Our experience with Hardwood Floors Outlet was outstanding. All salespersons and admin personnel were polite and professional in every way. Extremely helpful both in relation to products available and our particular use of them. Kevin came to our home to measure off and give us an estimate of how much flooring we would need and the cost. Roy came to our home to determine if our substrate was satisfactory for the flooring we had chosen. No charge for either of these services. Price and quality of our floor choice was excellent and looks great. Cant say enough positive about this business and the service we received.

The installation of our hardwood floors was expertly done. The crew was professional and cleaned up all the debris when they finished. Its 5 years later and the floor still look like new. So happy we used this business instead of the nearby store that has such a hard sales pitch.

After working with them to make a selection I wouldnt have purchased anywhere else. They were a lot of help and honest about everything.

Started out well, theyre very knowledgeable but we are dissapointed because they never called us back to set up appointment for measurements like they said they would.Perhaps our Job was too small for them. Ver unprofessional.Taking our business somewhere else.
