Horrible service. Millennials playing on their cell phone totally ignoring us as customers 10 mins later decide to tell us to fix our masks and never ask what we wanted. Corporate really needs to interview better. Maybe put your cell phones away and help your customers.

Had such an amazing experience for my nieces 17th birthday! The little creature ice cream we made were adorable! Wow, how the place was clean!And the best part were the nice ladies who worked behind the counter. Valerie, the cashier and Sheridan, the nice lady who served us, made the trip all the more pleasant with their wonderful attitudes! We all got what we hoped but the experience is what will have us coming back for more! (Thank you ladies!!)Plus for a COVID outing the benches outside were all we needed to sit and celebrate! 🍾

Reviewed on 2018-11-17This establishment reminded me of a Disneyland shop, due to its cleanliness and decorum, along with its bright lights!Not only that, the staff is very kind and they give a large amount of ice cream, whether that be on a cone or in a cup.Plenty of flavors to choose; from their classic to seasonal option ice creams. We always get the rocky road, mint, snickers and cheese cake. This evening we tried their pumpkin sundae. It was amazingly delightful.They always satisfy our ice cream cravings and we will definitely return very soon!

Ive been craving a banana split for days but the kids like Sonic, they dont have them. Banana split was fantastic and I always love their chocolate, its just better than anywhere else.The restaurant is small and there isnt much room for a line, and there is always a wait. My only complaint being the store should be bigger, I think theyll be fine.

Very friendly staff, but since its a newly opened store some of them didnt really understand the menu or procedures of how to make items on the menu. But that is to be expected. The flavors were delicious. I got the flavor of the month, Belgian Waffle, and it was so good! Little crispy waffle pieces and maple syrup swirls inside! Overall great experience

The place is in need of a makeover plus if I were to move the fridge you might see everything from (maybe) it first started... people are friendly there. The cakes *I was* honestly hoping the worse. Overall, I dont like the way DAIRY QUEEN is set up and its looks isnt pleasant. Its sort of like a twilight feels.

Very friendly staff and the ice-cream was delicious. The server was very patient with my two year old daughter, so they get extra points for that. Also the place was super clean and they had a lot of options for ice cream and toppings. Seems Baskin Robbins is stepping up their ice cream game nowadays! We will go here again.

Clean and the place is bigger than most basking robbins. They had lots of cakes and ice creams on stock. They scoop big portions for the ice creams. Very little choices for vegan.

Nice to meet you!!! For my sons birthday he wanted a spongebob cake, I called and despite not having it in the list of options, they very kindly said that they could do it. The result was a success, my son was more than happy! Excellent service they made a beautiful and delicious cake.100% recommended !!!
