done Ben explained it in detail then went over the bike with me in detail also after that he even helped me load it and spent a lot of time making sure nothing would get damaged on the trip home in the trailer i am very pleased i have bought many motorcycles and recreational vehicles usually after i pay they throw me the keys tell me where the bike is sitting and i go out and load it myself the staff and service here are super.

Its good atmosphere with helpful staff. And theyll always take the time to answer any questions you have whether it be mechanical or about a product

Great guys here. We live in West Tennessee and bring our old Kawasaki mule here when it needs work. They are fair with their prices and they call you and let you know for sure how much repairs are going to be before they do the job. They also will let you know what is priority and what can wait on repairs in case money is an issue for you. They arent pushy at all. They also have some pretty cool toys they sell and prices are pretty reasonable on those too.

Nicer people running it these days. Wouldnt step in there when Spencer owned it. They got pretty much any part you need or want. But nothing to choose from fourwheeler wise, atvs, and bikes real high compared to Abernathys. But still get dirt bike parts from there

My buddy took his bike there to have it rebuilt just this week. They told him an outrageous price and then when my friend decided he wanted it done they wanted nothing to do with him. Staff is incompetent and not qualified to do the work. Would not recommend them or trust them with anything of my own. Horrible customer service and sucky staff. Point blank

I have purchased a Brand new Kawasaki Teryx LE 4-seater at Town & Country. I have purchased a Brand new Kawasaki KX110L, at Town & Country. I’ve purchased a extra set of New tires and another set of rims from them also. I attempted to purchase a New Kawasaki KX 90 four wheeler a year or two ago. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but, attempted to get me one. I will soon be arriving yet again to purchase another motorcycle for my youngest son. I have purchased oils, filters, parts, and have had a warranty issue once due to a spark plug being placed to deep from the factory. They fixed it!! No issues after that. I’ve been able to personally speak to their mechanics, and all of their staff, in regards of “how to questions”. They ALL went out of their way to help me. Not once have I ever felt I was spoken to negatively or felt I was treated unfairly. They have always treated me kindly, fairly and beyond courteous, and so I have remained faithful to not only Town & Country, but to their staff and their brand. So, as to the negative posts I’ve read and the lack of articulation from those negative posts. I could not DISAGREE more to the negative comments previously posted. I would challenge anyone to go there in person and see for yourself. My family and I live almost an hour away from Town & Country. I have numerous other ATV stores that also sell the Kawasaki and other brands closer to me. But we still choose to do our business with Town & Country!! The service depart was very rude and it took a month and 6 calls to get info on my bike. Then when it was returned it was in far worse condition and had a plastic broken.
