I have always had wonderful service at Sallys. The employees are helpful and insightful about product lines.
Tricked a family member of mine into signing up for a membership without disclosing it was actually a credit card. A really underhanded and cheap thing to pull. Also blamed them for it which was the worst part. Youre better off going to a different location.
Makaylee was a wonderful employee who helped me with all my hair needs. I did a test strip on my hair as she suggested and i was impressed with the brand/ color she recommended. Made my day today 10x better.

Horrible customer service. Return policy is nonsensical. Bought hair dye here, and followed the instructions to the letter, but it didnt work at all. Went back for a refund and they said they cant refund it because the product was all used. But it is hair dye, so you have to use it to know if it works. They said they recommend test strips. But they did not recommend that at the time of purchase. They also will not abide by return policy because of covid. They state they cant take products back, but that shouldnt effect refunds, and we purchased our products before the date when they decided to stop accepting returns, so they promised us a return policy on our receipt that they no longer abide by. That part I can understand a little because of being concerned over the pandemic, but they say they will take the same product back in the future, which also makes no sense. If it is an unacceptable product to be returned now, nothing will change in the future, so they should just refund like they are supposed to. They are supposed to be experts in this area; one would think they would either give useful advice when purchasing, or admit their products dont work and refund peoples money. Disappointed.

Staff should know their stuff better lady’s bad recommendation messed up my hair
Awful customer service. I tried to return a box of hair dye that didnt work AT ALL and they refused to refund it even though I followed the directions on the box and it literally did nothing to my hair. So then I tried to return an unused second box of hair dye and they said because of COVID that they werent doing refunds or exchanges and that when COVID was over they would refund it. No time frame, just whenever COVID is over. They are using a pandemic to steal money from people and refuse returns on unworking or unused items. Its disgusting.

Very impressed with the message of the bag. The lady was courteous and helpful. She was very patient and assist with answering questions about the items of my interest. I couldnt decide which brand to purchase but the clerk suggested, if Im not happy with the product, just bring it back.👍 She stated, some items are refundable and some are not such as the hair pieces etc. Also, she took the time to explain the $5 Sally club card. So, I decided to sign up. I was giving a coupon up to 15 to 25 percent off for my next purchase. So far, the best customer services in SoCal area.
Its great you have friendly workers however that guy has no clue what he pretends he knows & that girl W needs some customer service skills you donr walk off in the middle of helping a customer to say bye to another co-worker nor take your sweet time ringing people up when you got a line. I never seen anyone work so slow in my life. I put my stuff back & walked out.
Open Sunday and had the better quality hair brushes that I needed
Store hours states 9pm on Google and also on the voice recording,I arrived at 7:58pm on Tuesday April 10,they had the door locked and refused to let me in while a customer was at the register. If they are choosing to close at 8 that needs to be made clear on ALL of this specific stores information. Definitely not a good look.
Rude and unhelpful male worker. Don’t know if he’s trying to be funny or thinks he’s witty but it comes across as condescending and not helpful at all. Very dismissive attitude and usually out of stock of most items.

This is the second time I got checked out with something that I didnt even pick up in my bag >:( and the check out lady didnt even give me the right price on the items 40c difference but when you buy multiple it adds upVery unhappy with Sallys at the moment.
