I ordered a windshield for my Yamaha Rhino and it came and I was pleased with it but it was missing the hinge that holds the vent in place and they also sent the wrong bolt package. It was for a gator not a rhino. It has been two months now and still have not received the missing parts.

Great shop! Service is scheduled which for me is a huge plus. That should be a huge plus for anyone. More shops will not schedule a machine than will. Upgrades, modifications, or simply service where you can still run your machine … most shops will park your machine for weeks if not month(s) while it sits waiting. Kombustion can handle it all.

Ive only purchased a few things from these folks, they were in stock, priced very reasonable and shipped out the same days of the purchases. The team packaged the items very well and responded quick and easily when I had questions. I have nothing negative to say at this point.

All the guys down here do top notch service and are more than helpful with parts, even special orders.Had them de-tune my Can Am X3 and take off my K&T exhaust, install cat delete and install my stock muffler so now there are no more check engine lights. Took them less time than they quoted and they even waited a few min after close so I could pick up Friday last minute....nobody does that!Sometimes theyre tough to get over the phone (because their customer base is HUGE) so I go to the shop. I orders some awesome Alpine stat gloves for my upcoming track date, unfortunately after a month of no status on them I tried calling and sending several emails to cancel my order. It took me 3 weeks after failed emails and countless voicemails to get them to cancel. I find it unfortunate that I had to pose as a caller that was looking to buy something new to then have them finally cancel my order immediately. I can say that I will no longer be using Kumbustion for anything ever again, poor customer service is unacceptable.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a roof for my dads birthday for his RZR and it didn’t fit.we were told after 5 or 6 attempts to contact customer service that it was made to be “ customized” and that they sell other accessories to cover the entire roof. By no fault of ours we have contacted them several times to return it and they refuse to send us a return shipping label. The package costs $130 for us to ship back and the roof cost $160. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEN TO ANYONE. As a side note I was also very polite the first 3 attempts to contact them . If there were negative stars, I would use them !
