As other people have said I am not sure if the VERY rude woman behind the counter is the owner or not. I have reluctantly given her several opportunities to pretend that there is something called customer service that she obviously has no interest in. Her personal phone calls ALWAYS are more important to her than customers! I am ALWAYS trying to support small businesses, but I will take my business elsewhere where I will be acknowledged and appreciated for my business.

This business awfully overcharge. I shipped a one page document via FedEx Express Overnight and was charged 115 bucks +4bucks service charge. Left the store and called FedEx. They only charge around 40 bucks and Postal Annex charges 40 to 60 bucks. I went back and cancelled my shipment. How can one be so insensitive in the middle of a crisis. I hope people will not support business like this one.

This place up-charges like crazy! The woman who works there (Owns the place, I believe) is extremely rude, basically grunts at you any time you try to ask anything. This is the closest place to my house, so I gave them a few opportunities to provide just a basic postal service, but it’s bad, every single time!

The woman in here promised me my FedEx package would be delivered in the timeframe I needed it there. She charged me an arm and a leg for it also. It was an extremely important and urgent delivery and is not getting to the recipient when I needed it to. Extremely unhappy!

Extremely overpriced and rude customer service. Had 2 small packages to send and it was very expensive. Didnt get a receipt and she didnt want to give me any tracking numbers, especially for a package going overseas. I do not reccomend this place to send packages through.

We got charged $120 for notary on 4 pages! Ridiculous! Our bank offers it for free. If we had known it was more than $20, we would have waited until our bank opened. They tell you it’s $15 until you check out then you find out it’s $15 a signature, even if it’s the same person and same paperwork!! Insane. And they are rude and the place is nasty! Don’t go to this postal place. Drive 5 minutes to a location that deserves business.

Went to mail a priority envelope which is $6.45 at the post office. They tried charging me $11.45!! Really? A five dollar mark up!The place smells and lady behind counter had unprofessional demeanor.I’ll drive to the post office that’s 3 miles away. Thanks!

Ok so I going in to the store today with a UPS package in hand, taped up, label on and ready to drop off. So the employee behind the counter does not even get off of the phone, just tells me that it is a $1.00 service charge because other people come into the store with no tape on their package. I told her that it was ready to go and she states that there is still a service charge. So I ask when did this start and she says it just started?? I contacted UPS and they state that there is no service charges on there end. Well I will not be going back there anytime soon.
