Never go to this place to fix any works for your vehicle. Delay, irresponsible and sloppy work are the best performance they can offer you. Nothing more or less. From my own experience. Oh by the way, they will never admit their mistakes or unprofessional jobs.

Excellent customer service and work! We were rear ended and needed our bumper repaired. The insurance company was a pain to deal with but Monica did a great job of getting all repairs approved and covered. When the insurance company refused to pay for a rental, Body works collision staff made sure to get the parts in and do the repairs quickly so we weren’t without our van for long. They were so helpful and accommodating and our bumper looks great. I highly recommend them! Thanks again guys.

Took 40 days to fix front end- bumper, quarter panel, splash guard. After 30 days, I had to pay for my own rental as insurance only covered 30 days. They had a few excuses namely they received the wrong parts. Is that my fault... Caveat Emptor. I accepted them by mistake as they were out of network from my insurance company. I told my insurance company I wanted to stay in network. What a nightmare!

Best body shop I know. They do an amazing,job. And treat their,customers great! Theyre really there for you to help the customer first instead of,the insurance company. Also recommended by Honda and Toyota.

I had not previously heard about this Body Shop and found them doing a random search. I took my Mercedes in to get an estimate just to get the repair process moving and though the insurance company did drag their feet for weeks. I must admit this was one of the most professional experiences Ive had. Everyone in the shop was personable and highly customer focused. Justin was an absolute gem throughout the entire process and my car looks simply amazing. I recommend this body shop to anyone who wants a true customer experience.

Very pleased with my car, it looks great just like the first day I brought it. Justin and the staff at bodyworks were very helpful with answering all my questions and concerns about my car and took care of all insurance paper work. I highly recommend this place if you want your car looking like new again.I dont plan on having any more accidents but if I did I am definitely using there services again.

Worse body shop ever would not recommend anybody to take their business here. My relative took his vehicle here and it has been 2 months and the vehicle is not ready yet. They always tell you it will be ready a certain day and is not but they dont have the decency to give you a curtsy call letting you know it will take longer than expected. The person I spoke to was not professional at all. When running a business you need to reasonable and ambit when your wrong and apologize.

I scraped the side of my van into the garage door. Took it to Bodyworks for an estimate and they buffed and polished the side of the van FREE OF CHARGE!! After the buff and polish it was determined that no other work needed to be done. Any other body shop would charge upwards of $1,000 or more to buff out and repaint the door and back panel of my van. Bodyworks are honest hard working people that not only care about their business but most importantly care about their customers. I will only use them for any body work I ever need!!!

We had damage to our 2014 Honda CRV repaired here. My chief complaint, and the reason for a low rating is that they gave me a low estimate and then called to add additional charges after the work was well under way. This raised the estimate significantly higher than the other estimates that Id recieved. On the positive side . . . the repairs were completed on time and aparently well. I doubt that I would go back.

I dont know about the other reviews, but this is the second dealing with them and had to write a review. The dealer recommends them but i dont know why. When my vehicle was assessed at the dealer they looked at the car and under the car. they recommended this shop. When I went in they looked at the car very quick and gave an estimate. I got other estimates that were more and less. went with them because i wanted it to look like new. They wee friendly but screwed up the estimate and had to raise it. I normally would understand but every other shop looked at the car and caught the parts that needed to be replaced. Then they put off the finish date twice. My friend dealt with them and had the same nightmare. I would only go here if you dont need your car on time and dont care about them adding another half a grand to fix a bumper. Not only will I not deal with them im not going back to the toyota dealer in temecula again.
