Yesterday i asked the sales staff for a windshield wiper for my van. And ask if he can help install it and he replied auto zone doesnt install wipers. So i just went to Oreilly and buy a new wiper. they installed it. This is the second time autozone Murrieta did this to me.

I am a college student and have been having problems with my car’s alternator. Last night my car died on me while driving and today after work I decided to take it to AutoZone. My car started dying on me again as I was getting off the freeway and then died as soon as I got into the parking lot in front of the store. I went in and talked to Marco and Eugene, the store manager, and they were both so incredibly kind and helped me out. They both called different auto shops that could get me in tonight to change my alternator. Eugene then called his own mobile mechanic, Marvin, and asked him if he was able to come and help. Marvin agreed to come down and fix it for me. While I waited Eugene and Marco talked to me and gave me the prices of what the alternator would be and how the process would work. Another worker, Matthew, helped me pick out the best brand of car fragrance for my car. Marvin got to the shop and put my alternator in, and while he was doing that, both Matthew and Eugene stayed behind and waited while he did it for me. All the workers there were so caring and helpful. They truly know customer service and I will definitely be coming back here for all my auto needs!!!

Always hard to get service not enough people working

Called in to inquire about a new battery for my vehicle; they confirmed it was in stock, so I drove over. They are able to step out into the parking lot and check your battery with a portable AMP meter. They also were able to jump-start my vehicle with a powerful compact hand-held unit. Pay for you new battery and they will remove your old one right there in the parking lot, and install the new one for you. Plenty of parking; friendly competent staff. Recommended Auto Zone location.

Employees are quick to help out when I step in. Clean shop. Rentals here are easy. If you need a rental, you pay the full purchase price and return the item when done. They will keep a small portion as a fee. They have a small selection of items to rent out but the clerk was helpful to figure a solution when the tool I was looking for wasnt there.

Derrick was excellent! He replaced my battery terminal and was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. I have went to auto zone several times over the years and this interaction was by far the absolute best. A+++ customer service! Management is doing extremely well there for hiring and supervising you. Well done.

I went in to check the level of my battery, comes to find out i had a bad battery. SISCO the sales person was helping someone else but as soon as he was complete he quickly assisted me in removing and installed the new battery. SISCO was very eager to assisted and making sure the battery was fully operable before I drove off. I truly appreciated the care.

Unfortunately, they left me only waiting to receive the cash from battery recycle, while on phone handling a difficult costumer well i must say but at the expense of me having everyone behind me in line served by other checkout employees while mine silently just disappeared .8 mins.later I was finished up by him opening register. They just t should have told me wait just a moment. Or had available employees tend to me before others in line.

Heather is great customer service and quick on her looking up. She is right to the point and even gets things you didnt think you needed. She is to pretty to be in this store but I really like coming in and seeing changes. Heather I is very smart and will answer any questions you have. All my family come in and ask for her. Great addition to the store. I dont think they appriciated her much there because I dont see her as much in mornings. They have a little Asian girl you cant hear when she speaks and always in the back talking to the boys when I go in or family. Gotta remember this is a auto parts store not a fashion show and social club.. Please bring Heather back to mornings!!!

This auto zone had a large variety of oils and car parts, from light blinker fluid to air conditioning fluid and they even have little magazines to teach you how to change your blinker fluid. But.... They didnt say that it wasnt edible and it cant go in your eyes. For a few minuites it stung and it caused uncontrollable blinking, and trust me you do not want that.other than that I cant wait for an experience like this again.

After my past view visits now I know why I 95% of the time go to OReillys. Customer service is bad and they do nothing to try and assist you. OReillys always helpful and accommodating, I believe that was my last trip ever to Autozone.

Employees and managers barely know about cars. And gave me a hard time trying to warranty an axle I got a few months ago.

2 years ago they took care of me, i went in today and they screwed me o price. Be careful they are not what we think they. They are getting cheap maybe the next company to loose their stores....
