SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I ordered a black seat with a red insert. I called the seller to tell him what I received is NOT what I ordered. It is made of a very cheap plastic. Seat is very small not made for a grown adult person. I also told him that the seat post is not what I ordered either. I ordered red and received a grey post. He told me no you did not you received a red post. I told him I am looking at it right now and Im sorry but this is not red. He was also upset that I told him the quality was cheap plastic from china. All he kept saying is it is made in the USA. I told him wither it is made in the USA, China, Ireland wherever the item is still NOT what I ordered. He yelled at me and had NO customer service skills what so ever. I told him Id return it but not pay return shipping since this mistake was not mine. Why pay for HIS MISTAKE? He told me If I dont pay return shipping then I dont get my money back. Lol Take that up with my bank because this is not what I ordered. I called him back and he sent me to voicemail. This business is a joke. As a business owner myself, thats not how you treat customers or keep a business. All he wants is your money. Doesnt care if the product is right or not.

Reading the post below about the seat and seat post. What that person doesnt seem to get is that they ordered the lightest seat in the business for a kids bmx race bike. You dont sit down in a BMX race so the seat is made to be as light as possible. This seat is light to the extreme. This is the point of it. Bombshell makes some of the best bmx race bikes and race parts in the industry. Thanks Dave

I just purchased complete viper bike from bombshell for my son. Really stocked how much attention i got from guys making sure everything will fit right. We went back and forth over the colors and sizes. Got picture prior shipping. Bike feels super light and set up right out of the box. I spend just a bit extra more than buying bike off the rack, but it saved me couple hundred dollars on adjusting cranks, gear and bars to fit. . I m sure to come back for my next one. I just love this company. They are all very charismatic and truly do want the best for the kids and their families. The minority’ of my son’s bike components are Bombshell and their product is beyond amazing for kids. I highly recommend this company. They will help in any way they possibly can and truly do give great advice.

Resolved 5 starsI did encounter a major issue with a BOMBSHELL ONE80 WHEELSET and it did require time to resolve, i am not a USA resident, I am a European Customer. The resolution did require alot of time but I was dealing with a gentleman Jiri Holec from BOMBSHELL who eventually did resolve the issue with the WHEELSET. To be fair 5 stars to this company, i think the product looks great, it has a great reputation, I was very surprised to have encountered any problem at all. Sometimes Customer Support can be slow but give them a chance to put it right.

Bombshell/Avent is a great place to shop for bmx bikes. They have incredible staff, and great mechanics. They always go above and beyond to help customers. They are also active in the community helping with to train little kids. They exemplify what a bmx company should be. I picked 2 bikes for myself and my daughter and i m beyond happy with service and attention i got. My daughter is super picky on colors and she didnt like color combination i picked for her. Jiri swapped parts to make her happy and hooked us with jersey. Thanks guys !!!

Resolved 5 starsThere is no option to select no stars for Bombshell here so selected one star ..I have new Bombshell one80 wheels for over a year and still cannot use them ..the wheels are falling apart from the day they arrived out of the box. I contacted Bombshell on numerous occasions and they will not help and they wont help the shop I bought the wheels from either. I cant believe the good reviews here are real when my experience with Bombshell was a complete disaster and definitively the worst product Ive ever purchased. Im still open to hearing from Bombshell but wont hold my breath waiting, 12 months later a complete waste buying this priduct and my time and money and the costs trying to resolve the issues.It has taken time, however Jiri Holec at BOMBSHELL has resolved the issue with the BOMBSHELL WHEELSET.I would like to say Thank you to Mr Jiri Holec for resolving the issue.

Richard Holec is ugly but I can’t lie. This place is the real deal. You can expect to find quality as well as hospitality here. What more could you want?

Always willing to help, I have had several Avent frames with bombshell parts and I have never had a problem getting help when I needed it.

I dont understand why there are no good reviews on this company. Bombshell in general is amazing-everyone in the BMX community knows that. Thier in store presence is great. They treated my daughter Promise with respect. They really strived to get us the parts we needed in a pinch. No complaints here! Bombshell is awesome!

Order the wrong size frame and they helped me switch it out immediately, there was no problem with shipping or anything and I had the new frame right away.
